With a warm smile and greeting as soon as I stepped in the door, I was happy to enjoy a mellow 16oz Americano with the toasted brown sugar syrup with an extra shot of espresso. It served its caffeine purpose and went down easy. The coffee "seasonings," (honey and a bottle of simple cane syrup with a pump) were conveniently placed at the bar. It's really pretty inside and I enjoyed all of the visual declarations of their mission statement. The gold stools are a nice touch with the simplicity of the black chalk interior.

Great coffee, great decor, fantastic service, amazing vibes. I ordered the cold brew and my wife ordered a mocha. Both excellent. Charming touches here in regard to the playing cards for your order and the beautiful interior decor. Very zen. The staff were amazing along with the management. Price point is about the same as say Starbucks and the coffee superior. I highly recommend you give this place a try. It will make your day.

Whenever I come to JAX this is where I like to get my coffee from. They have great coffees, lattes, frappe's, and they also do serve some eatery items. The mini burritos are pretty tasty. Most important it's warming that they hire people with disabilities which are very friendly and kind unlike many places you go to. From the time you open the door and someone says hello or welcome. It's a great experience.

Wow!!! let's start with the parking the church around the corner offers complimentary parking - take them up for that! Store is open, super friendly, and accommodating - tea, coffee, and hot chocolate galore!! They have a wonderful merchandise, I walked away with an amazing tote bag at a super affordable price! The ice tea was brewed fresh, it came out right away. Not only do they have a terrific business model, helping people - but they also have terrific products So the next time you need a delicious tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, run here!

I had the most amazing time here!! Not only was it one of the best coffees I've had (chocolate covered strawberry mocha) and a delicious cake pop, but the ambiance and energy is beautiful. The strawberry rose latte was a surprising mix of flavors; not exactly what I had in mind, but it threw in some unexpected hints of cherry that made it an interesting try. It did taste a tad bit watered down, but I still enjoyed it. Overall, not what I expected, but it was a fun twist on the regular latte scene. The coffee shop itself has an effortlessly cool vibe with cozy corners and a touch of rustic charm. Overall, the ambiance is just so inviting. The music is not too loud and sets the perfect background for studying.

It can be loud so I wouldn't recommend it as a study place but a place for a meeting or hanging out with friends. Has outdoor seating. After you order, they give you a playing card as your order number such as 8 of hearts. It's a cute idea. They sell merchandise in the front like Tshirts, mugs: great idea for gifts. Friendly service. Will be back!

First time visiting Bitty & Beau's Coffee, and I'm so glad I did! The black-and-white aesthetic is warm and inviting, with the cutest chalkboard details--especially the framed chalkboard, such a clever touch! What makes this place even more special is its incredible story and mission. The staff is so kind, friendly, and patient, making the experience even better. Plenty of space to sit, relax, or cowork, with lots of outlets for charging. It's a peaceful spot to get some work done or just unwind. Parking is limited out front, but there's plenty of seating inside and outside. Definitely worth a visit!

Bitty & Beau's Coffee opened its long-awaited Jacksonville location in the heart of San Marco in November 2022. Having heard a lot about the company and its mission to provide employment to individuals with disabilities, I was eager to give it a shot a few days after it opened when I happened to be in the neighborhood. The shop itself is pleasant and inviting- there's a lot of tables to sit at as well as some bar seating along the front windows. As the location is newly opened, everything is bright and clean. I had to take out my order, but it would be a nice spot to have coffee with a friend or to get some work done. The menu includes all of your usual hot and cold coffee/espresso/milk drinks along with smoothies and a small selection of baked goods (bagels, cookies, cakes, muffins). Prices are in line with what you'd pay at other shops. I purchased a brewed coffee for myself and an iced latte for my wife. The brewed coffee was too bitter for my taste, but I tried the iced latte and found it to be strong but smooth. Next time, I'd go for a latte. The service was great, especially considering the shop just opened a few days earlier. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Bitty & Beau's is an outstanding addition to the San Marco neighborhood. If you're in the neighborhood and would like to relax over a cup of coffee, give Bitty & Beau's a try. read more

