    Chili Cheese fries
    Eric R.

On a very busy Monday for myself, I found myself stopping in here for a bite to eat. I definitely had a craving for some chili cheese fries and it was just my luck I found this place! My main gripe with most places is that they pile on the chili and the fries get soggy pretty quickly. This place does it better and while the topping isn't drenched in sauce, it's well seasoned and a tasty snack. The burger was cooked well, and wasn't anything fancy but tasty and nicely wrapped. This is the perfect kind of place to grab a bite to eat for an otherwise hectic day. The owners of the place were extremely friendly and that alone is a solid reason for me to always sing the praises of a small business. I am very much looking forward to trying more of their yummy chili too :)

Very quirky little burger and sandwich restaurant I stopped through on a whim before going to an afternoon film. Big Time is owned and run by an Asian couple, a curmudgeon and suspicious husband and a charming and hard-working wife, both well in on their years, as they've been at it for 45 years!!! He manages the register and she does the cooking. They both said they are retiring soon. Try as you might, and as I did, they avoid being photographed... The food here is basic but good; burgers, sandwiches, fries, a gyro or two. I got the bacon mushroom Swiss burger and left it at that. Not the most appealing thing to the eye after having my "for here" lunch wrapped all too tightly in some yellow paper. Who cares, not I. I scarfed my burger in like 2 minutes, liked the textures enough but felt the patty itself could use some seasoning. I also felt it had a wee bit too much mayo for my taste, but for $12 and change all in, it hit the spot. If you are in the neighborhood...

Bro $17 for this is absolutely ridiculous...wheres all the meat!? super disappointed and still hungry ! lol

Plain Cheeseburger w/ extra cheese. This and a can of Coke was $11.18 after tax. At the expense of no toppings or sauce, the burger has a great charbroiled taste along with the American slices. Imagining this with the toppings and sauce would hit a lot harder. Service was seamless and the elder Asian couple who work Big Time were quick and efficient. Quaint spot with a couple of inside seats and one outside table.

This came to our searches when we are looking for a burger place in the area. It is off 170 at Magnolia - on the right side at the corner of Colfax. It doesn't look like much when you pass it, but since my SO is starving we went in. We both ordered the Cheeseburger combo. And Wow.. I am impressed. The first bite was really delish and you can taste the charbroil. The steak fries are really good too. I will definitely comeback and try the other burger combos. We didn't wait long for our orders. Small place with bar type tables. One table outside but it's not recommended with all the fumes coming from the cars. This burger place had been here for 40yrs. It is a husband and wife team. Limited parking space.

I wanted something quick and so glad I stopped here. The meat was juicy and loved the sauce in the burger. The hit was the chili cheese fries, so good!! I'll absolutely be back not just for the food but the welcoming owners. Thanks Big Time Burgers

Old man at the counter rude and pushy trying to rush you to order something when it's only me no other customers. Didn't help out with anything asked what's good or popular nothing. Mainly they got burgers and couple other fries appetizers Ordered gyros sandwich which was actually pretty good. Order of cheese fries nice crispy alittle to much salt

What a hidden gem Big Time Burgers is. It definitely a hole in the wall place that is run by mom and pop's who are very nice. The burger are fantastic and well put together. The fries are nicely done. BURGERS: Avocado Cheeseburger: Good Avocado Bacon Cheeseburger: Good Pastrami Cheeseburger: Good but just wish they added my pastrami. What's even better is a starting Combo will run you under $10. PARKING: They share lot with Yum Yum Donuts and street parking.

This place holds a lot of memories. I went to the high school across the street and would get chili cheese fries all the time. I went back recently with my best friend and it tasted exactly the same! Same owners too! Add a little ketchup and it is perfect, just the way I remembered it. Their burgers are also a decent size and delicious! The price is average. Check it out and support small businesses.

And the generous side of caesar dressing is the very BEST I've ever had. Wish I could have saved it and slathered it on everything. The Turk sando was very good, but more like a 4/5. Solid fillings and good ratios, but not a WOWER. Added chips and 2 desserts: the chocolate chip cookie which was outrageous, loaded with chocolate in every bite, and the lemon olive oil cake was divine. Pro tip: do not skip out on the desserts. Our order was accurate and pickup was easy. Prices were fair. Will visit again, especially for the wraps.

