I used to go to another black angus location a lot when I was younger. I moved out to the I.E. and haven't been in like 3 or 4 years. Decided to go today and it wasn't bad at all but it wasn't great like I remember. We got the campfire feast, a kids Mac and cheese and a filet mignon meal. The food was good but could totally be improved. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were super juicy, but under seasoned for sure. Just a little salt and pepper and maybe some butter on there and the steaks would have been a 10/10. The Mac and cheese was a little disappointing. The cheese sauce was gritty. I like a CREAMY Mac and cheese. But the flavor was decent. The free bread is ALWAYS on pint. I love it. We had 3 loaves. The regular baked potato was pretty good too but the skin was mega dry. Luckily, I had a ton of butter to make it better. But they could have thrown some oil and salt and pepper on the skin when baking it. That would elevate the flavor a lot. The server was nice but her face seemed like she was over it. I get it, no one wants to be at work, but you could hide it a little haha. But overall, everything was still good. Idk when I'll be going back, but hopefully the Mac and cheese and baked potatoes improve and they throw some seasonings and butter on the steaks.

Terrible, I left a review about waitstaff and hygiene which physically left myself and family sick. Even the other waitstaff said the server had been told numerous times about hygiene from various persons. My review was removed because I'm being honest with the general public as to how a visit could turn out, after 3 visits in 2 months turned out for me. And then get harassed by friends of the server. Just goes to show they all complain but when someone, a customer says something the customer is at fault.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks and ended up realizing we were hungry. The manager, Scott, told us about their lobster and steak special, so we decided to give it a try. The food did not disappoint! Kaylee, the bartender, is always super friendly and attentive, and Scott is one of the best managers we've ever seen...constantly checking on customers, helping his staff, and even running food himself. It's rare to see a manager work just as hard (if not harder) than his team, and it really shows in the service and atmosphere. We always enjoy coming here, and experiences like this are exactly why.

I lobe this place! They sometimes have amazing deals and especially if you have the app. Their steaks are pretty good! The fries are delicious and the mashed potatoes are excellent. The salads are good and their baked potato skins is also pretty good. The shrimp cocktail shrimp was pretty big. I dont like marinara sauce or cocktail sauce so there's that. If the shrimp tastes robust, you wouldn't need it anyways. I loved the creme brulee and the carrot cake is good. But I love all carrot cakes. The day we went we had a deal where you get an entree, a dessert and appetizer. I believe it was through groupon. It was 30$ for each person, so I purchased 8 of them. I thought it was a steal! The service was good and they are attentive. I think this place has good food, good vibe, and good service! We definitely had a good time!

Went in for an after church dinner. Jessie was our server. She was pretty good. The food on the other hand was okay. My chicken was pretty pink inside. I'm so happy they had the grilled artichoke. We noticed that the bread was a lot smaller. The wagon wheel was also smaller. Everything else was really good. We had a child behind us, who was a little chatty.

We got the two meals special. I ordered the Quesadilla for the starter then a filet mignon for my entree. Hubby got Prime Rib. Kim, our server, was patient as there were two different two meals special so we got mixed up. She returned when I got back on track. My two sides were the seasonal Green Beans and a baked potato. Hubby had broccoli and steak soup. The steak soup tasted like a beef vegetable soup. Fabulous restaurant. The ambiance is casual for a steak house and we fitted right in. Food was perfectly cooked!

Great service and attentive waitress. Our NY steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly how we wanted them. The surf and turf quesadillas were also very tasty and worth every cent, a must try! Clean tables and perfect level of music and plenty of parking available.

Black Angus was a delight last night! Service was top notch. I was a little worried because we were placed in a back corner of the restaurant kind of tucked away. We had a baby and that worked well for us (even though no body outside baby in a corner) everyone was so kind! I felt like the price was right too. The dinner for 2, is an excellent choice. I took a star away for two reasons, my steak was medium but it just didn't have a hard enough sear...maybe 30 more seconds would have done the trick to rinder out the fat and get those nice crispy bites and our receipt didn't have a line item, maybe that's because I had her swipe my card before bringing the check. That's on me but would have been nice to have that still brought when bringing it to sign. We would go back.

