I have been craving biscuit bitch since I last visited in 2018. All the food is amazing. The wait is worth it. Staff is amazing and deserve all the awards. I got a Cheesy Pork and Bitch to go and it's so big it'll also be tomorrow's breakfast. There was a 40 minute wait for food but it's the USA v Australia game today so it's to be expected. Staff were amazing at facilitating food pick and and wait times.

came at around 7:40a and they were very lively! just a heads up if you're an introverted, shy person, or not a morning perskn they are very enthusiastic & nice. we got the bitchwitch (sausage & bacon) both were very good w the sauce it has inside. we put some of the gravy on top too and it was super good. 5/5 for both because who else in the area serves really tasty biscuits sandwiches. i'm also not a huge biscuit fan in general, but here i've become the biscuit bitch no comments for the grits they were really tasty but it was my first time trying grits so i can't compare

We visited Biscuit Bitch on the final morning of our weekend getaway, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. After losing track of time, we realized--at 12:55 PM--that they closed at 1:00 PM on Sundays. In a last-minute leap of faith, my fiancé and I placed a Square pickup order, hoping we wouldn't have to leave Seattle without finally trying their famous biscuit sandwiches. To our surprise and immense gratitude, the team kindly honored the order and had it ready within five minutes. While I would never recommend cutting it that close, I truly appreciated the generosity, professionalism, and grace they showed in that moment. The biscuits were absolutely worth it, and the exceptional customer service made the experience even more memorable. A wonderful ending to our trip--thank you for going above and beyond! We got the hot link and sausage!

It's always fun to drop by this place The biscuits are great, and the service is entertaining as much as ianything. If you get here early you will be fine. There isn't much inside in the way of dining space, but they do have some seats outside. If you manage to come later, you will regularly find yourself in line. This time, like all the other times, I go through the wait Im like (which moves quickly) and then wait a bit for the food. I love spicy food and the Hot Messy B is a good take on a spicy biscuit and gravy. My daughter enjoyed her Canadian biscuit, which. Is a PB&J . She loved it. No bathrooms, no parking. Still recommend for food and laughs.

The sandwich was good. We had the bacon biscuit sandwich meal. The sauce they use was really good. It costs extra for hot sauce (not a big deal) The grits were just okay. Needed salt but good texture! The service was good. You order at the window and then they call out your name. There were a couple of tables and chairs outside but not a lot. It's busy so expect a little bit of a wait!

This is the 2nd location we went to. It was still good very good biscuits . I had the "Bitchwitch" which had bacon, cheese & bitchy sauce. lol In this location, you have to order online. There is no option to order at the window like the other location. Parking is a bit hard, since it's on a Main Street. This place was a bit behind when we got there, because they have less staff, but when I picked up my order, I think they were fine. The girl said, "Hi Bitch; thank you Bitch" lol but thats the point. If you don't like it, this place is not for you. lol!!

Fun shoppe with really good biscuits & coffee! Better have a large bite or you will need to eat these yummy biscuits in parts. These bitches be big!

After visiting the Space Needle, we walked over to Biscuit Bitch--and it was definitely a one-of-a-kind spot. You order at the window, then find a place to sit (we grabbed a spot at the park across the street). It's casual, funky, and full of personality. I went with the combo: a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, a side of grits, and coffee. The biscuit was buttery and filling, but next time I'd ask for their special sauce on the side--it was a little overpowering for my taste. The grits were creamy and the coffee was just ok. All in all, a fun and flavorful stop--perfect for a laid-back Seattle morning. I'd definitely go back if I'm in town again.

We saw this place as we were checking into the Bell town Inn here in Seattle. Highly recommended by the hotel staff, and they were not lying! Walk up to the window and order here, but the biscuits are delicious! We had breakfast sandwiches and got a side of gravy and it was all delicious! Had good coffee, what a winning combination!

One of my favorite breakfast places in Seattle! I was never a huge fan of biscuits and grits before; however, this place is the exception! We take our friends and family here whenever we get the chance. Every ingredient is cooked/baked to perfection. Their orange infused mocha is my top drink. It reminds me of the Terry's Orange Chocolate Ball that you have to smash to break apart. iykyk lol. This location in particular just reopened their indoor seating and the vibes are immaculate. Not many seats available though so you might want to get there early. They operate on a first-come, first served policy. The staff are always super kind and friendly. They really play into the bit which adds to the vibes ;)

Nice quick stop for some breakfast. They do get a bit slow when they have multiple orders but handle it well. The sandwich could have been a little hotter in temperature when served. Bitch sauce was good with the gritz.

