This place was pretty good. Aside from the fact that you have all the pressure on you order as soon as you walk in. It's counter service and build as you go just like Chipotle. It was so stressful. Pizza cooks in 180 seconds so as soon as you find a seat, they call your name to go get it from the counter. There's no point ordering a salad or garlic knots to go with your meal because you get everything all at once. Drink machines are just like Chipotle too - get your own, although they offer several nice all natural options. My pizza was delish and filling. It's also all personal sized but 2 young can definitely share one. In and out in about 30 minutes. The pizza is thin crust, not heavy so you don't feel gross afterwards. This is one of my favorite pizza places not only for the food but for the staff as well. There have been times that I have come in and been the only person in the store and my name has been called before I even pay and there have been times that the line is at the door and I receive my food by the time I grab my drink and seat. This store has their process down to a T. On top of this there is always a worker circling the dining room clearing trays, asking for refills and how our pizza came out. Not impressed with our first visit here. As for the fountain drinks, there's only one option for a non-carbonated low calorie beverage. There was no sugar substitute for my tea, 1st person we asked said they didn't carry it. However, he did run over to Starbucks and grab a couple if packets for us. My pizza was cold when it got to the table. Got a thumb full of cold crust. I was given a pass for a "FREE BLAZE PIZZA" on my next visit. Manager offered to bake a second red vine with white sauce, ricotta and balsamic drizzle. THAT WAS THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!!! Big thanks to Lauren for building that masterpiece pie. Hubby said it was better than his two topping sausage and pepperoni with red sauce. He said the red sauce is nothing to write home about (he's 1/2 Italian & picky about his red sauce). SO impressed with everyone who worked today! I was trying to place a pickup order while sitting in the parking lot and was unable to complete it after several attempts because my phone was on 2% battery. I called the store and was helped by someone who was so incredibly patient with the Thousand questions that I had. I ended up going inside briefly and placing my order and doing curbside pickup. They were so friendly, patient, fast and laid-back it made my experience such a positive one. I only had a small order but they treated me like a VIP customer. I must say Blaze pizza is magical. No wonder it's also located in Disney Springs. The Town Center location is very friendly and will bend over backwards. On our first visit a Parmesan sprinkler exploded on my pizza. They quickly remade my pizza. While I was eating the manager walked over to give us a card for a free pizza next time. Touché on getting us back! The pizza is fresh and never greasy. You leave there full but not stuffed. Mom tip: they have the newer plastic koala high chairs that are lighter and compact for your LO. They have a great selection speciality sodas on the fountain, teas, and some beers. read more

After having worked at Blaze for a while in high school, I came to know the ins and outs of the business pretty well. I have been to a number of Blaze locations around the country and this was the least impressive - that being said it was lunch rush and they were insanely busy and I know that can be stressful in the environment. First suggestion, there needs to be more than one person on the floor cleaning during lunch rush. Respect to the one kid out there who was cleaning the whole time, there was just too much for one person to keep on top of. Second, more people need to be cutting the pizza, it's difficult when there are so many pizzas coming out to get everything right - mine was given to me on a burning hot plate. Third, the line was too crowded of people putting toppings on pizza which also led to a build up of pizzas for the last person in the line to take care of because everyone would do one thing and pass it down for the next guy to finish leaving it at the end person to add the last items and take the pizzas over to the oven. Additionally, the line was dirty and too many foods had been mixed. Obviously during a lunch rush it is hard to keep it impeccable at all times, but that being said if we slow down and brush off the line every so often it helps with appearance to customers. There was a lot of cross contamination with food - just little bits and pieces of different toppings ending up in other bowls of toppings. This happened to me when I ordered white sauce in my pizza and it had a nice dollop of red sauce in it as well. Fourth, at the oven, during lunch rush, my location used to have someone at either side cooking and rotating - I can't say for sure if there was enough space for this set up in this location or if they have reasons not to, but it helps with quality control - making sure no pizza crusts or bottoms get holes or burn. My crust was a little crispy burnt on the bottom. The dough knots are a new addition to the menu that I had not seen at my old location, and they are delicious. Overall the food was all good and I am always a fan of the blood orange lemonade as well. I always go for a Build Your Own. I think it's the best bang for your buck. The concept of being able to pick your own toppings with so many to choose from has always been a great feat for me. As far as the staff go, in all other locations they have been very upbeat, as we are taught in training by Blaze Corporate. These staff were less into their jobs and less friendly than I have normally experienced as a customer and a previous employee. Again this could be due to the stress of a lunch rush but it's always nice to have a consistent staff. For all Blaze locations, I can attest to the quality of ingredients, sustainable packaging, etc. The brand itself is fantastic and the ideas are great. All in all, probably won't return to this specific location as it is quite a drive from me and did not seem worth it to me. It's also very loud and has a constant noise. read more

