You order at screens by the front door, their menu has lots of chicken offerings, with salads and sides as well. They also have some really fun organic soda flavors. There is a screen that tells you the timeframe of your order being ready and when it is ready it tells you which cubby your order is in. I love this system!! I got three chicken strips and tots. The chicken is juicy and the batter they use is excellent. The tots have a yummy spice on them. Man, well. I love fried chicken. I also love anything spicy, and when you bring those two together, you'll find me there. I've been wanting to try this spot since it recently opened a location near me. Fries were good. Tots were smoky. Good, but I wouldn't be able to eat a whole box. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was honestly just ok. What was weird is it was way too salty. We also got the Szechuan special edition one, and it was also too salty. Pretty chill spot with a great playlist and small but impressive bar. While one would not think to hang, you definitely could. Mostly self service as you order from a kiosk and pickup from a bay. They are super fast getting food out. The food, though priceyish for what appears to be fast food, they have a drive thru, is amazing. This is sit down quality food but with fast service. It really is exceptionally good. Between the four of us we tried The Rancher, chicken parm, tenders, nuggets, fries, tots, chocolate shake and their craft root beer. It was supper time and craving chicken. Stopped in at the local Birdcall. Glad we tried it. I had the most fresh kale salad Quinoa with grilled chicken. So delicious with a ginger dressing taste like house made dressing. My husband had the buffalo chocked sandwich it had blue cheese coleslaw to top off the kick of heat that it delivered. You order on a self serve kiosk but there is still an attendant to help you. Staff was super nice and all smiles. Came here for a late lunch after my daughter got out from school. I had previously visited the Scottsdale location and enjoyed it and was excited since this one was a better location for me to frequent. I love how customizable the entire menu is and how easy it is to order from their kiosk. I had some tenders and my daughter had the nuggets. We shared some fries and tots between the two of us. Everything came out quick, hot and fresh. I especially love the dipping sauces and the seasoning they put on the tots. It reminds me of bbq lays chips? Not sure exactly but so crave worthy. Fries were hot but likely from frozen (not cut on site). I like the Birdcall sauce which is a spiced up Thousand Island. Two reasons for the 4stars. First, call me old-fashioned, but have a person take my order, not an iPad. Second, this location is experiencing some growing pains in the kitchen. My sandwich came out with my customizations, but they forgot the basic lettuce and tomato. Went last Saturday. I ordered the chicken strips as part of a take out meal from the 7th and Glendale location. After biting into the first chicken strip I discovered a long piece of plastic that was deep fried in the batter on the chicken. It was a shocking a disgusting experience. I can not do spicy. My taste buds were damaged, and now mild sauce at Taco Bell is borderline too spicy. ‍ The honey hot is spicier than the Sriracha mayo. However dipped lightly, it's delicious! The Sriracha mayo isn't spicy either, just flavorful! I got bold after that and tasted my sister's Nashville hot sandwich. I took it too far.... a small bite tasted great, and then about 10 or so chews in the heat smacked me back into reality! The flavor is great. The heat was too much for my toddler buds. They carry Tractor Organic beverages never heard of Tractor before. Well, I'm a fan! We mixed the cherry cream and coconut, and it was delicious!!!! The staff is very friendly! Service is fast! Decor is cute and I love the colors. I liked the speed of the service and for the introverts it is neat not to have to interact with another human during the exchange. OK, so I've been twice and I'm just reviewing their trademark original sandwich which is this: you know those microwavable chicken fillets, breast fillets that you can buy at supermarket? Put some pickles on that, mayonnaise and you are done. Period.. The bun is good. So that comes about 10 or 11 bucks with tax out the door. Looking at the other sandwiches basically it's just a bunch of sauce and you know bacon cheese on top. I'm sure they're pretty yummy but basically is McDonald's big Mac with chicken instead of beef. Thick, well breaded, and juicy all natural chicken with the brioche bun and extra pickles; it truly cannot be beat. The selection of sauces can make each meal entirely unique every time you come here. I personally love the birdbq sauce, it's the perfect blend of barbecue and a thick cream based sauce. It really is so good and perfectly balanced. The fries were nothing to write home about but are a great vehicle for any of the many sauces that they have. The building is also super cool and well designed. Staff is super friendly and the mobile order and pick up through the drive thru was super easy. Chicken joints are popping up everywhere like hey we know you want chicken so here's are half thought out business we opened because Shaq did so it must be the new thing to do. NOT this place. It's lights out fantastic. Great selection of Tractor sodas and house made aqua frescas/lemonade. Casual clean atmosphere. Absolutely love that they show expected ticket on screen in dinning room. Mediocre, average food. Fantastic customer service. I participated in the "12 days of Christmas" promo in which they feature a certain entree menu item for $5. This will continue to rotate every 2 days until Xmas day. For their 1st offering, it was their "Rancher" sandwich. I love the setup and concept of the business. Love that you can enjoy zero human interaction. But the employees there will proceed to try to make small talk with you anyways. Just decide, lol. Don't make me order through an app or on your lil in-store kiosk, only to then confront me in person. Doesn't make much sense. The sandwich itself, was very underwhelming. Bread was just crap quality. Chicken was barely premium grade. If I had paid full price for what I got, I'd be upset. The holiday promos made it only somewhat reasonable. Also got the Brussel sprout salad, again lack of flavor. The only thing that was good was the banana cream shake. I ordered to go and they didn't even tell me that my order would come out the wall. This was just a poor experience. Staff was as dry as the food. Restaurant was cute but instagramable spots aren't worth it when you're paying 50$ for 2 mid sandwiches.
