I was very disappointed in the service I received as I had purchased a car through them in the past and had a decent experience. I was recently in a car accident and was immobile, so I had to do quite a but of research online, then had to have my wife go with our kids to look at it/test drive. Since this dealership was relatively close and had a truck with the options we were looking for, it made sense. My wife went there and was helped by Ron, who took her for a test drive and showed her the vehicle, she advised me she liked it and I asked if they would allow us to take it home so I could look at it, no problem hey said and should be a quick in and out. Wrong. My wife had to go with the kids as I cant move and they are too young, so she hauled them down, he said to give them a few hours to get things ready so they will be all set when we get there. When she arrived they had the car pulled up front and the salesman said they just needed my license and it should only be a min, then the process started. Apparently and unbeknown to the salesman, they have to run credit first, which was never mentioned or stated prior to us asking to look at the car, first issue. They then called me and said they needed to do it but it will ne a soft pull wont effect my credit and will be quick, wrong again, after an hour of my wife sitting in the office I called and stated this was supposed to be a quick in and out l, to which I was transferred to the sales manager who said he was going as fast as he could, so when I said 2 more minutes is the extent of my patience, he said he would send my wife home, no apology, no sympathy, and just hung up. My wife was upset that she had just spent an hour in an office for nothing, and I told her I was sorry that she had to drag the whole family down for nothing but I didnt want her waiting anymore. 2 hours later I get a call from their "customer service manager" who i later find out is just another salesman trying to revive the deal, and said he had heard about the unfortunate circumstances and wanted to know if there was anything they could do to salvage the relationship. I advised that if the process was communicated better from the beginning, this wouldn't have been such a problem, but given our situation and circumstances made things all the more difficult, he assured me he would make sure it was remedied and advised he could throw in a full tank of gas(which they advertise on their website comes with a purchase of a car) and an oil change (also comes with purchase of car) for free and they would see about driving it down having the paperwork completed so all I would have to do is sign. Fine, everybody is entitled to a second chance, FAIL NUMBER 2. Ron came to the house l, with paperwork, and I was a little curious as the only call I received from the finance dept is if I wanted a service contract, I said no they politely said okay and hung up, no mention of term, rate, options, nothing. When I go to review the docs, the term had already been settled, as had the lender, also omitted in their I OWE YOU document, had no items listed that they were responsible for, not the oil change that was promised or the full tank of gas that was promised. When I asked about both of these issues Ron stated " we generally only give 10 gallons of gas for a used car and no oil change, and who did you speak with? " when I stated which associate it was he stated "well he is just another salesman who calls and tries to revive deals but doesnt have the authority to make those promises and I wasnt told" Awesome. Regarding the financing he said " Jake said he called you and went over all the options and said you were informed of the rate and term?" Nope, just if I wanted a service contract, wow. The reason for the two stars us ron was generally nice to my wife and I think he may have not actually known what was going on but otherwise this was a complete mess and seemed like they made every attempt to just break every promise and do everything a car lot isnt supposed to do. They like to just wear you down so bu the time you get through all the lies, issues, and crap, you feel like your too exhausted to bother. Not a good experience, not one I will do again read more
