Always my go to spot when I want a "fire" *** pizza. Dope now that I'm tryna go vegan lots of options to choose from. Aliyyah helped me out by educating on the vegan options as well. Two pizzas and both had to be remade because the crust was fried. The manager was rude and she did not even say sorry just took them and remade them. As I stood there watching pizzas come out I saw a few burnt. I feel sorry for those hungry people when they get home to a boxed pizza that has burnt crust. Pay more attention to each pizza. The manager needs to go through some customer service training. There are a lot of people who would love to have that job right now. We have a Blaze Pizza near us in Gold River and we love to go there for their Build your Own Pizza. Friendliest people and great service. I was anxious to visit this location when visiting relatives in the area to see if it was as good. We were impressed, they must train their employees to go above and beyond in helpfulness and friendliness. There was one employee that stood out to me, friendly smile and patience when we we're ordering, Haley. I was glad to see that Blaze was consistent on good food and being friendly! read more

This might be my new favorite pizza place! I haven't been to project pizza yet but I'm sure they have some competition. Soon as you walk in you get greeted by every worker there and it's amazing. This place was surprisingly super good. I did not expect much but the flavor did not disappoint. You get to pick all of you toppings like a chipotle situation and they cook it right there. Its a well oiled machine. Now its not chef status pizza. But for being a quick stop spot it gets a 5 for pizza and convenience . We will continue coming here! Thank you blaze far an amazing experience! I placed an order online today and when I arrived home one of the pizza was missing all of the ingredients due technical issues. I ended up calling the restaurant and the staff was very helpful in getting the order remade and told me it will take 10 to 15 minutes. When I drove back to pick up the order everyone was so friendly and not only did they remake the pizza that was made incorrectly but the whole order allowing me and my family to eat together. read more

This is related to their website setup and phone customer service : There customer service and online ordering / phone app is useless. Blaze emails coupons that you can't use online or in the app, then when you try to call to apply the coupons they're phone disconnects or they have you on hold passing the call around, with nobody answering your question. They're website and app sucks and to make it worse they're not set up to take the online coupon orders via phone either. read more

I really enjoy this new wave of build your own pizza joints that have been popping up recently. I particularly like blaze pizza because my wife is a vegan. They have vegan cheese and a nice selection of toppings for omnivores and vegetarians. Cool atmosphere. Makes for a good family night. read more

Horrible experience. I ordered a curbside pick up at 7:40 pm. Website said they close at 10:00 pm. Email said food will be ready at 8:03 pm. I arrived and 8:06, called and said I was there at the curbside pick up parking space. A female employee answers and replies with "You're already here?" And said they'll have my order out. I waited till 8:23 pm and nothing. I saw people try to go inside and the door was lock. Apparently they were closed already. I called at 8:23. A male employee answers and I tell him I'm still waiting and he was like oh yah we'll have it out. I waited another 5 minutes till it was brought out. No one apologized to me. This is unacceptable. I will not be ordering food from here again. And the pizza was cold and soggy. I literally live less than 5 minutes away. I miss project pie. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. I've eaten here five times now and every time my pizza was burnt and at least 30 min late (ordered online). Last night was my final time here (Friday night) I ordered online never got my pizza ask about it every 15 min for one hr. Three people behind me had the same issue. I placed my order and as I'm waiting for the works to finish with the customers before me 2 mobile orders cane in along with a walk in.The works comes and grabbed the two mobile orders before mine,no big deal but once done with those they come to take care of the lady who came in after me. I told them I was there first and they tried to play it off as if they meant to grab mine when clearly my paper was placed there first. So once the order is done cooking the Cooks pulls my pizza away from the fire and both walks away,so there's no one there. When they finally decide to come back they take her pizza out and cut than process to do mine after they clearly see mine had been done.
