Came here at 9am on a Friday to get an oil change. I also asked them how much it would be to get my windshield fluid pump unclogged. I was told that they'd look into it and if it needs to be replaced, they'd get me a quote on the order. Was also asked if I could wait longer for this. Almost 3 hours later, my car was ready for pick up. When I asked about my windshield fluid pump, I was told to just go to the dealers because they should have the item in stock. Never got a quote for this and based on the response, it sounds like they didn't check to see if it's actually broken. Very disappointing. Service is great at this Big O location in Orange. Employees are friendly and courteous. They have monthly specials that save you money. I paid $69.99 for a full synthetic oil change while other places including the dealership charge between $99.99 - $109.99. I also saved on replacing 4 tires earlier this year that come with free tire rotation. Only downside is that scheduling an appointment doesn't save you time as they always have walk-ins that could have the service bays full. Still I trust them. read more

Really good service. Had to travel my wife's SUV needed tires ASAP. I was looking for Michelin tires and having a hard time finding a shop that had them and availability for same day install. Not only did they install my tires in 24 hours, but were able to quickly diagnose issues on my car that I needed to fix immediately. Spent time going over those issues with me, no pressure, and answered all my questions. Also, they provided a Lyft ride to my kids school and my house so that I could handle all my personal business. Came in for an alignment after doing some front end work. Customer service was excellent and pricing is comparable to other alignment shops. Tony Garcia helped/cashiered me and he was great! Super helpful and friendly. My problem was the quality of work they gave me. -My truck had a crazy amount of positive camber after the alignment, even though the sheet they gave me was within spec, you could obviously tell it wasn't right. They told me they warranty their alignments for 1 year and that they would fix it for free, just a hassle. -I asked them to grease my new ball joints which they happily agreed to do. Problem is that they did not do it! Sure glad I checked... -While greasing my own ball joints, I noticed both lock nuts were not tightened in my tie rods. Just sloppy. read more

I had a very good impression of this store. It was my first visit to this store, Tony, the manager, is so friendly and courteous to me, as well as the other customers. My car needs to have a tire rotated after 6K miles. Before I brought my car here, I went to other locations that cost between $65-$95. I actually didn't get it done until last week. They charged me $30 for the rotation. When my car was repaired, I wanted to tip Brian, the mechanic who worked on my car, but I had no cash on me. The next morning, I called and asked for his name, but Tony said all they wanted was a good review. I appreciate your service and courteousness. read more

3.5 stars overall. Came in 1st thing on Sunday. They already had started working on a few cars. They told me 45 min b4 they could check my car see what was wrong with tires. - It took 1.5 hrs + - Nothing was wrong, no charge (great / happy about that) When I returned from my walk to check on my car, nobody manned the reception area. Waited with another lady for 20-25 min. I finally got an idea to call their phone #, then someone came up to the front. Perhaps they were short staffed Sunday morning. read more

I am always going to come here as long as the service is just as it is. The first time I came, they price matched an internet sale I found, and even better yet, gave me some competitive rates for other brands as well. I purchased 4 new tires and they realigned my wheels. They even arranged an Uber for me to get to work as well while they worked on my car. The second time I came in, I had 2 nails in my tires that they were able to patch up with a lifetime warranty on the tire for a great price. They even remembered me from earlier in the year when I came in to purchase cars. I really appreciate the friendly and FAST service these guys give me when I come in. read more

If you want your money stolen well this is the place to come, asked for tire alignment, balance and rotation the typical after some road trips and bumpy roads. Anyways, early morning I do the oil change on my car before taking it in, when I pick it up after having it worked on... another oil change was performed. Was the oil not clean enough after 0.5 miles that the shop is from my house. On top of that, the tires never rotated because he " DIDNT WANT TO DO IT". HORRIBLE SERVICE from the mechanic, excellent from from desk so I'll give him that but overall, id say just go somewhere else!! read more

Last time going to this Big O store. 1st visit: My tire was special ordered at another location and they couldn't get that tire to this store to replace the nail, so I had to drive a long distance to my original store of purchase. 2nd visit: My tires had uneven wear and more services were recommended than I needed (after I brought my car to my trusted mechanic of over 15 years to check out what was necessary repairs at the moment). 3rd visit: During a simple tire rotation two lug nut caps were broken off... 1-2-3 strikes, you're OUT. read more

I was driving home on the 55 when my tire pressure started rapidly declining. Big O Tires was the closest tire shop, so I immediately drove there. I was greeted by Fernando who was very kind and understanding of my situation. It was near closing and he worked fast to make sure my car was looked at. I was hoping I had something that could easily be repaired, but unfortunately, I had a tear in my inner tire wall. My tires are currently under warranty with another tire company, and Big O didn't have the tire size I needed, so I ended up calling AAA to tow my car. Even tho they weren't able to repair or replace my tire, they were still extremely helpful. Giovanni and another service member also provided additional help and insight. My car, 2019 Mustang, unfortunately doesn't come with a spare, and they recommended I purchase one for situations like this. They also parked my car in a readily accessible position for the tow truck, then filled the tire again before it was hauled onto the tow truck so that my wheels wouldn't get damaged. I was in a shitty situation, but they were incredibly kind and helpful which made it much easier to handle. I would definitely recommend this shop! read more

My husband and I have been going to Big O for 20 years. Sadly, over the past two years the experience has gotten to be so terrible and we are no longer going there. I dont know if its the poor quality of workers they have hired or change in management but they now are robbing you of your money and when they "fix" one thing and then your back in a month with another....I took it in and got a water pump replaced and for months kept taking it back because of some rattling and grinding noise that happeded after the last "fix".They had my car for 4 days nothing, took it in again and they had it for a whole day and said nothing. I drove it out of the parking lot and it felt like the bottom of the car fell out. Drove it back and they tried to tell me I needed a new rebuild of transmission for $7000. We towed it somewhere else and it was only the motor and transmission mount replaced for $800. The motor mount and transmission mount were completely broken and collapsed. The engine was tilted and crooked and about to fall through......How did BIg O not see this after 5 days with the car....They sent me on my way and I could have bee seriously hurt on the road. Bottom line do not go there!!! read more
