It's a slice from an actual ham! Real HAM! I was told it's Dearborn ham and I'd bet that it is. If you're not familiar, Dearborn makes great stuff. So, my issues... Not sure, but the coffee seems like it changed. It's weaker now and lacks the flavor from the coffee I remember from the past. They also stopped garnishing the plates with a slice of orange. I LOVED that slice of orange. Finally, the wait staff. They have some great waitresses but every once in a while, I get one that really doesn't know how it works.
