Wow this place is so neat! I absolutely love it! They have soooo many types of ingredients and the fact that you can put an unlimited amount is just maddening to me! But in a good way. It was a tad bit confusing when I came in but pretty much you go down a line, either order a pre-set pizza or build your own. I chose the latter and when I saw how many things I could cheese (especially the meat options) I just kept saying "and that and that and that..." aaaand so forth. Man my pizza looked kinda crazy but it was deeeelicious! You can't ever go suuuper wrong with pizza but this was really good. Love that they have a wood fire oven. And to think it's only $8. I got super full too, took half home to eat later. My bf and I got there on a Saturday a little after 11am. By the time we finished ordering there was a long line that extended to the back wall! This place is very popular, especially since it's located in the new area off Bryant Irvin that now has REI and the new Whole Foods. Lovely area to hang out in too. I ordered through their app and apparently they deliver through door dash, cool. my problem is that I placed my order at 8:30 and didn't get my food until about 9:15. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, dough knots, and a brownie. the driver communicated to me that they ran out of dough knots and the brownie. so I said okay give me the caesar salad and cookie. ran out of the salad but at least I have 2 cookies and a cold ass pizza. i'm literally preheating my oven as I type this to warm up my pizza. Blaze blaze blaze. Where to begin. The pizza and prices are amazing, but the service is lacking. We never know what we're going to get. We recently tried ordering from the app, and were excited to see that there was a new special for large pizzas. Since there wasn't a way to adjust the amounts of each topping, we decided to call in. When we called in we were told that the order would be placed electronically so there wasn't a way to adjust the toppings either. So we decided to go in. We went in and were greeted by two of the most unenthusiastic staff ever. The guy seemed to not know what was going on and the girl went to ask the manager about the large pizzas, which was starting to seem like a hassle. She came back over and said okay we can do the large pizzas but you're limited to 5 toppings for the build your own. I said that online it says you're allowed to do 7 toppings. Her response was well in store it's 5 toppings. So we proceeded to order our pizzas. She hastily took our orders and then got started on the pizzas. By this time we were annoyed because we felt like we were the problem. We get down to the cash register and the cashier was nice but he said just so we know, next time, the large pizza can only be ordered online. I told him that we tried that but there was no way to modify the amount of an ingredient so we came in store. He said that's because it's a soft launch. That's where I really got frustrated because I double checked the app and the app said nothing about the promo being an online exclusive. So I'm looking around while he's ringing up my order and then I see an advertisement on the large pizzas, and on that advertisement, it shows the large pizzas are online only. It took both the cashier and the manager to ring up the order because the large pizzas weren't in the pos system. This did end up working in our favor, because they finally just had to figure out how to ring it up, and we got the pizzas for cheaper, but I am still just frustrated with the inconsistency. Part of it is Blaze marketing-clarify in the online app-and part of it is just the customer service. We're always greeted by unenthusiastic employees and most of the time the orders take a while to finish. Sometimes we order on the app and the pizzas aren't even started till we get there, with no apologies for the wait. I really love the concept, and the fact that there's even vegan options, I just wish that the customers were trained better on customer service. read more

Really, really disappointed that my favorite pizza place no longer has a pizza crust that I can eat! Your rice and tapioca flour-based gluten-free crust was my favorite from any "build your own" pizza restaurant. Discontinuing that completely and replacing it with cauliflower crust only means that I can no longer eat your pizza. Cauliflower is high in progoitrin glucosinolates, which are converted to goitrin after consumption. Goitrin decreases thyroid hormone production, and as one of the 20 million Americans with thyroid disease, I make it a point never to eat cauliflower. Please bring back your original, gluten-free crust, and if you want to add a paleo version (which I support), please consider something like Cappello's almond flour-based crust. It's the best one that I've found thus far! read more

Never been here before. Not impressed. The employees (true to other reviews) were not enthused to be there. They didn't smile or make eye contact with me. Great customer service can make a huge difference in the whole dining experience. I tried the keto crust and would not recommend it. It wasn't crispy or bubbly. It was a four dollar up charge when really it should have been cheaper (I know it costs more to make, but quality was compromised) I will try the regular crust next time. Unfortunately, there may not be a next time since Palio's is right up the street on the other side of I-20 across from Razoos and so much better (including the service). read more