I understand they were busy, so the wait wouldn't really be something I would put on the server. But he quite literally actively avoided our table the entire visit. I went here to have an anniversary dinner with my wife and I observed him give personable service to everyone else but us. Our potato skins came out without chives first - no problem, let it go. Then we were well into finishing our appetizer and he still hadn't shown up. When he finally did, he just approached with a "are we getting food over here?" He didn't even introduce himself to us. My wine glass remained empty and he didn't offer a refill or say a word whenever he did stop by our table. My wife had to flag him down even though I put the empty glass and carafe on the edge of the table. It was an odd experience overall. The food runners were friendlier than our server. No goodbye or thank you from the host either. Sad part is I came in ready to spend some money and very quickly the momentum died from just complete inattentiveness. We were definitely just another customer there. The server's name was Ryan. Won't be coming back. Only good thing was the steaks.

This location is pretty out dated, furniture is really old. Food quality was okay, not like other BA locations I have been to where food is better. Long wait lines for sure. The customer service here is really good, you are taken care of from the moment you are seated till you leave, server is constantly checking in making sure everything is good. Not sure who our server was but she had tattoos. Like the other BA locations, this one has a bar with seating and TV displays for sports. read more

The service was wonderful... but the food was awful! The Cesar salad awful,tasting and I love Cesar. The Brussels sprouts were as soggy as could be, the fried shrimp was fishy tasting, the steak was ok and the lobster was a bit over cooked. The only thing I thoroughly enjoyed was my hot tea which I needed because it was so cold in the restaurant. Worst black angus we've ever eaten at. And we've eaten at a few. And it was over priced. I have to say Black Angus is the best kept secret in Temecula. :) Came for dinner 4th of July eve and we ordered the rib eye. It was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was delicious! Started with their famous fresh warm bread, then our crispy green salad with cold plate and fork. Last but not least our entrée YUM. We also got seated right away. If you want a great steak, don't make a "mistake" by going to the noisy, crowded place across the street. We love the Angus and of course, we will be back. Man in the recent years black, Angus is really stepped up their game, not only on their food, but also their customer service. My wife and I went to dinner here for her birthday because it was one of the only things that open later in the evening and honestly, we went very begrudgingly because we've had terrible experiences in the past not necessarily at this location, but just a franchise in general. So we went in with not very high hopes. But I have to say Caramel our waiter, she was absolutely fantastic. She had a bunch of people she was serving, but she didn't make us feel like we were a bother, she was able to take care of everybody's order in a very timely fashion, and I have to say the food was pretty good for being a chain restaurant. My husband and I had a night without the kids and came to Black Angus in Temecula for the dinner for two steak special. We were sat right away by a wonderful pair of hostesses, Claire and Victoria. We were given a nice corner booth and were promptly greeted by our server, Brett. Brett took our order and got our drinks right away. The warm bread came out right away with our soup and salad shortly after. Our steak dinners arrived in perfect timing and cooked how we ordered. The sautéed mushrooms and their ranch dressing are so good. We had chocolate cake after and rece to go boxes promptly. We had a pleasant experience here with Brett and his freshly cut and perfect hair lol. We will definitely come back again and maybe catch a movie next door. Great date night! read more

Food was subpar on every level. They took forever to bus our table and when they did they took all of the butter for the bread we were still eating. One of our party ordered chicken and it looked like something you would get from a hospital. It was a quiet Monday night and the place was empty. After our previous visit, decided to return. Not the experience we expected. Felt the server was bossy and her politeness was forced. There was some confusion about the Groupon we presented and Manager was involved but he was not very customer oriented. Food was meh, a bit like Denny's. Steak was tiny and baked potato was about 3 bites. Definitely a different experience. Service was just ok. They forgot our potatoes and we had to wait on them. Lemonade was good but not spectacular. We will definitely come back, but try a few things different and a couple of the items we had today.

It was cooked to absolute perfection with the bones separating right off to indulge to the fullest extent. They tell you it takes 30 mins to cook, which is well worth the wait. The skin was perfectly crispy and the seasoning was to die for. The meat was juicy and I couldn't stop eating it alongside the garlic yogurt. It also came with a side of chickpeas and summer squash. The cocktails were a nice break away from all the wine in Temecula - but I wished the drinks would be punchier and more creative. The charred cauliflower was a nice order, though it was too "raw" and therefore dry. I think it'd be better lightly fried to lock in some juice. Service was fantastic, especially as the server is the one that pushed us to get the fish. The ambiance is fantastic; we stayed inside but the outside is beautiful. Overall, I can't believe that fish; I hope to try it again when I revisit the area.

