Proof I was there. Neal chose to reply on the Google review I left and accused me of never actually coming to the store.

Several of my friends have purchased Corvette's from Bill Stasek. They told me about the new Stingray being on display at the dealer today. I drove 50 miles to the store to see the car. I had cash in hand to put down a deposit and place an order. When I arrived and went to the sales desk I was turned away and told the viewing was by invite only. I told them that my friends had received an invite and told me about the event, but that made no difference. Was this a smart business decision? Word of mouth was earning you a new customer. Now I will take my money and business elsewhere. Furthermore, when I posted this experience on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and then blocked me from posting on their page or leaving a review for their business. I messaged them on Facebook inquiring about this. Kevin B. acknowledge my message and who I was, and then blocked me on messenger. I'm glad I didn't buy the car from here. I can only imagine how the rest of the ownership experience would have been down the road

My husband and I were looking for a new Traverse and just had a terrible experience at a dealership close to where we live. We decided to go to Stasek on the recommendation of my husband's boss - he's a long time client. It was like night and day! We got to Stasek and were immediately welcomed by Jeremy. He introduced us to Krystle and we worked with her to establish exactly what it was that we wanted. It was like chatting with a friend; pleasant, easy, no pressure, and she knows her stuff. We quickly figured out that we were smitten with the gorgeous black 2020 Redline Traverse that they had on the show floor. Once we had decided to purchase the car, an entire team of people came together to make the whole process happen as painlessly and as quickly as possible. Maximillien went over the protection packages with us (super nice!) and we sat with Mark to go over the financial stuff, and Krystle showed us around so we'd know where to go and who to talk to should we need maintenance done on the car etc. Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish! We're super thrilled about our new car and can't wait to drive it around town once the dealership is done installing some extra features we had requested (they'll deliver it to the house, how convenient is that?). Thanks to Jeremy, Krystle, Maximillien and Mark for making this purchase a pleasure, we're Stasek fans for life!

The car had a stain near the roof that the salesman brushed off as "just a stain." Other Fiat owners told us it's usually a sign of a leaky sunroof. When we started the car, multiple warning lights came on for lamps/lights being out. The vehicle wasn't even cleaned -- there was garbage in the console -- and we also found rust on the subwoofer. For a car that supposedly passed a "safety check," these issues should have been caught before showing it to a customer. While I may not be an expert on cars, I do understand that stains typically don't just show up on the roof, and that warning lights on the dashboard shouldn't come on without reason. We declined to buy the car and explained why. A few days later, the dealership called to negotiate on price, saying they were addressing the sunroof. But the problem wasn't just the sunroof -- it was the overall lack of care and transparency. When I said this wasn't the right dealership for me, I meant it. Buyers beware: if obvious issues are overlooked before you even drive it, imagine what else could be missed.

Time for an update on my review of Lux Cars…read more.. Bottom line on top: AVOID LUX CARS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Here's why I advise you to avoid Lux Cars: 1) Sales rep Val Kats added on a $250 "interior maintenance" package to the invoice without asking me about it or even discussing it with me. 2) After I bought the car, my local mechanic found that one of the rims was bent and that one of the tires was significantly older than the others - things that a reputable car dealer would have found and fixed before selling a used car. 3) And here is the kicker: When I bought the car, it had a "clean" Carfax. When I went to sell it several years later, the Carfax report showed that the car had been in an accident. WTF?! Turns out the accident didn't get reported to Carfax until 4 months AFTER I bought the car. Looks to me like Lux knew about the accident (which would explain the bent rim) but withheld the info from Carfax until they could unload the car on a sucker. As a result, I took a bath when I sold the car, getting much less money for a car that had been in an accident vs a car with a clean Carfax report. I see lots of reviews on Yelp from people who had similar bad experiences with Lux. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

It is unheard of in this business about this kind of small, at home feeling type of company. He cares about his reputation and doing right for his customers. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. Last week my 30 year old daughter's small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! The next day MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ connected us with  GM ALLEN GOOCH  of BOB RORHMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA and his BEST salesperson LOGAN VANDEMEER. Two days later these 2 magnificent individuals found my daughter's dream ride! LOGAN VANDEMEER is THE ONLY person you need to see when looking for ANY vehicle in Indiana. They cracked my windshield and then insisted that I get it covered under my comprehensive insurance or through the extended warranty. There was no crack on the windshield when I brought the car for service. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, did NOT observe or document any cracks on the windshield when the car was brought in. Additionally, the mechanics working on the car also did not observe nor document a crack on the windshield. Therefore. upon completion of the service, when I took the car back, I was shocked to notice an approximately 6-8 inches crack on the passenger side windshield. I drove the car back immediately to the dealership. Initially, the service consultant agreed that he had observed no cracks when the car had come in and nor had he informed me or documented a crack on my windshield when the car had come in for service. However, after consulting his manager he started insisting that there could have been a chip that had become a crack when the car was put up and down for Service. Additionally, his manager insisted there could have been a crack when the car was brought in and that it hadn't been visible because the crack/chip was located at the bottom of the windshield where the area was black. And to make matters worse when I asked to see the pictures as taken when my car was brought in, to confirm whether a chip could have been there when the car was brought in. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, refused to provide me with the pictures-- he kept saying,"I can't show you the pictures right now." It wasn't until he took the pictures of the cracked windshield and downloaded them to his computer that he showed me the pictures. Moreover, he then proceeded to delete a bunch of pictures from his computer and when I questioned him about what pictures he was deleting he said it was his computer and that I should let him work on his computer. He then proceeded to show me the pictures that were taken after the service had been performed, and the crack was visible on the windshield as the pictures that were taken when the car was brought in! NON OF THE PICTURES WERE DATED OR TIME STAMPED. When I questioned him and his manager about it, they had no answer. Instead they kept insisting that I get my insurance or the extended warranty to cover the replacement. I had purchased the car and an extended warranty at Lexus of Naperville, another fraudulent dealership!! Therefore, I called Lexus of Naperville regarding the extended warranty the "platinum warranty" that I had purchased that was supposed to cover the windshield or so I was told at the time of purchase, however, I was informed that the extended warranty did not cover the windshield! At this point, I have opened a complaint with Lexus of North America. I am very upset!! I will also provide my insurance company about this.
