I went on a Monday, late morning. There wasn't much of a line so it was perfect. I ordered and paid and waited about 15 minutes for my order. It was delicious. The chai was perfect. The sandwich was just about perfect. I wasn't expecting the sauce, so it was a little surprise, but yummy. There are tables and chairs along the sidewalk so there were places to sit and eat. The first Street location is very close to the train station so it is easy to get to. I'm definitely going back when I'm in Seattle next.

The biscuit was a bit on the dryer side but the taste was good, portion was on the bigger side and especially for the price. My boyfriend tried the biscuit with bacon and cheese and a gravy. I believe it was about $15 or so? He spent about 22 total with a drink too. Service is friendly, the vibes here are basically the same treatment for everybody, if you get what I mean.

I saw the reviews for this cheeky named spot on Yelp and knew I had to give it a try during my Seattle trip and it did not disappoint! I ordered the gritty scrambled cheesy bitch and it was so delicious! The food itself was so comforting and the flavors worked so well together! The grits in it really made the meal for me. This is a small spot where you order at the front and wait for your name to be called. Because this is a popular spot, wait times can be a bit long. You can either take your food to go or there are a few tables out on the side walk in front of the store to enjoy your food. Overall, I would recommend this spot and would come back in the future!

I'm going to acknowledge up front I have biscuit bias being from the south but these were still good! Looking for breakfast on Sunday morning and found this place on yelp and truly the pro tip is to order online!!!! We did that because we weren't sure how long would it take and we had to walk there and I'm so glad we did! We got there just before 11am and they sold out pretty quickly after so order ahead! I got their house special basic BEC biscuit and shared grits with a friend. The grits are fine lol not worth it imo but the biscuits are tasty! Sauce is a great touch and a solid tasting biscuit.

Awe man, I will dream about this breakfast. I stopped by Biscuit Butch while at a work conference. Grabbed an online order and manage to snag one of the outdoor tables to people watch and enjoy my food. There was a large crowd of people waiting for their food so I'd recommend ordering online and then picking up. The staff was really nice and it was endearing being called bitch in an endearing way! The biscuit sandwich was butter and so tasty, and the creamy grits were so satisfying. I will have to go back during my next visit.

Being insulted while ordering food wasn't really on my Seattle visit bingo card but when I saw this business name on my nearby I knew I had to pop in for a visit and it did not disappoint. Seating at this location is outdoors only. Ordering can be done either at the register or by scanning the QR code out front. My food took about 15 min from when I ordered and I had plenty of time to hear the cashier greet all the "new b*tches" in line. Truly highly entertaining but also super polite when you ask them a question. The cheesy garlic grits were delicious and the sausage "b*tchwich" was also great but again by far my favorite part of all of this was just the novelty of the experience. Also you get a free sticker if you post on social media so what a fun souvenir I'll be bringing home and insulting everyone in my life with!

Cute place, friendly staff, and appreciate they have gluten free options. The gluten free biscuit was decent but not fabulous. Mushroom gravy was tasty. Garlic grits were VERY heavy on the garlic. Outdoor seating only.

Enjoyed my egg and cheese. Nice size, good flavor and flaky biscuit. Did a pick up order and didn't have to wait. Friendly staff too.

This place had great reviews on Instagram and seemed like a good place to get some good southern breakfast . The Pike Place location is it to go window. They have outdoor seating not too far, first come first serve. You place your order online, or at the walk up window. Be patient there will be a line and a wait. We waited about 30 minutes after placing our order. We Got the "gritty scramble cheesy bitch" (I added bacon) and " smoking hot bitch". As someone born or raised in the south I love grits. And I love my grits creamy. These grits were lumpy. Smoking hot bitch had some cold jalapeños thrown on top. I would've liked them to at least cook them.

My bf loves biscuits, especially biscuits and gravy. We were visiting Pike Place Market, and ended up walking past here, so he had to try. They were busy, and had a QR code for us to order online for pickup. He ordered the Straight-Up Bitch and added scrambled eggs and hot links. I ordered the Bitchwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. We enjoyed it. The biscuits were good texture. Good fulfilling breakfast. I just needed ketchup (I like my breakfast foods with ketchup).

Place used to be busy but ordered with no problem on a Sunday morning. Ordered on their website and picked up at the counter. Friendly staff but will call you by their restaurant name. We got the buttered biscuit and gritty scrambled cheesy bitch. Gravy was amazing and combined with the grits and soft biscuit was perfect. The grits had great texture and a good garlic flavor. Biscuit wasn't dry. Warm and fluffy inside with crispy outside. The maple peanut butter was unique and tasty. Take out place by pokes place. Would recommend ordering o line and getting a text message when it's ready.

