    Eggs Benedict
    Maddie M.

This is a classic brunch spot. I've been to a few other locations but was in the area so came to this one for the first time. I got a California omelette. My bf got the egg Benedict. It was pretty busy inside so we waited around 15-20 minutes for our food. The service was quick too. The portions are good size and it comes with a side of toast. If you're looking for a good hearty breakfast, this is a good spot.

Got the Meat Lovers Omelette with pancake for extra $3. It also came with crispy hashbrown. Pretty big sized omelette with bacon, sausage, ham, Jack and cheddar cheese. Had mostly ham. Lots of cheese. Could use some salt even though it had a lot of ingredients that are usually salty. The pancake was almost as big as the plate and quite thick. Good pancake. Fluffy. I enjoyed the pancake more than the omelette. Also tried the Steak Ranchero omelette with tri tip and covered with salsa. Came with fruits and choice of toast. This was just ok. Food came out so quickly. Staff were pretty nice but they kept forgetting the drinks. Had to remind the staff twice. Nice dining area.

This particular Bill's is my favorite location. The staff is the sweetest. The menu is your classic breakfast items. The food tastes clean and better then the average breakfast spot. Their drinks are all a hit here. They look good from what I can see. They close at 3 and I'm not a day drinker, so I'll never know how good their michelada is... I'm eyeing it and wish I could try it. The coffee is typical diner coffee, their orange juice is freshly squeezed, and I first discovered pepper plant hot sauce here (you gotta ask for it, and I recommend you do!) Long waits on weekends but weekdays are chiller. This is a great classic breakfast spot. Comforting and delicious.

Tucked in strip mall. Plenty of parking here. We went pretty late on a Sunday- about 2.30. Got a seat right away Ordered crab cake Benedict - the crab cakes were so crispy! The hollandaise sauce perfect! The house potatoes were good too. Also got the buttermilk pancakes - comes with butter and syrup. Perfect sweetness Friend got chocolate chip pancakes Also don't forget the freshly squeezed orange juice?!

I came here for brunch on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised that we got seated pretty quickly. I've heard there's usually a long wait, but joining the waitlist ahead of time helped. I ordered the chorizo omelette and it had great flavor. The hash browns were a standout -- incredibly crispy. Portions are huge for the price, so it felt very affordable and filling. Service was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I know they have several locations, and this one seems a bit nicer compared to others. Overall a great brunch spot that I'd come back to.

Wanted to try this location again, we were greeted and were also given a free able outside right away. As we sat outside there was a distinct smell of garbage that would come and go, now I can not say where the smell came from and I am NOT saying that it came from Bill's Cafe but nevertheless the smell was bad enough to make me ask if we could sit inside. After being seated inside wifey ordered a coffee "that she never got and was charged for" Wifey and I both ordered the French Dip sandwich which came with 2 sides, I got their home country style potatoes and the lemon soup. The run down: The lemon soup was ok but IMO they use way too much salt 2 stars. Country potatoes: Bland, bland, bland seriously like no flavor, no salt. 1.5 stars. French Dip: Consisted of a big loaf of bread, cheese and sliced meat. If it wasn't for the au jus the sandwich would have been flavorless. Final notes: about 2 hours later I tasted the food again "if you know what I mean" Unfortunately the whole experience this time was sub par.

SJ must visit! Food is always amazing and comfy. Friendly staff that makes me feel welcome. I love getting brunch there to start my weekend. This location is very spacious with lots of table. It's clean and well managed. 100000/10 will return.

Lemon Blueberry Pancakes (off the "Specials" menu), Ham Steak and amazing coffee!

I got the linguica scramble, which was delicious, sourdough toast, and I asked for the potatoes to be extra crispy and they sure were. Delicious breakfast, great service as usual, the staff is always great... The coffee could be upgraded, but, it was really good.

Awesome breakfast with a buddy! Service was awesome and our coffees were always full! I had the country scramble and it was really good. Fresh biscuits, sausage patties were homemade, and overall a hardy meal on a cold morning! Bills is always a solid choice for breakfast!

