Saturday morning 1st time here. Ive been missing out... Had Bill's Steak & Eggs, came with requested sourdough toast and option of potatoes or hash browns. I had potatoes. This was a steak! Not one of those flimsy 10 minute steaks with no flavor, big juicy thick, perfectly well done (on requests) , crispy and shared outside, mouth watering on the inside steak! Eggs c were great, cooked on high heat and tasty and potatoes were deliciously seasoned. The outside seating was relaxing and it took me a while to finish...but I did. The Waitress and Wator plus someone else kept coffee hot and flowing. Really a great way to start any weekend. read more

Got the Meat Lovers Omelette with pancake for extra $3. It also came with crispy hashbrown. Pretty big sized omelette with bacon, sausage, ham, Jack and cheddar cheese. Had mostly ham. Lots of cheese. Could use some salt even though it had a lot of ingredients that are usually salty. The pancake was almost as big as the plate and quite thick. Good pancake. Fluffy. I enjoyed the pancake more than the omelette. Also tried the Steak Ranchero omelette with tri tip and covered with salsa. Came with fruits and choice of toast. This was just ok. Food came out so quickly. Staff were pretty nice but they kept forgetting the drinks. Had to remind the staff twice. Nice dining area. read more

This particular Bill's is my favorite location. The staff is the sweetest. The menu is your classic breakfast items. The food tastes clean and better then the average breakfast spot. Their drinks are all a hit here. They look good from what I can see. They close at 3 and I'm not a day drinker, so I'll never know how good their michelada is... I'm eyeing it and wish I could try it. The coffee is typical diner coffee, their orange juice is freshly squeezed, and I first discovered pepper plant hot sauce here (you gotta ask for it, and I recommend you do!) I came here for brunch on a weekend and was pleasantly surprised that we got seated pretty quickly. I've heard there's usually a long wait, but joining the waitlist ahead of time helped. I ordered the chorizo omelette and it had great flavor. The hash browns were a standout -- incredibly crispy. Portions are huge for the price, so it felt very affordable and filling. Service was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I know they have several locations, and this one seems a bit nicer compared to others. Wanted to try this location again, we were greeted and were also given a free able outside right away. As we sat outside there was a distinct smell of garbage that would come and go, now I can not say where the smell came from and I am NOT saying that it came from Bill's Cafe but nevertheless the smell was bad enough to make me ask if we could sit inside. After being seated inside wifey ordered a coffee "that she never got and was charged for" Wifey and I both ordered the French Dip sandwich which came with 2 sides, I got their home country style potatoes and the lemon soup. The run down: The lemon soup was ok but IMO they use way too much salt 2 stars. Country potatoes: Bland,bland,bland seriously like no flavor, no salt. 1.5 stars. French Dip: Consisted of a big loaf of bread, cheese and sliced meat. If it wasn't for the au jus the sandwich would have been flavorless. Final notes: about 2 hours later I tasted the food again "if you know what I mean" Unfortunately the whole experience this time was sub par. read more

Think we were there on an "off day" for service. We arrived at 11:30 on a Sunday for brunch - totally prepared for a wait, it was surprisingly short, maybe 10 minutes. We were seated inside at one of the booths. And then we proceeded to wait almost 30 minutes before a single waiter stopped. Luckily water was delivered, but no coffee, no juice. We could not even flag someone because they move at the speed of light. We weren't in a hurry. We finally caught the hostess attention and she was able to grab a waiter to serve us, Jorge to the rescue! YAY! He promptly took our order and got our drinks, but we were not his section. So it took a while to get a refill of our drinks and then it took another 40 minutes before we got our bill. We were there for almost 3 full hours, 11:30 - until 2:15 or so - long time for brunch. Again, not a huge deal since we were not in a hurry, but it would have been frustrating if we were in a hurry or having things to do. Food - always amazing - really nice portions, quality ingredients. We each had something different, a scramble, a traditional breakfast and an omelette. I ate it all, which is not like me - but it was so good! We will be back for sure and again, I am sure service was just an off day - they are normally very well organized with their turnover of breakfast/brunch service. Stopped here on a whim after an event we had nearby and I'm so glad we did!!! The reviews weee spot on - this place is a great stop for lunch!! Parking was plentiful as it's nestled near a big parking lot. We arrived and there was a QR code to put your name on the waitlist. I was surprised as it was past the busy rush hour time! We waited maybe 5-10 min. We were seated outdoors but given a choice which was nice. They had heated patio so we stayed warm. Our server Claudia was super nice and such a joy to have as a server. It was super kid friendly as they had paper and crayons for the kids to occupy them! The kids meals were pretty generous too. And I LOVED my meal of a hash brown skillet - super delicious! And best part they are super generous with their bread... each meal came with 2 pieces of bread! I loved that they had different options: whole wheat, white and sourdough. Here on a Saturday around 10AM. QR code to check in or do it online before you get there. When we checked in, there were 8 parties in front of us. We waited maybe 15 minutes which wasn't too bad. They have inside and outside seating. We sat inside. They have a large menu, I had a hard time deciding what to try. I ended up getting the crab cake Benedict. Thought about getting the half order but ended up getting the regular size and was so full and couldn't finish. I enjoyed it. I would get it again. Everyone enjoyed their meal. They told us 15 minutes to get our food but it was faster. They asked if we wanted butter on the toast which is great to prompt us since one of us doesn't like butter and we forget sometimes to ask for it that way. Also when adding avocado they let us know it was an extra charge. Good service except my husband had to ask for water refill twice. read more