As for the salmon, it tasted like it smelled, funky. Why i ended up giving this place a 3 instead of 2 stars? Bc their creme brulee was the BEST creme brulee I've ever had. It was so luscious, creamy, and it felt like these are the kinds of desserts GODS eat! It was amazing! My server was friendly and talkative with me up until the end. She said "have a good day" in an oddly, irritated way when I paid with my card. Oh wells. Ill come here for the desserts! And perhaps ill give other things a try

The bartenders clearly know their craft, and the drink presentation was outstanding. Service was good, although not especially memorable, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. One thing that would make the experience even more immersive would be if the entire staff wore cowboy attire to match the Old West theme. With the speakeasy setting and vintage decor, it would add a fun touch and make the experience feel even more authentic. Overall, Twain Speakeasy offers excellent cocktails, good music, and a unique atmosphere. I would definitely come back again, and my recommendation is to arrive early since reservations aren't available and I can see this place filling up quickly on busy nights.

As soon as I walked inside, the host Dakota was super cordial and got me seated at their outdoor patio beneath sun shades, next to the vineyard and I had a perfect unobstructed view of the jazz performer on stage. After seating, I ordered a glass of their signature Cabernet Sauvignon and the Fromagé plate, which was presented shortly afterwards. The fromagé plate had a variety of cheeses, seedless red grapes, dried apricots, fig preserve spread and additionally a plate of bread... perfect for sharing or not. The saxophone player played contemporary music which was all entertaining as I noshed and sipped vino. Their signature Cabernet Sauvignon was quiet lovely; aroma and depth of flavors was perfect with the fromagé ...love!! After the lunch, a stroll around the grounds to see more vineyards, felt the breeze on a hot day was nice. Inside the gift shop there was so much to peruse through, but some of the stuff will definitely get a giggle out of you. There's an art gallery connected to the main building. I wouldn't call it an art gallery but many walls were dedicated to showcasing local artists work depicting the Temecula Valley lifestyle. In the same room is the wine tasting bar and most of the people inside the art gallery seemed to be more interested in wine tasting than the art lol This was my second time visiting, both times, I had a great first impression and last impression from the ambiance, food and service. Service from the staff members were all courteous, helpful and just wonderful, All was amazing, Cheers!!Recommend

All of our gals loved the vibrant and welcoming space they made here (also because they decked it out in PINK) and we absolutely devoured their handcrafted drinks and house-made dishes with colorful ingredients. The hostess already knew of our party's arrival and that we were celebrating a bachelorette, so they had our long table already prepped and in the outdoor shade as well. Our party of 9 shared a lot of our dishes, so I got to enjoy a little bit of everything. For myself, I got a shaken Horchata de coco Latte $9, and the Queso Birria Plate $19. My tacos were loaded with birria and an amazing chipotle sauce, and the side of consome was what leveled it up. The gals would awe every time their drink order came to the table, just by the fun toppings and colors. They loved the La Flaca $13, El Jefe (Mezcal) $14, Guava Strawberry Margarita $16, and more. They are just so fun here! We got for the table the Chicharrón, Chips and Guac $18 and Mini Pan Conchitas $10 to share. Everything, and I mean everything was delicious! We left no crumbs. The prices are pretty reasonable for their portion size and I think every gal enjoyed themselves! Multiple staff members came to check on us and bring us our food, and all of them were great to talk to and helped us decide on our drinks or food orders. They really do treat you with great hospitality here and try to make a connection - we felt so welcome and taken care of! Thank you to the team at Quiero Brunch for hosting us, and making our bride happy on the day of her Bachelorette!

I made a reservation through OpenTable, and we were seated right on time. The dining atmosphere was comfortable, contributing to an enjoyable experience. Like other Black Angus locations, this restaurant seemed to be understaffed, which resulted in long wait times at every stage of the meal. While the service was friendly, the delays were noticeable. The food was excellent. I appreciated that they served butter with the lobster tails, a detail the Escondido location did not offer. The presentation was also noticeably better here, making the meal feel more refined. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye, lobster tails, and asparagus. Although the ribeye was on the thinner side, the flavor and overall quality of the meal were great. One standout feature was cleanliness--the bathrooms were well-maintained, unlike my experience at the Escondido location. There were no unpleasant odors in the dining area, which enhanced the overall atmosphere. Overall, the great food, solid presentation, and clean facilities made for a good visit, but slow service due to understaffing remains an issue. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. read more

