If you are a working professional I urge you to skip this place for your lunch unless you have 2 hours you're able to spend away from your job. It took 20 minutes to get drinks, another 20 to get food ordered then I swear 30+ for food to arrive and then 15-20 to get the checks when we were ready to leave. The food was fine. Nothing to write home about. I do like the zucchini app quite a bit, it was the best part of the meal and I didn't even order it lol. The bowl I got was ok. The food was good, except for the big piece of plastic I found in my steak. It was a huge surprise! Almost choked me. Looked like the plastic was cooked with the steak, it's charred just as much as the steak was. Update: we called and the managers told us to come back as he would fix it and they forgot half of our order. Our party ordered The Dinner for Two for $66 with an upgrade to the Wagon Wheel Sampler, Blackened Salmon, 8oz Prime Rib both entrees with two sides and one dessert to share. Also the 18 oz Prime Rib and the Bone in Rib Eye (smothered with onions and mushrooms.) Everyone loved their proteins. Cooked to perfection and excellent flavor, marbling and portion. Excellent service, very attentive. It was much pricier then I remember though. For the 4 meals and 6 drinks the price tag was $300 including tip. It seemed like you used to get outta there for about $50/person. But that's the way of things now. Would totally recommend the Wagon Wheel sampler. The Fried Zucchini and Potato Skins were incredible. Prime Rib is excellent as was the Rib Eye. I wanted a little more flavor out if the Aujus and Horseradish Cream. Had a bad experience the other day but I didn't yelp about it because I eat here a lot and it's not typical. However, I did email corporate and a local manager got back to me and asked for another chance to make it right, which I will give them. I am leaving five stars because even though my experience a few days ago was a bad one, It had nothing to do with the kindness of the staff. And then today, after talking to the manager, he did not argue with me or try to minimize what I was upset about. They turned a bad experience into a better one. read more

Not the Black Angus I grew up with. Service was amazing, I actually felt bad for our waitress she had too many tables and was literally panting each time she checked in on us. I remember when I would go to Black Angus as a child you would start with a salad, enjoy your meal and maybe desert. A salad with dinner isn't "standard" anymore, it's an add on. My salmon was great, broccoli was very fresh, the mashed potatoes were incredibly bland and cold. Not sure I'd return unless that amazing waitress is working. This restaurant surprised us! My wife & I have been there twice now and both times agreed it's quite a special restaurant. The ambiance exudes the Northwest, as does the welcoming and comfortable atmosphere one settles into there. For me; I especially enjoy their Salmon (both times), but also the way everything is prepared = Just right! Jerry (the Manager) has noted that many people come there 'because of' their Salmon. Jerry and our waitress (Amanda the second time) were both very friendly, professional, prompt and also quite informative regarding menu items. Jerry was especially personable and talkative, continually ensuring we were pleased with our food and dining experience. My first visit to Black Angus Steakhouse was superb from the time I walked in to the time of my departure. The food portions were more than adequate, my waitress was attentive and stood by the table and asked me to cut into the meat to ensure that it was cooked to my taste and it was. If you are lucky enough to sit at the bar, make sure you get Ashleigh. What a beautiful, sweet hustler. Ash held it down, running multiple people, tables and was as sweet as possible. Made a reservation on Thanksgiving Day. That was my first mistake. The food was just average. My son ordered the prime rib and it was good. I ordered the rib eye and it was really dry. My husband ordered the turkey dinner and said it was not that great. The wort part of the meal was the service. We ordered apps and and the empty plates sat on our table for ever. I asked for water to the bus boy and he said that was the waitress jobT.he bus boys were there but did nothing but standing around. When we resceived the bill the waitress never came bacck,so I had to go to the front and pay. The manager was there but he did not leave his post the whole time we were there.