My family and I are regular customers here, which is why today's experience was especially disappointing. We had a reservation for a party of three, and I arrived before the other two members of my party. Although our table was ready, the host told me I had to wait outside until everyone arrived. Since it was extremely hot outside, I asked if I could wait at the bar instead. I was allowed to do so and ordered a coffee and an appetizer. Shortly afterward, I received a text saying our table was ready. I checked in with the host and asked if I could move my coffee and utensils to the table while I waited for the rest of my party. She refused and said it was their policy that the entire party had to be present before anyone could be seated. This made very little sense, especially since I was already seated inside and had purchased food and a drink. The host was unfriendly and dismissive and made no effort to offer a reasonable alternative. We have always received great service here in the past, which is why we continued returning. I hope management provides additional customer service training and encourages the host team to communicate policies more kindly and use reasonable judgment when possible. Taste, Quantity and Quality: 5/5 crab cakes have a crispy and crunchy outer batter, and moist crab mixture in the center. The eggs are cooked just right and the Hollandaise sauce is made to perfection! They have cracked the code for this dish! Like I said, this place is my go-to breakfast spot and it is mainly because this is the only dish I get and absolutely love! The Mexicano omelet was pretty basic and nothing special, while the veggie skillet was decent but had way too much asparagus for my taste. I'd definitely recommend upgrading the toast to pancakes. The cinnamon pancake was amazing, though the strawberry one was just okay. The avocados on a couple of dishes weren't fresh, and the coffee was your standard diner style. I also got a dirty spoon. Portions felt small for the price, but the service was cheerful and efficient, with plenty of coffee and water refills. The space itself is simple diner seating and not particularly memorable. Can we just say DELICIOUS!? We were greeted as soon as we came in through the doors with such a warm welcome from the staff and we were also seated right away. We had their NEW SPECIALS 1- Sweet Potato Benedict was to die for, I almost licked the plate clean. Hollindase sauce has a nice kick to it (Gluten Free item) 2- chicken Cordon Bleu Omelette was pretty good but could use a little bit more flavor (Gluten Free Option) 3- Dubai Chocolate Pancakes, were "ok" I wish there was more to them like the pistachio cream with Kataife in the middle between the 2 pancakes but kids were excited to eat them. We came here on Saturday around 1pm and there was a short wait to be seated. The staff here is so nice and friendly! We had Eric as our server. Eric and everyone else was really helpful and attentive. Many items on the main section can be halved, with slightly higher price than 50%. That's a good deal for people with limited capacity, since sides are full portioned. Coffee is, as expected, bottomless and there's no need to seek espresso drinks -- it is fresh and strong. Two of us ordered 4 mini items: tri-tip benedict, standard benedict, blueberry pancakes, and french toast. I found no flaw in any of them. We went for brunch on a Friday (10am-ish) and got lucky that we could be seated immediately. There are booths and tables with high chairs available if needed. Knowing that their portions are massive, I tried to get something that would prevent me from having that massive food coma HAHA, so I got the Petaluma scramble! It was a very tasty savory breakfast and I still could not finish! They give you a stack of toasts with the scramble and your choice of potatoes! My go to when I just want a good lunch and a place to work. Everyone here is so nice and the place is so clean!!! A great place to pull out your laptop and work while eating. Claudia is so wonderful. Was on top of my order and is attentive. I also tipped incorrectly because I math badly which I caught after the fact and she was so gracious about it and helped me figure out how to rectify the situation after I protested her graciousness. This is the first Bill's location that I have been to (I didn't know there were so many around!) and the service was amazing! All the servers and hosts were so nice and talked to you with eye contact and a smile. FOOD: We ordered the Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Benedict, and Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice. The Chicken and Waffles were amazing, the chicken was crispy and light, juicy, and seasoned well. Really surprised at the amount of chicken provided - 4 pieces, an incredible deal! To top it off, the waffle was large and came with whipped butter and syrup. The Fried Chicken Benedict was also delicious. We opted for a side of hashbrowns to pair, which was also a generous serving. Some feedback here - wish the hashbrowns were a little crispier and that the gravy had more meat.. We came once for a family member's birthday (large part of like 12) and they brought out a shot for her to take. So funny. PROS + Great food! We always go for the salmon Benedict, Belgian waffle (add whip cream and strawberries) and mimosas. + Quick & friendly service. Once you order, it is super quick turnaround. Everyone is very nice!! There can be a wait to be seated on the weekends but it moves pretty quickly. Probably the longest I've waited for a large party is 15 min or so. I loved the Bill's Cafe in Dublin but this one does not compare. They got my order wrong and food was very overcooked and dry. I ordered their chilaquiles and an omelette for my partner. The chilaquiles were missing ingredients and the omelette didn't have the toast it was supposed to come with. On top of that the gentleman who was at the door when I came in was a little rude to me when I came in a few minutes early to see if my order was ready. I will not be coming back again. read more
