Totally overlooked that Build Your Own Bowl was a Digital exclusive so I had to stand to the side and create my own bowl. Cool The bowl was good. The chicken was seasoned very well. On Mother's Day Ms America, Ms Victoria & Mr Nathen did an outstanding job serving people at Luna Grill . They made the customers feel at home on their s special day for moms . They gave each mom a rose and greeted them . Families that were there really enjoyed their experience there . The place was full of. Meals were served to each table without an error . Our food was delicious. The staff checked up on every one to ensure everything was okay . Plus asked if they needed anything else . I didn't hear one complaint. A lot of compliments to the staff . They are usually very busy and everytime I place my order online I still have to wait past the pick up time . I love the taste of the food. This recent order I placed was for a bowl with double chicken . I thought I had checked my items before leaving but once I got home I saw there was No chicken underneath the sauces. It is a pain to return to the restaurant when you are hungry but even more so this location as it is a struggle to find parking. I was given the chicken almost immediately with a small apology. I placed an order on the app. Arrived to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready yet. It has been a half hour since I placed my order and I said... What's going on? They told me that they gave half of my order to somebody else by mistake and had to remake that half. So basically, I ended up with one meal that was hot and the other meal sat on their counter for at least 20 minutes getting cold. The staff was apologetic, but it still kind of sucked. read more

Our order took about an hour and it didn't come complete. While waiting, my husband reminded me that the last time we were here was the same scenario - long wait and bleh on the food.