Haha! The name will grab you, but the awesomely large and tasty biscuit creations will capture your heart. You will come back often. This is clearly a local favorite place. My sister and I found this great sideway seating window store (no indoor seating) and was it a delight! Orders are made through the sidewalk windows with a lively person who is all for good service with a great smile and upbeat attitude. I had the spam and egg breakfast biscuit. Generous size and satisfying for sure. The grits were a nice side dish in the cooler weather that day. Kitchen is on site so fresh as fresh can be.

I have been here several times during my vacation and been to the one on 1st st near Pike Place Market. You can order ahead of time or go and order from the kiosk there when they open. They have breakfast sandwiches, grits, and biscuit and gravy. They do offer gluten free biscuits and also mushroom gravy in place of sausage gravy. I've tried their sandwiches and one of their biscuit and gravy plates and they were all excellent. I did try the garlic buttery grits and they were okay. I'm not a fan of grits so don't trust what I say if you do like them and want to try. I did asked for pickled jalapeños and a side of Callahan's habanero hot sauce (super spicy!) to go with each meal. It's more of a take out area but they do have some seating outdoors if you want to brave the cold windy weather or go find someplace warmer. Highly recommended and definitely order online if it's a bit later in the morning.

Vietnamese coffee is typically made with robusta beans, which have higher caffeine and a heavier, almost thick mouthfeel compared to arabica. I also just visited Vietnam in April where I had lotss of egg coffee so I was really excited to try it back home. For starters, the coffee here has great depth. It's sweet but not overbearingly so. It also has that caramelized note that I usually look for. I'd just say that I wish their egg cream had more flavor. At least in the drink I had, the cream seemed more for texture since it didn't have much flavor by itself. I still enjoyed it though and would definitely get it again. Service: (5/5) Super kind people and I barely had to wait for my order. Other notes: If you're new to Viet coffee, please do not chug it or drink it in one sitting. It is powerful stuff. I also bought a bag of their Morning Sun coffee beans as a souvenir, and the cashier mentioned how it was one of her favorite blends to drink and gift! That reassured me about blind buying. My matcha latte was pretty good. It had an added earthiness from the brown sugar syrup. Though it wasn't as green as the matcha lattes I'm used to drinking back in SoCal, it wasn't bad! However, I think I would skip the gruyere pull apart pastry next time. I usually don't mind gruyere in savory pastries, but this one was especially greasy. The scallion one my friend got was much tastier and a lot lighter - I'd recommend that one over the gruyere one. If I were to come back to Seattle, I'd love come back and try a sweet pastry and a different espresso drink.

I've had a black sesame Matcha from somewhere else before, and the sesame flavor was very light, so that was what I was expecting, but was met with a very strong sesame flavor. I was not a huge fan as it felt overpowering and I couldn't taste the matcha. However, this is just a personal preference thing and if you like black sesame you should definitely try it! I'm not sure what much they used, but it didn't taste like the best quality, but it is still delicious and their drinks are all fun . The inside is small but and warm and cozy and they do have some seating. I was always able to find a spot. Super cute place with very sweet baristas.

What's amazing is theres no acidic taste ruining your beverage , just a smooth euphoric rush of caffeine coursing through your body. I normally get an iced latte to get my geyser gushing but a straight shot does happen occaisionly. Outside of the superior taste the caffeine kick back is like a NASA ROCKET BOOSTER piloting Artemis II... Now the hired hands are fined tuned & trained baristas extracting the brown juices from local roasted beans. BTW VIVACE roasts its own coffee, specializing in a Northern Italian style developed by founder David Schomer since 1992... This is why you'll love its taste... VIVACE's interior space is very large for small & medium size gatherings with a hipster eclectic taste of furnishings. Also beware free WiFi if you're a lounge lizard is available... During good weather days outside seating is available for the rare days the gods allow Seattle sun to shine down upon us. Table & chairs on sidewalk allows you front row seating to the freak show for entertainment. Not much more to say, so grab a shot of caffeine!

The espresso itself is mostly crema, really well done and not something I have found many places outside of Italy they definitely know what they are doing. Plenty of seating and places to work if you want to work there and they also sell pastries and take home items like beans, mugs, espresso cups etc. Definitely worth a visit if you are local in the Seattle area or visiting. Parking on broadway is a bit hit or miss but you can usually find a spot either on the main street or a nearby side street.