My mind is blown. I've never been to a Blaze until this location opened up. I am obsessed. The DIY pizza is a brilliant idea, and the price cannot be beat. Not only is this pizza affordable, but the amount and quality of the food is unbelievable and the service is extremely fast. The toppings are all fresh and you get plenty on your pizza even without requesting more. The pizza looks amazing, and actually tastes better than a lot of other pizzas in the area that are much more pricey. I was truly surprised when I found that the DIY pizza had no limitations, and unlimited toppings. The only thing they upcharge for is hi-rise or gluten-free crust. I've tried all three crusts and they are all yummy. The employees here are all kind and have an upbeat attitude and are willing to make recommendations and answer any questions you have. 5/5 recommend!!!! read more

Great addition to the town center. This place just opened a couple of weeks ago and they are doing an excellent job in terms of service and quality of food. The pizza is super thin and the crust is made fresh daily. There are a wide variety of toppings to choose from. They also offer beer on tap which is the perfect pairing to pizza! The staff is so friendly and pleasant. My husband and I came in at 10pm on a Saturday night and the staff was so warm, friendly and helpful. They close at 10:30pm which is a plus as it can be difficult to find good pizza at that hour in the town center. Many of the other pizza places like this do not have quality ingredients like this. By far I think this is the best thin crust wood fired pizza in town. The nice thing is that you can build your pizza exactly how you like it. The only thing I wish is that we could provide a tip to the hard working staff (there was no place to leave a tip when we paid at the counter with our credit card). I am not a biggest fan of pizza and I have never really found one of the DIY type pizza places that I could really get into....until now. Blaze Pizza has changed me. After my first experience, I found myself craving it and that is def. a first for me. They have a few specialty pizzas you can choose from or you can completely customize your own. This is obviously a very similar concept to a few other places in town, but Blaze just does it best (IMO). I believe they have three crusts, several sauces and lots of different toppings. I wanted to start with something pretty simple on my first visit so I got the traditional crust and sauce and toped it with cheese, pepperoni, salami, banana peppers and roasted garlic. The best part is that the pizzas are a flat price, no matter how many toppings you add. If you like sweets, you should try their s'mores cookie sandwich. Ordered on line for pick up. We usually go to Your Pie but it's closed due to Covid19 virus. Not thrilled that I couldn't use coupon Blaze sent me but figured I'd use it another time. Don't think I'll be ordering from this place again. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to go to the open Your Pie until the Your Pie near me reopens. Blaze left half the items I ordered off my pizza or they were really skimpy on the amount (like two artichoke pieces and three chicken pieces on my whole pizza ???). The crust was soggy and not well cooked and you can't get anchovies. I requested two types of cheeses and only got one. It wasn't good. Pizza was so-so but I'm not rushing back. The staff and management here is simply amazing. I went the day of the grand opening maybe 60-70 minutes before closing time with the line wrapped around the building. Although I'm sure the associates had been there the whole day, their attitude was still positive as ever and they made each guest feel special by providing attention to detail with requests.
