In their defense, it was on their menu, but I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza, I never thought anyone would put a chilli sauce on a Hawaiian Pizza. The chilli sauce made my whole large pizza taste like nothing except BBQ sauce I was very disappointed. When I called the store to inquire as to why my Hawaiian Pizza would taste like BBQ sauce and ask to maybe be comped a small without the sauce as you could not taste any of the other great ingredients on my large Hawaiian , I was told there was nothing they could do except make me another one, that I could pay for. Horrible service & food. We literally waited inside the restaurant for over 1.5 hours for our to-go order because they forgot about it. No apologies, even though the workers saw us waiting for 45 minutes right in front of them until we eventually asked what happened to our order. They simply said oh just wait 30 more minutes, but we could clearly tell they forgot about the order. Got cold, dry, burnt piece of shit garbage pepperoni pizza at the end with 90% dough and not enough toppings and way too small for large. We ended up throwing away half of it. WOW, the food was cold( cold pizza was not what we ordered). The pizza was subpar for taste. Salad was soooo wet that dressing would not stick. Wait staff was only when you order. First time coming here, and I was quite impressed! Most pizza places tend to stick to the same few types of pizzas, but I saw there was a BBQ one! That pizza was probably one of the best I have had, especially for the short wait time. There was sadly some miscommunication between some workers, so my dad's pizza took much longer to come out. However, when it did arrive, the manager came out and made it up to us. The service was great, and the ambiance was so nice. The artistic look around the place was a wonderful, lively touch! Very consistent- we know we're getting exactly what we want every single time. Menu is simple but there is still something for everyone.

For us, this is the best pizza (and calzones) we've had in Nassau County. Their pizza would stand up to most. Very good. (Not amazing, but very good). We like the setup and atmosphere, but it would be great if they grew to be table service or decided to do another location that had it. A great thing to do is order a pizza to go, then walk next door to Disco Witch Brewing and enjoy and beer while you eat your pizza!! read more

They opened a few weeks ago and we tried for the 1st time last night. We ordered a Supreme and it was delicious! The dough was great (most important) and the amount of everything on it was just right. Nice & crispy. The small is still a very big pie. If thin crust is your thing, that was not this. Maybe they can have that option down the road. I can't imagine 2 of us ordering a large, but great for big families. I hope these guys are here for a long time. Hopefully delivery. We ordered 2 pies and they were both made the same with no sauce on them, if there was sauce put on them I don't know where it was. Hands down the single worst place run in this area. If I could give negative stars. I have given this place 3 separate chances and they cannot seem to get it right. Strike 1: called in to order pick up, they don't me they don't pickup orders after 7 on a Thursday night? Whatttttt? you're a pizza joint. a majority of your business is pick up orders. Strike 2: placed an order for pick up over the phone during their "magical phone order window" aka prior to 7. Showed up to a huge sign on the door that read "cash only." Of course I did not have cash and no one told me over the phone that cash was needed. Strike 3: Called in AGAIN to pick up pizza. Was put on hold for 10+ min only I was not really on hold, the woman answering the phone just put it down on the counter. I could hear her for TEN MINUTES taking other orders, jerking around with staff, talking to people. When I hung up to call back in...line was dead because of course she did not actually put me on hold. For all I know that phone could still be off the line to this day. Place is a joke. three strikes in your out. I won't be surprised to see them go under within the year. Shame because this area really needed a pizza spot. read more
