my tire pressure was low. It was a Sunday and I went over to big Everyone there was so helpful. I had to get my husband to the hospital in LA without hesitation. They looked at my tire and told me there was a large present began working on my and patched it so that we could get to the hospital. I can't people enough kind, efficient and professional. They took all my stress away for a really really good price. I will certainly now be visiting them every time I need air in my tire. DO NOT trust Big O Tires for even the most basic of services! I brought my vehicle to this location for a 4 wheel alignment after purchasing tires elsewhere. I made an appointment for 11am and showed up at that time. Was told by Cory (Mgr) that it'd be 45mins to an hour so I opted to wait in store. 3hrs later vehicle was "finished". They took my money & sent me on my way. Less than 1 mile down the street my tpms sensor lit up. Pulled in to my driveway to find valve stem cap missing on 1 tire. I checked the pressure to find it pumped up to 57psi!!! I took it back to Big O, they had ZERO explanation. Not trusting that the alignment had been performed properly, I took my vehicle in to Findlay Honda the following morning for another alignment. They found the wheels considerably out of alignment especially the wheel that had been over inflated by over 20psi! I messaged their corporate office, and received a call from Jimmy (Distict Mgr) who assured me he'd look into it and refund the money I spent. 1 week later I had to call HIM to check the status of my refund only to find him short and adversarial. Avoid this business unless you like being ripped off and treated poorly when you catch and confront them! read more

Took my car in for a slow tire leak on a Sunday when no other places are open. Claimed I needed a new tire and kept my car overnight. Came back the next evening and they hadn't touched my car and didn't call to let me know. I took my car to discount tire and they fixed the leak for free. Crooks didn't even apologize. read more

I had the best experience getting my new tires. I had a flat from a bolt i pulled out of my tire and tried to plug which was harder than YouTube made it look and was not holding up. I called hoping at the very least a plug by a pro lol however they were so amazing and squeezed me in last min and put 2 new tires which was what I preferred anyway. The cost wasnt bad at all. They were so super fast and I really appreciated them being flexible and getting me in on such short notice. Hopefully I wont have any last min tire emergencies for a while, but if I do this is for sure my spot. Thanks again for everything. Not all heros wear capes... sometimes they squeeze you in last min when you cant keep the air in your tire and not only that but they didnt make me feel like a jerk for being last min and disrupting their day. read more

Never coming here again!! This used to be my go to place to get my oil change but now NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They cracked my cover and denied that anything ever happened. They called the mechanic and he said that he didn't crack it. I asked to see the camera he couldn't show me the full video due to only showing short clips of them capturing stuff. I also asked if my fluids had been topped off and it hadn't so Joshua top off my fluids because Corey L told me they don't do it with all cars?!??? What are we paying for an oil change if they don't check the fluids!! I am calling corporate tomorrow!!! Don't go to this place they will damage your car just by doing an oil change. read more

I've been a loyal customer at this store for well over a decade, maybe even two at this point! In my opinion, they are the best, most reliable, professional and family-oriented tire shop in Vegas. Plus, the manager himself (Cory), took the to teach me about suspension parts when I asked him to. He also did a deep-dive of research into my specific suspension issue. This resulted in warranting out two of my tires that obviously needed replacement, due to a previously undiagnosed OEM suspension problem where GM issued a recall on my Cadillac SRX. With that in mind, I couldn't recommend a better auto shop in Vegas! They treat you like family here, they fully honor their warranties as evidenced by me, and they educate you (if asked) why parts need to be replaced and how they work! From the mechanics themselves to the desk clerks, and up to the manager, they all very friendly too! Props to Big O Tires corporate for choosing a solid, and awesome team for this shop on Pecos. I won't go anywhere else, and all the people working at this store earned this five star review from me, or I wouldn't write so much about it. Had a nail in my tire and was on my lunch break was in and out in 15min great service!!!

They charged me labor fees and for the oil filter, on a standard oil change that is not common. It is actually unheard of. It was over $100 just to get to the oil changed. They didn't even change out the air filter. I never pay more than $80 anywhere else. I will never go back to big O not even to put the tires on my truck which I'm going to be doing this next week, their thieves. Seek services somewhere else. read more

Made an appointment for tires the day before for 9am via their website. Big O sent me a confirmation later that day confirming my 9am appointment-for the next day. Upon arrival at 8:45 the next day was informed that they were "slammed" that day and could not get me in until 11am. I told the attendant that this was my only day off and that was why I made an appointment. He said he would see what he could do. Came back and said 90 minutes . I was clearly agitated and said no. He went to get what I assumed was the manager and they went out in the shop to discuss my situation. The attendant came back in and said 1 hour. I said ok. The manager then came in and said I needed to understand that things happen. I said you should not have taken walk ins over people with appointments. I asked for my keys back and left. I stopped in this past Monday because my right rear tire was losing pressure. Donald came out and noticed a screw in the tire. They couldn't patch it but recommended a place that could. I knew that it needed to be replaced but needed to drive so I got it patched. Donald assisted me in ordering a new tire and we did. Wednesday, George called and told me the tire was in and I ran up to get it replaced. Vinny did the work and while doing it and balancing the tires, he noticed a nail in the left rear tire, very knowledgeable and suggested I replace the other tire. He showed me the nail, did a bubble test on it to show me it was slowly leaking. I ended up ordering the other tire. Yesterday it came in and took the car up for the replacement. I was in and out very quickly. Vinny is a great guy who knows what he is doing, polite and knowledgable. I was extremely happy to have these 3 guys assisting me in my tire care. I have been here twice in the last 10 years and always by necessity as they are the only game around open on Sunday. Both times I left wishing I would have just canceled my trips. First time I came back half a dozen times for tires they said where fine but discount said otherwise and they stepped up and took care of it with the manufacturer! They earned my repeated business on that one The last time they were the only place that had something that would work for my trailer, then they went ahead and charged me to rebuild the tpms sensors. It's a trailer, they don't have them! Then back peddled and said it was a valve stem fee. They also have the audacity to charge you a credit card fee but at least they post that they will rip you off on the door for that one. If you need something on a Sunday go to a no name place on Sahara first. read more

Great location. Decent prices. And it ends there. Called at 1:10 p.m. asking if they had a set of tires in-stock. The answer was "yes, we have two," which is what I needed. Drove to the location, arrived at 1:43. Less than 30 minutes later. The mechanic at the desk told us "we had a set, but they went out the door 30 mins ago." Hard to believe, but whatever. We paid for tires, were told they'd be in next day. They arrived next day, so we took the car in early morning, were told it would be done by, or shortly after lunch. We called at 3:30 and it wasn't done and had some sort of word salad about how mechanics weren't taking turns. We got a phone call at 5:48 that the car was done, and we could come get it. Except they close at 6 and wouldn't stay late so we could make the 10 minute drive to the location. Then to cap the experience, the desk guy decided it was a good idea to make fun of our surname and actually laughed at his own joke about our names and that "he'd never heard of a name like that." Tack on the brake estimate that was more than double other quotes, and we're probably not going to return. The giggles and late call were enough, without the other relatively small issues. read more

They did an oil change and got my AC serviced and running icy cold, along with a few other maintenance items on my 2005 Toyota Camry (197,498 miles).