This was my first visit to Bitty and Beau's. I've heard about it in the news but never been. I was in the South Bank area, not far from San Marco so I literally searched for coffee nearby. I wanted something different than the traditional. The store was clean and there was merchandise everywhere. The cashier was sweet. Iaked for something sweet. I was advised that the chocolate in the white mocha makes it sweet. So I ordered a small. They don't accept cash so thankfully I had my debit card handy, although I was intending to pay in cash. The coffee itself was a little sweet but not quite as strong as I'd like. I did enjoy the fact that I was given a playing card as the "pager" to retrieve my drink. read more

"More than just a place to grab coffee" is the perfect description for Bitty & Beau's! Located in the heart of San Marco square, Bitty & Beau's is radically inclusive- just the way I like it! Upon entry we were greeted by Diamond and her beautiful smile! This place has a great vibe that will warm even the coldest of hearts. Ordering was a breeze and there is so much fun merch! I had to pickup a "future employee" for my toddler! I ordered an almond milk cappuccino, strawberry banana smoothie, oatmeal, and a strawberry shortcake cake pop. The cappuccino was very good and the smoothie is one of the best I've ever had! The oatmeal is the premade/just add water type but was very good. The star of the show in my toddlers opinion was the cake pop! He ate every last crumb! There is plenty of seating and also a couple high chairs for the little ones which is always a welcome surprise! I loved that I was asked to place a pin with where I was from when I picked up my order. I can't wait to come back to Bitty & Beau's the next time I'm in the San Marco area! read more

I went in to this neat little coffee shop that has a cause near and dear to me Autism! Disabilities in general. They employ kids with special abilities and guide them to work with the public in a life experience they may otherwise not get. There was someone there to help although the young man had it under control! The coffee was really good. I would ask anyone in this area to please give this place a chance!!! read more

I've been wanting to check this shop out since I heard about the great cause they support, so I took my seven month old son after one of his doctor's appointments for a morning coffee and snack. When I walked in, I noticed how warm and cozy the place was. There's one wall loaded with goods to buy, like shirts, cups, and other items with their logo. I was greeted immediately by a sweet girl who took my order of a caramel latte and apple cinnamon muffin. She was thorough in asking if I wanted whipped cream, hot or cold, and the size of the cup. For both items it was around $11. I didn't have to wait long for my coffee and muffin. They even warmed up the muffin for me without asking! The muffin had lots of cinnamon and apples in it, with a gooeyness that oozed throughout and tasted delicious. The coffee was perfect as well, and I was able to sit at one of the tables and enjoy a mini date with my son. It's located conveniently near the Square with plenty of parking. I'd suggest going early in the morning to beat traffic. I enjoyed my visit and hope to be back soon to support, along with signing up for their loyalty program. read more

I was looking for a coffee shop to hang out and get some work done, and a friend recommended this coffee shop. Oh my goodness, I absolutely loved every second of my time there! The employees were extremely kind, making conversation and genuinely happy with their jobs. I ordered a cappuccino which was delicious. I wasn't hungry, but their food options looked very good and I will be sure to come back and order food next time. I love it here! It has become my go-to for coffee and bagels. The servers are kind and I absolutely love the concept of hiring special needs staff. The coffee shop is inviting, clean, and decorative. We are a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop! Bitty & Beau's Coffee employs individuals with intellectual and developmental abilities. Open since November, 2022, we are located in the heart of Jacksonville in the San Marco Square and open 7 days a week until 4:00. We would be honored to cater you next event, and delivery is available. K-cups, 12 oz. and 5 lb. bags of beans are available in-store for purchase to enjoy at home and/or work. Our menu items include delicious breakfast sandwiches, a variety of burritos, gourmet muffins, bagels with various spreads, huge cinnamon rolls, cake pops, Krispy treats and vegan/gluten-free brownie and cookies. In addition to hot and iced coffee, we have hot or iced lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, chai, matcha and Smith hot teas. We also have hot chocolate and frozen hot chocolate, espresso, cold foam, cold brew, exquisite Boba teas, iced teas, fruit smoothies and an array of frappes.
