You could tell the meat was reheated in the microwave. Edges was extremely dry. The bread was re-cooked on the grill. I notified server before she left the table my concerns. She stated she understood and would take it back to kitchen. She brought the same sandwich back. Basically it was not replaced but was still on the bill. I never ate anything off the plate. I ordered oatmeal as a replacement. The corn beef sandwich was still on the bill. The manager sent server to say "this is not an error place" . Manager had a rude disposition. The food is plenty and it's tasty, the service was very good, it was great to see a team of waitresses that knew how to service customers. We had a really good meal here. I had the Spanish Skillet with chorizo, eggs, peppers, onions, and potatoes. It was excellent. My MIL had the cinnamon pancakes and really liked them. My husband had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and nearly finished them. They also each had one biscuit and gravy. My FIL had the country Omelette with gravy. The only negative is that the biscuits remind me of the drop biscuits my mom made as a kid and not the southern style. My friend and I went on opening day around 11a. It was pretty busy which is always great to see! The parking lot is small and quite tricky to maneuver. To start, this place is super cute. I love the vibe and they are very quick to get you in and out without feeling rushed. Our waitress was the sweetest and so kind. I came here to get some breakfast with my mom and she had gotten the biscuits and gravy which was a huge portion and she said delicious. But here is my reason for 3 out of 5 stars.. I have a gluten allergy and I let the waitress know that. I ordered the breakfast tacos and she had come back to tell me they weren't gluten free, she wasn't sure why. I asked her what my best options were and she said she wasn't sure but she'd go ask the kitchen. She returned to say the kitchen told her "she can have eggs or meat. Nothing here is gluten free. She has the allergy she should know what to eat". I couldn't believe that was there response. Again the waitress was so so sweet so this is not a reflection on her but those who run the kitchen and this establishment. If you are running a restaurant, you should be educated on food allergies and doing your best to accommodate them. I completely understand saying that you can't guarantee anything given a shared cooking space but the way they responded to my gluten free request was wild. They just simply didn't care and were extremely rude. They didn't even try to provide a solution just wrote me off and made it my fault. I was really sad because I really liked the vibe of this place. So, if you have a gluten allergy.. do not come here. They will not provide recommendations or help you navigate on what you can eat. I'm assuming this will go for other allergies. It's 2025 and a lot of places have educated themselves on major allergies and know how to support someone.. unfortunately this place isn't one of them. This new little breakfast/brunch place stands out with its stark white halls and large rooster statue guarding the roof. I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy with 2 sunny side eggs on top and a Greek salad. If you're gonna name the place on one dish, it better be the star. The B&G was actually very interesting and a little unlike any other I've had before. The biscuits were less buttery and flakey and more moist, crumbly, and cake-like, and they were ginormous! I can definitely see that being a controversial move that some love and some hate. I def don't think 2 is necessary, just go for 1. The creamy, mellow gravy smothered the top of the biscuits and had good harmony. I would say that maybe I would've preferred some extra flavor oomph in the gravy to really push it to a top dish. The eggs on top were like cherries to a sundae. Not necessary but you can not go wrong with it! The Greek salad was honestly the saving grace of the meal as it gave that spark of lightness and crunch that made the meal a little too filling. Whatever that dressing is on the salad, I need it pronto! Service was a bit weird. They accidentally gave us someone else's plate and instead of apologizing, they just quickly swiped it away without saying a word. I genuinely love the food here, but I've hit a point where I can no longer ignore the cleanliness and service issues. On my last visit, I was served water with a significant amount of floaters twice- a sign that the ice machine needs a deep clean. The vents are also covered in dust / mold to the point that they've irritated our eyes while eating on multiple occasions. The back of the building has become an eyesore too, with eggshells and crates just tossed outside the back door. As someone who has worked in the food industry, I'm usually very patient towards closing, the staff was sitting in a booth eating, cussing loudly, and discussing their night out while we were left ignored. I had to get up and interrupt them to get a box and the bill. It's a shame because the kitchen is great; I'm disappointed in the environment and the lack of professionalism. Love the food. First time here! Everyone was having great breakfast options. The food was looking wonderful, and I figured I would would have the Biscuits and Gravy. I ordered the #1 item on the menu and added 2 eggs. I told my waitress I like my gravy hot, it was not, I sent it back to get warmed up. I slid the eggs on top of the of the B&G and started to eat. It was warm not hot. It tasted ok, not the best nor the worse I've ever had The gravy says home made, it tasted like can gravy to me. It did not have very much sausage in it at all. it was very bland and it was something I wanted to try, Next time I'll pass on the gravy. Oh well that is just my opinion, Please try this place out and I'm sure if you steer away from the B&G you'll be ok.
