Despite these other choices, Luna Grill stands out as the freshest, healthiest, and tastiest option out of them all. I have been a regular at this LG location almost every week since 2024 and the quality of the food/ingredients, cleanliness of the dining areas, restrooms, and patio, bang for my buck, and the high quality service of the staff keep me coming back every single week. America and Victoria are stand outs who always welcome me back and make me feel valued every time I stop in. America and Victoria also check on me at least once during my visit to make sure everything is good (it always is). Even when America or Victoria are not engaging with me directly, their positive energy and attitude radiates from behind the counter and out into the dining area! This is SUCH a refreshing vibe when through 2026 can sometimes feel like a lot. In my 7 years of living in SD and 2 years of continuously coming back to this LG location, I can promise you that you would be VERY very hard pressed to find another restaurant in SD that offers tastier options at a reasonable price with friendlier staff in a better location. Final standouts include decent parking, a military/veteran discount available, and a pretty decent point reward system through the Luna Grill App. As someone who eats here regularly, those reward points add up FAST. Luna Grill is one of the best restaurants I have been to! When walking inside I got welcomed by the employees, and the inside of the restaurant is really nice. Customer service is very friendly with happy employees. I got the Loaded Fries added with Gyro meat and as a picky eater, this is sooo good with the diffrent flavors added on top of the fries, especially the garlic feta sauce. After we were done eating the manager gave us free on the house Pita Chips with Garlic and Herb seasoning which was super nice! So we said thank you very much. When i walk in this store, i always receive a prompt welcome. The clerk was helpful when i asked about the salmon options. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. Totally overlooked that Build Your Own Bowl was a Digital exclusive so I had to stand to the side and create my own bowl. Cool The bowl was good. The chicken was seasoned very well. I would like to recognize Victoria for her exceptional customer service. I visited Luna Grill with my older sister and my two grandnephews. I wasn't feeling my best because I had a headache, and while Victoria was kindly taking our order, I accidentally confirmed an order that wasn't what my sister wanted. After we sat down, I realized I had ordered chicken instead of fish for her. At that point, I thought it was too late to make any changes, but Victoria went above and beyond to help. She graciously changed the order so my sister could enjoy the fish she wanted. They are usually very busy and everytime I place my order online I still have to wait past the pick up time . I love the taste of the food. This recent order I placed was for a bowl with double chicken . I thought I had checked my items before leaving but once I got home I saw there was No chicken underneath the sauces. It is a pain to return to the restaurant when you are hungry but even more so this location as it is a struggle to find parking. I was given the chicken almost immediately with a small apology. I placed an order on the app. Arrived to pick it up and they said it wasn't ready yet. It has been a half hour since I placed my order and I said... What's going on? They told me that they gave half of my order to somebody else by mistake and had to remake that half.