    Proof I got it (LOL)

As always, this place doesn't disappoint. Staff is always fun and upbeat, as well as quick. If you know you know. If you don't know, then give them a try so you'll know. Aloooooooooha and happy eating.

You really can't go wrong with Biscuit Bitch. One of the things I appreciate most is the consistency--I always know it's going to be good. This time, we got two Easy Bitches: one with sausage gravy and one with mushroom gravy. Surprisingly, I ended up preferring the mushroom--it was super flavorful and savory. Portions are generous, so come hungry! Pro tip: order online ahead of time to skip the line. There are only a couple of tables outside on the sidewalk, so it's more of a grab-and-go situation unless you get lucky with seating. Comfort food done right, every time.

Is the sausage pork? Is any of the meat without pork other then morningside veggie?

Last I know is they have the Veggie sausage or Shiitake mushroom gravy. Hope that helps.

Does anyone know what's in their bitch sauce?

It is a mayo ketchup base! It's creamy and tangy.

How is the parking? Is there street parking, private lot, paid lot, etc.?

Street parking, but spaces open pretty quickly.

Whats the line/wait like on a Sunday morning?

If you go early enough, it won't be bad. But if you wait until 11-12ish then it'll be out the door and to the corner. Maybe 30 just to get the order in. And then you have to contend with finding a table (if you're dining in) because seating is…

    Do they allow dogs?

dogs are allowed! (i work there, so i know ?)

Do you stand with your Christian neighbor?

Of course we do! We stand for human rights and dignity, and the freedom to worship (or not) as you please without discrimination. Biscuit Bitch is for inclusion of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders and sexual orientations.

Is the restaurant Seattle only and are there any plans to open a shop down further south?

I am relatively new to the matcha game, so I cannot comment on the quality of the matcha. To me, it was lovely. I enjoyed their syrup flavor selection. They were offering a melon matcha which wasn't really up my alley, but I appreciate the creativity. I thought melon was a fruit that was bigger in the winter, but then I think about it, and watermelon is big in the summer. I guess when they said melon, I assumed cantaloupe or honeydew, initially, but who is to say. I forgot I'm in a big city again with the prices, but hey that's the cost of living in a big city. There was a nice restroom (w/ 4 stalls) for customers. I hate when places don't have restrooms or they have tiny 1 stall restrooms. There is lots of seating or working or catching up with friends. It has medium noise level, which I think is perfect for a coffee shop. The staff was friendly, and they made my drink quickly. It is close to Pikes Place, but far enough that there aren't as many crowds.

They clearly care about their image as they offer a free mug for first-time customers with an email sign-up. The drinks here are ok, but they average between $8-$10 each. I think the pricing is just much too high. You're paying for the vibes, not for a great cup of coffee. The matcha we tried was mediocre. There are so many other great places for coffee in Seattle, for just a fraction of the price. I think Storyville is preying on tourists visiting the market. They probably have to charge that much to keep the 8 employees milling about behind the counter employed. The space does have lots of seating, but it was nearly full during our early afternoon visit. Save your money, find another great local coffee spot!

We were initially enticed to visit Chaco Coffee & Tea given the mention of boba on their website. There aren't many options near Seattle Center, so having an additional one is always welcome! Walking in, unfortunately we found no mention of boba anywhere on the menu. I guess it's a future option or perhaps the website is just wrong, considering that they show photos of rolled ice cream, which they also don't serve. Ordering can be done either in person or at a kiosk near the front. There's plenty of seating and while we entered in the late afternoon, there were still several people inside settled down on laptops. Osmanthus Oolong Tea, 16oz ($6.25) - This is a very lightly sweetened beverage with plenty of fragrant flowery flavor emanating from the osmanthus. It's a really clean flavor, not quite grassy, but somewhat green in essence, coming with just a slight astringent bite towards the finish. It's a good, clean iced tea. (4/5) Da Hong Pao Tea Latte ($7.50) - This latte has a nice strong balanced nutty flavor. I saw the barista pour milk into the cup up to maybe 3/4 full, so I'm surprised that the tea flavor is so strong in this drink. The milk adds tons of body but doesn't contribute an overwhelming dairy flavor. They add a lot more sugar syrup into this drink - it's probably equivalent to 75% sweet or so at a boba shop, although it's not harsh at all due to likely being pure cane syrup instead of fructose. (4/5) The tea quality at Chaco is pretty good. It's always nice to see a cafe (rather than a tea shop) with such great variety! The major downside - pricing is really high especially for some of the premium teas. It's like double the price of actual tea shops in Seattle. I guess that's the Seattle Center tax? Bathrooms - Shared with the rest of the building tenants.
