I have previously used this location for tires and they have held up great, the customer service is always top notch so I have no prob going out of my way to drive to this location. I was able to get an appointment next day on a Friday after work. The front was so kind and helpful with my concerns, I never felt rushed or pressured. I had to wait, which was ok because they did have a couple of cars they were working on, but the service guy or manager had attitude like he would rather be somewhere else. He asked a million questions about the tire, I just said, if it can be repaired, let's do it and if the tire needs to be changed let's do it. I don't usually write reviews, but Aureliano Garcia at Big O Tires deserves his own holiday. This man didn't just sell me tires, he restored my faith in humanity. I pulled up on a spare tire looking like a sad Hot Wheels car, fully expecting to get robbed like every other tire shop tries to do. Instead, Aureliano greeted me like we've been homies since kindergarten. Man had angel level customer service. I swear a soft glow was coming from behind him. He hooked me up with FOUR brand-new tires at a price so good I had to ask him twice if it was real. I've spent more money at Taco Tuesday. And he did it FAST. By the time I grabbed a sip of water, dude was already torquing the last wheel like a NASCAR pit crew member on energy drinks. My car went from shaking like a shopping cart to gliding like I'm floating on clouds made of marshmallows and good decisions. If you need tires, do NOT play yourself. Arrived at Big O Tires near Irvine Spectrum at 8:30am to replace 2 tires for 2013 Lexus ES 350, 80k miles. Replaced tires and they were great, by all accounts. During the process, Steve Nabor, store manager, upsold me to install tire pressure sensors (1 yr warranty) for all 4 tires, out the door, $500. Pricy, but opted to go with it for safety- daughter is driving the car, and she starts college in the fall. 11:30am work is finished, but tire pressure is not visible on the instrument panel. I was initially gaslighted by Steve Nabor when I brought this to his attention. Eventually, he and mechanic Alfredo Herrera assured me tire pressure would be visible after I drove the car for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Brought the car back @ 4pm, and tire pressure still not visible. Steve put two different mechanics on the job, and they indicated tire sensors were installed, but not programmed. They tried to program them and then drove the car (twice) hoping it would "kick in". Bummer, Steve Nabor indicated they installed the wrong sensors! Did not have the correct ones in stock, and called stores looking for replacements. 6:15pm new sensors arrive. 7pm sensors installed, but unable to program them. Store manager Steve Nabor went home and Andrew Phan and another mechanic, the lone bright spots in this ordeal, stayed late (store closes at 6pm) trying to make it work. Andrew apologized for lost time and refunded the cost of the tire pressure sensors. He also indicated to see him if we come back for a free oil change. read more

Was looking for a agrezzo tire which is on sale for 65.99. I spoke to Garcia and unfortunately didn't have that one in stock. He could order and have it next day but I needed it now. He said he had a different model agrezzo for 75.99. I declined and asked if a different big o had one he looked and there was one in Huntington Beach for 65.99 but my car wouldn't make it that far since I plugged a sidewalk leak. Anyways Garcia told me to come in and he would take care of me and discount me as if it was the tire that I wanted 65.99. He convinced me and he actually said what he told me he would do. Long story short. I have been driving Toyotas since 1998. When you buy a new one, they give you Toyota Care for 2 years to cover oil changes ect. After that ends, the Toyota service department will falsely diagnosis you with a list of repairs with highly inflated costs. I was fed up after one diagnostic that instead of proceeding with it, I drove over to Big O and explained what Toyota had been doing and provided them with the list. Turns out, surprise, surprise, the repairs I needed was only about 30% the cost of what Toyota was insisting upon. After the work was completed, I told the excellent Team at Big O that I would give them all of my business as long as they are always honest with me. In the long run, this has been a lot of business because I put 35,000 miles per year on my car. I trust these guys 100% and have been able to avoid any long term major issues because they are upfront and proactive about addressing an issue before it gets big and expensive. They also only perform work that is needed as I feel I always receive an honest assessment from them. So yes, they are equipped to do it all , repairs, oil changes and of course tires. And the best thing about the tires is that they repair my punctures for free and I can roll in there at any time to get the pressure checked and filled if needed. 10/10 highly recommend Big O Irvine Center Drive.