One of the seasonal specials is the Martha which is an upgraded version of chicken salad (Tarragon chicken salad, apples, shaved fennel, arugula, basil, lemon, garlic aioli on grilled Ciabatta, $16) which sounded pretty good. I placed the order online and headed over to this busy section of Studio City. Street parking can be tricky especially in the afternoon, and there are 'parking ticketers' out in force. This was my first time here at this location, but they had a handy takeout window at the one end, and a friendly guy handed me the bag. As for the food, I could only eat half of the sandwich; one reason is because it was a Lot of sandwich and second, I didn't really enjoy this for the most part (I did give the other half to a hungry co-worker who did like it). Then my favorite part, the cookies. I ordered two orders (two come in an order) so I had four to enjoy. The first bag was a decent sized pair of cookies, but they shafted me on the second order. This was basically one cookie cut to make two which was clearly noticeable compared to the other order. I was too far to return these but next time, it's something I will check on before leaving. I didn't have this problem the first time I came here (even though it was a different location) but as for anything, I recommend checking your order prior to leaving. Otherwise, I will be returning to Ggiata but maybe for a classic Turk or Antonia, or even the arancini side-

I was really happy when I went in than the restaurant because of the size didn't have a super over powering greasy food smell. There was only one other person inside so the service was fast and food was very fresh. I took the food to go and had about a 25 min ride home. When I finally got to eat the sandwich was still hot which was great. However by the time I ate it. I'm T was a little soggy too. I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich. It was good with a lot of chicken and cheese. I got it with onions peppers no mushrooms. Cause that's how I like my cheesesteaks. You have two options for size. A six or nine inch. I went with the nine inch. I'm not sure if I was just done but 6" with all of the meat would have been plenty. It ended up being a little on the salty side. The chicken was in chunks which made it a little unpleasant versus having the chicken in thin strips. At the end I enjoyed it but definitely think I would do the traditional Philly if I make it back. I would give 3.5 stars if possible but giving this place the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews and my choice of sandwich.

I was feeling hungry, craving a sandwich, and have no food at home. My options were to either go to…read morethe store, or to look up a good sandwich on Yelp! I'm sure you can guess which option I went for! I was surprised to find Roma Deli on the list as I had never realized it was so close-by from my usual morning start. Parking seems to be street parking but there was also a lot right next to the restaurant and I couldn't tell if it was for the Deli or not but I felt intimidated by someone who was standing in the lot staring at everyone that drove in so I parked on the street. On entering I was surprised that the restaurant is so spacious and smells so good inside. I was greeted by friendly staff and I spent quite a while admiring the large menu before making my choices. I decided that instead of going to the grocery store I would get a few sandwiches to take home and eat for a couple days so I can avoid the store a little longer lol. I ordered the Honey Turkey Sandwich, the Italian Combo sandwich which says it's one of their signature sandwiches, and the Roma's Special sandwich. I also ordered a size small Zucchini sticks. While I waited I noticed that the staff is so friendly that they even strike up conversations with guests about different topics and it looks like they have allot of regulars coming and going. I don't feel like I waited too long for my food, I browsed a little along the walls and sat for a little relaxing and before I knew it my number was being called. I paid and took the food with me and I could feel steam rising out of the bag, that's how fresh the zucchini was. I did not get to take a photo of the zucchini because I ate it the whole way home, and let me tell you that was the most generous size small portion I've ever seen. I love zucchini and these were lightly breaded and nice thick but well cooked cuts of zucchini. When I got home I decided to eat the Honey Turkey Sandwich first, I thought I'm just going to eat half and then put the rest away, but it was so delicious I ended up eating the full sandwich. The bread is a nice soft white roll, and the sandwich is bursting to the brim with all the ingredients. This deli is awesome, it reminds me of delis you see in the movies where everyone knows your name, and the food is so delicious.
