Apparently it is the house band. And the owner is a singer. My husband got the filet mignon and I got the braised short ribs. We also got the chocolate cake and the carrot cake. We also shared Mahi Mahi with jalapeño hummus and pita chips, although we swapped the chips for pita bread for a healthier version. We both really enjoyed it and was our favorite dish. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches.
