Here to give Blank Street Coffee much deserved love. I wanted to try something new and different than my usual Cappucino and decided on a pistachio latte. It was perfectly frothy, delicious and gave me a wonderful euphoric boost. I love the fact that the barista's really care and listen to your requests. Mine was that I didn't want it too hot. Lol. The temperature and consistency along with the terrific service were perfect.

Came here for the first time after lunch for a quick pick me up! The line was slightly out the door but moved fast. This was m first time trying blank street coffee and it was okay. The barista was attentive and keeping the line flowing and the drinks came out fast. The inside of the shop was small but there were a couple of stools to sit. I got the day dream latte which wasn't as coffee forward as I would've liked but good. My friend got the cherry glaze cold brew which is a spring special and was really good! The cherry after taste was a little strong but still a good flavor profile. My other friend got the other spring special the iced lemon loaf matcha. I do wish their menu was a little more expansive

One of the best Matchas! They never disappoint me here. Wish they had more seats available.

My go to location for office days. I love trying their new matcha flavors every time the season changes. Strawberry is good yes but don't be scared to try the new flavors. Cherry glaze (spring 2026) was delicious as well as the carrot cake (fall 2025) they had. It can be busy during the mornings but I always stick it out. The staff work hard to get you in and out. Maybe one or two tables available to sit when it's emptier.

My favorite sip of my entire NY trip! Came to NY for vacation and tried a ton of coffee and matchas. And the Strawberry Shortcake Matcha from Blank Street Coffee ended up being my favorite drink! The flavor of the matcha and the strawberry blended beautifully together. I really liked the strawberry jam and how it added a subtle sweetness. And it was super enjoyable to get a little sip of the strawberry jam with the matcha. Wish I had more stomach space as I would've loved to try other drinks! NEXT TIME

This one is close to the Fulton Street train station and is very packed and busy to death! I saw a lot of girls (mostly millennial and gen z) in the waiting area and when I went inside. It's that popular for gen z and millennials. Their menu got a lot of specialized matcha drinks that attracts us girls to go to Blank Street in the first place. There were literally no guys there. Only a few when I was there. The drinks are so cute! Very green, brown, and white with ice in the Blank Street cups! I got their salted pistachio matcha and got it half sweetened. The taste was kind of weird though when I got it. It was not sweet at all. It was somewhat bitter from the pistachio. Kind of weird mix so not going to get it next time. I did not taste any saltiness in this drink. Maybe I should have not gotten it half sweetened. They got the cookies & cream matcha on their sign that looks really good. Will get that next time. There are a couple of tables and chairs against one wall for dine in.

Perfect way to kick off a New York morning! I stopped by for an iced matcha latte, and it was delicious -- smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Just the right pick-me-up before exploring the city. The vibe is clean and modern, and service was quick and friendly. Great spot to grab a quality drink without the long lines you find at other coffee shops. If you're in NYC and want something simple, good, and consistent, Blank Street is definitely worth a stop!

My favorite drink of my NYC trip, one of the best matcha drinks I have tried - the strawberry shortcake matcha was great, the matcha was smooth and it blended well with the strawberry jam/syrup. Service was quick since we came near closing time and drinks came out shortly after. Would definitely come back to try another matcha drink or strawberry shortcake again!

Loveeeeeeeee the daydream matcha SO much!!! My guilty go to, so easy to order ahead on the app and it's ready when you walk in. Service is always so great & staff are so friendly. Vibes are good inside- a small spot!

Quality is always consistently good, the staff was welcoming and the place was quiet and spotless. It was 7am and there was no rush. They have a great menu and the quality is worth the price. The bakery items looked delicious but I didn't try any this time. The iced carrot cake matcha was absolutely delicious!

I only tried the matcha here and it did not have enough matcha in my opinion. It was pretty light and tasted mostly like oat milk. The staff wasn't amazingly friendly just normal. The thing I like about this chain is that the drinks automatically come with oat milk which is great at an average price. Overall preferred the Georgetown location better.

Sooo I have been gate keeping this already super popular morning vibe. Yes she is one of my vibes. If I can't order ahead on the app I can't do the wait unless it's a Friday when I have more patience. But I mean if you have been there you know it's for New Yorkers. Literally every patron is super niche, on the go, order ahead, baristas giving east village but in the busiest area downtown between city hall and the financial district. The curated flavors give me a soft awakening like the daydream matcha or the rose petals in the Aries Latte. I have tried so many flavors and have yet to be disappointed. And I have even had the banana bread and almond croissants on occasion. My favorite thing is the very effective line up where the pours happen and the drinks come out in these artisanal layers and then slow dance in your mouth while the flavors melt into each other. If you want bitter coffee go somewhere else these blends are sweet and soft and indulgent. I love coming here first thing in the morning for a sweet reprieve before I start my day. They actually have coffee plans like a phone plan where you can subscribe to get coffee a few times a week. I haven't gotten there yet. Anyway 5/5 I highly recommend. No parking, order ahead the line can be intense and it's quaint inside like 3 small tables and a long counter by the window. Sometimes I see ppl working in there so maybe there have WiFi. They have many breakfast, latte and matcha options including beans and packages for them home. They also have overnight oats, bakery items and juice in the cook section by the register. There you have it my favorite place to get coffee in NYC.

It was a hearty portion - super fresh and flavorful, and honestly more than I could finish (not a complaint!). I also ordered a Diet Pepsi with grenadine; they don't carry Diet Coke, which I almost docked a point for, but the mix was unexpectedly delicious. Highly recommend it. My date ordered the hanger steak and said it was absolutely amazing. Only hiccup: his first glass of wine he got came out hot... like, microwave-level warm. Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. Would definitely come back, especially for that salad and another round of grenadine magic.

It was our first time eating at a Friedman's location. It had a nice diner feel to it, with a mix of booths and tables. The brunch menu has a variety of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches and burgers, starters, and entrees (fish tacos, grain bowl, fried chicken). I like that several of the items are naturally gluten free, and some can be made gluten free by request. We decided to go with three breakfast items from the brunch menu: I got the shakshuka, my sister got the Nova Benny, and we got the lemon ricotta pancakes to share. All 3 dishes were great. The shashuka came with grilled ciabatta, perfect for dipping into the sunny side eggs and tomato sauce. My sister loved that the poached eggs and smoked salmon of the Nova Benny came on top of a crispy potato latke. The pancakes were fluffy and the lemon ricotta and lemon zest elevated their flavor. Our server was friendly and attentive, and he asked us if we had any allergies when he took our order. He came by several times to check on us and refill water.