"The food at Bill's Cafe was wonderful! There was plenty on everyone's plates. For breakfast this morning, we ordered great choices like Eggs Benedict, Chilaquiles, and a variety of pancakes. Fun Hawaiian pancakes and Cookies & Cream pancakes for dessert! Our server, Reyna, was fantastic and super attentive. Our drinks were always full, and she brought all the little extras with a big smile. The restaurant is very clean, the booths are comfortable and the tables are nice and spacious. Well done, Bill's Cafe

Stopped here on a whim after an event we had nearby and I'm so glad we did!!! The reviews weee spot on - this place is a great stop for lunch!! Parking was plentiful as it's nestled near a big parking lot. We arrived and there was a QR code to put your name on the waitlist. I was surprised as it was past the busy rush hour time! We waited maybe 5-10 min. We were seated outdoors but given a choice which was nice. They had heated patio so we stayed warm. Our server Claudia was super nice and such a joy to have as a server. It was super kid friendly as they had paper and crayons for the kids to occupy them! The kids meals were pretty generous too. And I LOVED my meal of a hash brown skillet - super delicious! And best part they are super generous with their bread... each meal came with 2 pieces of bread! I loved that they had different options: whole wheat, white and sourdough. We tried them all All in all 5/5 for a great American diner breakfast/lunch place!

Here on a Saturday around 10AM. QR code to check in or do it online before you get there. When we checked in, there were 8 parties in front of us. We waited maybe 15 minutes which wasn't too bad. They have inside and outside seating. We sat inside. They have a large menu, I had a hard time deciding what to try. I ended up getting the crab cake Benedict. Thought about getting the half order but ended up getting the regular size and was so full and couldn't finish. I enjoyed it. I would get it again. Everyone enjoyed their meal. They told us 15 minutes to get our food but it was faster. They asked if we wanted butter on the toast which is great to prompt us since one of us doesn't like butter and we forget sometimes to ask for it that way. Also when adding avocado they let us know it was an extra charge. Good service except my husband had to ask for water refill twice.

This spot has always been my go-to breakfast option because of their Crab Cake Benedict's! They have many more breakfast dishes that are great but the Crab Cake Benes are my favorite. Service is great with the friendly staff and the ambiance is lively with the feel of a diner hustle and bustle which I enjoy. Taste, Quantity and Quality: 5/5 crab cakes have a crispy and crunchy outer batter, and moist crab mixture in the center. The eggs are cooked just right and the Hollandaise sauce is made to perfection! They have cracked the code for this dish! Like I said, this place is my go-to breakfast spot and it is mainly because this is the only dish I get and absolutely love! Each plate comes with 2 Crab Cake Benes with your option of hash browns, French Fries, Country Potatoes, or Fresh Fruit. I do love having a bite of my hash browns with the Bene! They have a mini option where they give you 1 Bene with a side. Staff and ambiance: 5/5 everyone here is so friendly and welcoming! Price: $17.50, pre-tax, for two Crab Cake Benedicts (also perfect for sharing!!)

Do you serve gluten-free breads, gluten-free pancakes or gluten-free waffles or French toast?

No we do not at this time, but we will considered serving gluten free products on the future.

Do they the mini breakfast options at this location?

    Yes they do!

    Is the patio dog friendly?

Yes -- been to both Stevens Creek and Palo Alto locations several times over the last several months (the latter this morning!) and both have had dogs (not this morning, however; I'm guessing the dogs like to take advantage of DST ending).

When walking, we missed the restaurant initially because this place is clearly, a hidden gem, especially being hidden along the nightclub strip. We were blown away by the curated vibes. From the thoughtful decor to The Office being projected on the wall. It felt hip, fresh and refined. We decided to craft our own drinks - Arnold Palmers, his favorite. But they only had sparkling lemonade, which actually made it even better. We shared a salad that had some cooked pears and squash alongside the greens, walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese. I do feel like the cooked sweet elements overpowered the salad with their sweetness and textures a bit. Wondering if a refreshing pear for crunch or more dressing could have brightened it up and provided a salty, sweet balance. I ordered the Short Ribs with a parsnip purée and roasted carrots and it did not disappoint. Everything paired beautifully together, perfectly salted and cooked. I finished the entire plate. Dad got the Pork Chop and while it was overcooked, he loved the flavors happening in the dish and was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing treatment of the kale. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Overall a great experience. We would definitely come back!