Worst customer service ever! Made reservations for an early family Thanksgiving meal 4 weeks in advance. I was told on the phone they would be serving a turkey dinner all week. I made a reservation Monday Nov 19th for 5 of us. The hostess was like a robot and the place was almost empty. After we were seated we asked the waitress for the turkey dinner and she looked at us like we were crazy... we aren't serving turkey until Thanksgiving day she says. We let her know we called and asked about it as we were making the reservation. She goes to get the manager, and we decide to leave because he's taking his own sweet time. As we are walking out the door he says is there a problem, we explain and he offers nothing to encourage us to stay only a meager apology. We went up the street and had a great dinner at Marie Calendars the service was friendly the place was busy and the food arrived hot and fast!. We like Black Angus in general but this location is ill managed and has the worst customer service... actually there was no customer service! read more

We had a wonderful experience at Black Angus Steakhouse in Temecula. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. 13 of us went to Black Angus for an early dinner. Our sever was Caroline and she was such a sweetheart and great sever. Itook my 91 years old mother out for the first time this year due to her fear of Covid. Most of us ordered the Campfire Feast. My mother and all loved the Hors d'oeuvres (fried zucchini with a tasty cucumber dip). Her salmon main dish was juicy and full of flavor. My prime rib was thick, tender and cooked to perfection, yummmy! Oh and the side dishes were wonderful- mashed baked red potatoes and broccoli. Plus carrot cake at the end!! My mother loved the food so much she told the hostess to give complements to the chef! The service was great as well. I heard nothing but praises of the service, food and the portions. Many forgot this gem of a restaurant is in our neighborhood. And all said they will be returning with their families. Great job Black Angus! We will be back! read more

We visited Black Angus Steakhouse on the 4th of July, the restaurant was absolutely packed, but everything ran like clockwork. We had a reservation, and as soon as we arrived, our table was ready to go. Our server, Brett, was amazing. He gave us great drink recommendations that paired perfectly with our meals. His attention to detail and upbeat attitude really stood out, especially with how busy the place was. The food? Absolutely incredible. Our ribeyes were cooked to perfection, and the filet mignon hit the mark exactly. We asked for steak sauce but didn't even end up using it, the steaks were that good. Black Angus Steakhouse in Temecula is my favorite place to go to have a great meal. The service is incredible! Our waitress, Carmel, was very knowledgeable and was very considerate to our needs. She answered all questions we had and let us know about the great deals they had, such as the campfire feast. We even ended up joining the Prime Club! Can't wait to use the free steak dinner for my birthday! Both managers, Erin and Cirilo, came to visit our table to make sure everything was going well. They will rip you off if you use a Groupon. Never would have gone but I had company from out of state so I got three Groupons, prepaid for the campfire feast. The waitress redeemed them all, and then told me only one went through. I showed her clearly they were all redeemed, but they charged me for the whole thing they charged all the Groupon and then took like $23 off so that doesn't make any sense. We had a wonderful early Valentines dinner tonight and everything was amazing. I love the deals they have with wine and their dinner for two. Went to Black Angus tonight for dinner. Brianna was our server, she was very personable and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the campfire feast (way too much food for two but who doesn't like left overs?), I had the prime rib and it was done to perfection, I love the baked potato with everything and am so glad our server recommended the mushrooms and bottle of wine. I absolutely love this place. My husband and I have been there a couple times and we are never disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile from the hostess, who was eagerly waiting to seat us menus in hand. Our server Stephanie welcomed us back, and we were happily surprised that she remembered us. My Husband and I absolutely LOVED our night at Black Angus. We got the Campfire Dinner for Two for $39 and it was all perfectly prepared. The Wagon Wheel Sampler platter was great. Our steaks were both cooked Medium Well, just as we asked and the Dessert, Mud Pie, was the perfect thing to tie the entire meal together. The server was both very attentive and extremely helpful. We had reservations for Thanksgiving night and when we arrived and checked in they informed us that they were completely out of Turkey. WE WERE THERE FOR THE TURKEY DINNER! At that point it was to late to go anywhere else so we had the prime rib with all the thanksgiving fixings met to be served with turkey, IT SUCKED!!! Great menu, specials are very good value. Food was delivered quickly. Husband had Summer Grill. I had salmon. Both were excellent. Our server, Louis, was the best part of the experience. He greeted us quickly, was very friendly and responsive to our questions, very efficient taking our order and getting it to us promptly, as well as checking in with us at the right tempo.
