This location is great however I went in at night time 11/28/18 and all the employees were all acting very immature. An employee started to take my order, then began to yell at a fellow coworker that they were not doing their job for them and to come over and take the order, so the other person came over and made my pizza. I ordered garlic knots and a pizza. They forgot my garlic knots when handing out my order, one employee gave me the garlic knots, I had to ask for the marina sauce that comes with it, they also forgot that it was take out and not dine in. I went over to the lemonade dispenser and the handle that dispenses the drink was so disgustingly dirty that I just got a fountain drink, didn't even want to touch the handle with a napkin. All of this lack of attention to detail leads to the next topic, not a few hours later I had horrible indigestion that lasted a couple days. Someone is not keeping the correct temp of the meats or not washing their hands or something, whatever the case I would not recommend anyone ever eat here. NThis is one of my favorite places to eat. The service as well as the ingredients are far above superior. Tried it once and I can't get enough. Some of the most notable things about this place is that as soon as you walk in the level of professionalism and service is present in everything they do. Out of the 8 signature pizzas they have to offer, I have to say I like 5 or 6 of them. The others aren't bad they just aren't for me. Fast assembly line pizza places have been becoming a new trend for awhile, but this is by far the BEST I have had yet! This place is full of ingredient options that can and will please anyone. I tried the Red Vine, and it was great, but I can't wait to come back next time and add other ingredients. All the ingredients seemed incredibly fresh, and I especially loved when the employee pulled the mozzarella for my pizza off from a fresh ball of mozzarella. That's how it's done. The place also had such a fun atmosphere and the employees were beyond friendly. The shirts and to go boxes have fun sayings that add to the experience overall and give the place a lot of character. Two extra items I tried today were the s'more pie and the blood orange lemonade. Both were delicious, fun, and unique little delights to serve at a place like this as well. I would get both again. The place is a little noisy and is a little confusing of where to order when you first walk in, but today was the first day open, so I think it just has a few little kinks to work out still. In Fort Worth for the day, and decided to see what was near, and Blaze Pizza popped up. The Subway concept of building my own pizza was appealing and I did just that. The 8" crust was thin and crispy, and the sauce was almost perfect. Being able to get exactly what you want on your pizza should be appealing to anybody. I love pizza and Blaze rocks it! One star for sure. I ordered my usual pizza for delivery, and the delivery person didn't get out of the car to give it to me. Instead they just handed it to me through their car window!! First time here with my family. They all ordered pizza and I opted for a salad. I ordered the "entree" sized salad and they literally dredged the bottom of the container to produce a sad limp tiny salad. Certainly not anywhere near entree size and not worth $8. They did not offer any additional toppings and kept sliding it down the line. When i asked for cheese or meat, they looked at me like i was stupid. This just-open location is serving free pizza today, and it would be well worth your time to go by and try one of their pies. I was there for the Chamber ribbon cutting, and got to meet some of the owners and staff. Everybody is very friendly and excited to be part of the Fort Worth casual food scene. There is a huge selection of ingredients to build your own personal sized pizza as well as salads and dessert options. My friend has Celiac Disease and was very happy that they have a full gluten free option including a small pan to keep your pizza off the cooking surface of the regular pizzas. I picked an alfredo, chicken, goat cheese with sautéed onions and red peppers. It was very good. A little light on the cheese, and the crust was not as doughy as I would ideally prefer, but overall a very, very good pizza with very tasty, high quality ingredients. My husband and I have been here numerous times and have always been pleased, until today. The crew on shift acted as if it was their first day on the job. It took about ten mins to get from the person taking our order to the cashier. Upon finally making it to the cashier, there was a problem with the register. We, along with various other customers, stood there waiting and waiting to pay. The crew seemed to be without a manager, didn't know what to do and didn't have the professional courtesy to inform us that they could not finalize our purchase. Came here on a busy Friday 10/07/16 around 7:15 PM. Line was wrapped around to the front door. Took me about 30-40 minutes from the wait to get pizza in hand. Loved the prices and the options, however they musta been on an off night. Everything was good until after paying for my pizza, two ladies running he order of pizza slips couldnt keep them in order and people who ordered after me were getting pizzas as I waited. The gentlemen cutting pizzas and matching the slips to pizzas was looking a little frazzled. By the time I got my pizza after it sat on the rack for a good few minutes, it was already cooled down and not piping hot. I'm sure they'll figure out the kinks, but will definitely try it again another time. read more

I have typically been pretty happy with visits to Blaze. On my most recent trip(Noon on a work day) we stood in what appeared to be an average line for a little more than 30 minutes. It looks like all on line/call in orders get added as they come in(aka, the front of the line), but they may get 5 pizza orders that jump ahead of the next person(and every other person in line) it gets REALLY slow. The pizza was good quality, the salami was out, or has been removed from the menu which is kind of annoying. There were about 3-4 parmesan and red pepper shakers throughout the entire restaurant, about 15 fewer than normal. No leftover boxes to be found in a their usual spots. It seems Blaze is quickly becoming a call in/pick up/delivery pizza place with a little make your own counter on the side. Some of the items that were poorly stocked may have been a result of the same number of staff trying to put out a much larger order volume. If they could create a separate production line in the back for the online/call in orders it would probably get 4-5 stars from me. Hopefully this was an isolated experience, because they had a good thing going. If you want a pizza from Blaze I would recommend ordering online or calling it in unless you want to stop by during an non-traditional meal time. read more

I placed an online order for a side salad and veggie pizza and ended up with no salad (which I was charged for) and my veggie pizza was COVERED in pepperoni. For someone who does not eat meat, I was not too pleased. I then called the store (multiple times), but did not get an answer. This used to be one of our spots and we liked it so much that we looked past the poor customer service for the deliciousness of the food but this place is going down hill fast. We have been many many times and almost every time most of the employees seem angered that you are in their space and as of our most recent visit the food quality has dropped to match the customer service. We ordered the dough knots and they were burned and tasteless my wife's pizza came out way before mine to the point that she had almost half of hers eaten before I even received mine and at that point she was done and threw the rest of it in the trash. The bad food definitely matches the bad attitude. While your eating your meal you actually get to watch customers complain or stand around frustrated both customers that are dining in or ordered online and either their orders are wrong or they are taking way too long to complete. We have gone here since they opened and the staff are always grumpy, unfriendly, and unprofessional zombies. We would go for the pizza, and usually leave laughing about the inefficiency and terrible staff. There are plenty of people working for things to be efficient, however, most employees stand around rather than seeing something needs to be done, so being 3rd in line still took over an hour to get through the line and then get my overcooked pizza that tasted like cardboard. It wasn't cut all the way either, so it fell apart and I gave up about halfway through and tossed the rest rather than boxing it up. The food line is filthy and the salads look like they're 3 days old. They should have separate people fulfilling online orders and in store orders so things can go more efficiently, and more than one scoop in the sauces so multiple people can be making pizzas at a time, rather than sitting and waiting for one person at a time to scoop out sauce. Very inefficient. Our last time there. With the right staff and management things could improve, but there were a lot of unhappy looking people waiting for pizzas, and even wrong orders, so I'm sure they won't be open much longer. read more
