I received a certificate from them for my birthday in the mail so we decided to finally give them a try. We went on a Saturday morning at 8:30. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was nice and brought us our drinks promptly as well. We looked over the menu and ordered within 5 minutes. I got the pick 3, eggs and hash browns with a chocolate chip pancake. I added a side of sourdough toast. My husband ordered chicken and waffles. Looking around it's a lot bigger than we thought. We noticed it took awhile and then it seemed a little bit much. As we looked at other tables near by we noticed a lot of people without food looking like they'd been there awhile too. Just to make sure we weren't being dramatic I remembered I snapped a picture of the certificate they sent me and I looked back at the time it was. We waited 34 minutes for our food which is absolutely ridiculous! At this point we were just so excited to eat and sometimes things are worth the wait....however this was not. Here's where it goes all down hill. My chocolate chip pancake was on the same plate as my eggs and hash browns. Who does that?? It had some chocolate syrup on my hash browns and eggs, yuck!!! Then all the chocolate chips were in the center of the pancake not spread through out the batter like it should be. The hash browns were potatoes with no seasoning at all. Just plain! I tried to spice it up with pepper but still horrible. After getting an extra plate from the waitress I managed to move the pancake and tried to get hash browns off of there with egg remnants and syrup. Just visiting the area so this review is based on my 1st and only experience. Cocoa was our lovely waitress who was kind and considerate. The menu is extensive but nothing was too unique. It stays in line with the "cafe" style food, like pancakes, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast tacos, etc. For the food, I give this place two stars. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, which was actually good. It came with red potatoes, eggs and pancakes which weren't very good. I also asked for a side of turkey bacon. The chicken tasted freshly made but everything else tasted like it came out of a box or bag and reheated in the kitchen before arriving at the table. I usually like turkey bacon. Theirs is not one of the better brands. I couldn't even eat it. The third star is honestly because the service is good and that matters but the taste and quality of the food isn't something I'll be back for. read more

This was our second time ordering to go from this place. The first time it was 20-30 minute wait and they didn't tell us there was a to go door that they set up, so we just waited in the front. Second time it was an hour wait. I understood it would be busy but when we got there, they said they were bagging our order at 10:10am... 11:15 we got our food. I think the only reason we got our order was because I said I wanted to cancel and refund my order. No one told us they were slammed or how long the wait would be for an online order... so it was bad to be waiting outside with no clear direction of how long we would be waiting. read more

So, this is probably the 4th time we have eaten here for breakfast. Each time we go, the staff seems very pleasant and engage in conversation. Sometimes the wait for food is a bit long, but if you want it fresh, have patience. We have sat inside and outside (on nice days) and it's a great experience. On our last visit (4/22/21) a young man delivered our food and was very engaged in his job...customer service. We asked our server what his name was and remarked at how pleasant he was. She said that his Name is Sean (I think) and he is in the management training program. Well, this guy will do wonders for the company and we wish him well. Food was delicious and the pancakes are really the best we ever had. No Pics because I ate it all. The food is always delicious. Tried something new today. I got the avocado Benedict. And it did not disappoint! It was beyond filling. I didn't even touch my hash browns. Also, I tried the chocolate coffee (1/2 coffee 1/2 hot chocolate). It was sweet like hot chocolate, but had a little coffee taste to it. I would definitely order both items again. First off, AMAZING FOOD! The portions are huge. Was put into a foodcoma after eating here! Emily was our server and she was very nice/sweet and professional. Came here Friday with a friend and had their cinnamon roll French toast with two over easy eggs and bacon. Came out to about 13 or 14 dollars and had two large size French toast. After being here many times, got so disappointed today. Guy,hostess, was more worry to cash people out instead of sitting some people. My husband and I stopped here for breakfast on the spur of the moment. It was our first visit and will be our last. The service was ok but the food was very disappointing. My husband ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, and a biscuit. The eggs were ok, the bacon good, the hashbrowns undercooked and the biscuit so dry that even after adding butter, he couldn't eat it (I took a bite and agreed with him). My avocado toast was on barely toasted wheat bread and although there was a generous portion of smashed avocado on the toast, it had no seasoning and was very cold. I also ordered poached eggs which came in a ramekin floating in lots of water. I asked them to drain the excess water. When the eggs returned to the table, there was still more water than there should have been but I let it go. However, the eggs were undercooked and barely warm once I tasted them. I couldn't eat them. My husband had a soda and I had a cup of coffee. The breakfast with a 20% tip (because we aren't going to punish the server for bad food) was over $40. Money wasted! read more

Bacon looked like it barely hit the pan and then it had that flavor of been sitting there for a while. Took 30 minutes to get a refill on coffee, that's very bitter. The server was not very good either. Rude to start with and just seemed like we were forgotten about. As she sat people to the table left to use she starts going on about cinnamon rolls and such. What cinnamon rolls they aren't on the menu. They got taken care as they were seated. So that really did not make situation better. When we asked about cinnamon rolls she said oh no they are not on menu they offer as people are seated. Really, hmmmm, we had no such thing. So when people where seated to the right, they did not get offered any either. So my conclusion very bad server. It seemed as if she knew the people seated to the left. Hey I am a paying customer. I should be treated the same or better than family or friends. I will never go back here again and will definitely let people know about my experience. A McSandwich would have been a lot better. We traveled a little further on our quest to find our all time favorite breakfast. We are still looking but Biscuits will definitely stay on our list to return. The serving sizes are huge. I had a kielbasa scramble. I love that they didn't over cook the veggies: I like mine to still have a little crunch to them. My hubby chose the biscuit over the toast and he got two of them! Today my family decided to stop in for breakfast. We were promptly seated and our order taken. Our food took about 35 minutes to come out- which isn't terribly long. I ordered the ham Benedict, when I cut into my egg it was a hard boiled egg I cut into the second one and that too was hard boiled. I flagged our waitress and she immediately took my food back to the kitchen. She came out minutes later with a new plate. Cut into those eggs and they were normal poached eggs. So I go to take my first bite and the muffin was horrible. Like they forgot to cook it and then you have hard, mushy bread. My husband took a bite and thought maybe they tried to cook it on the grill and it sopped up the grease? I dunno. It was so bad. Like not palpable (and I like Taco Bell, so I'm not picky). So our waitress came back and I literally told her that I wasn't paying for this and it was gross. She immediately agreed not to have me pay for my food. I'm writing this review because my meal was honestly gross. I've never gone to a restaurant and had gross food. Bad, yes. Gross? Never. For something as standard as an eggs Benedict at a breakfast place, it should be just as uncomplicated as a pancake.
