The workers were also very confused on how to ring things up and what was included in a kids meal and had to come by the table for us to remind them what we ordered on a sandwich because they didn't understand the ticket produced by their machine. They had to call the owner to get help. The worst part is it took forever to get out sandwiches. We had places 2 orders. The first one came out after about 20 minutes. But another 20 minutes went by and we had not heard a peep from anyone. So I went to the register and there were no customers. I told them I was checking on our order and they looked confused. My order was sitting in a bag on the back counter!!! No one noticed or checked on it. We didn't get our sandwiches for 40 minutes after ordering them.

Now... What if that person was grossed out by mayo or allergic to something in the mayo. It would've been just as easy to get a fresh roll. That kind of grossed me out. I'm glad it wasn't ours. I have to wonder what that towel was used on. It wasn't a fresh towel. It was crumbled up. That has not sat well with me since I saw that.
