So good! We just came back from about a 20 minute wait in the cold for some free pizza and it was SO. WORTH. IT. Amazing service, even though I'm sure they're feeling the pressure of a nonstop stream of customers and they were great. The pizza was also delicious. You get to build your own with as many toppings as you want or get a specialty pizza. My family chose to build our own. They even gave my two year old son a free pizza, which they totally did not have to do and he is enjoying it as we speak. My husband and I wolfed ours down at the restaurant. Keep it up guys! Our past experience at Blaze hasn't always been the best due to the poor service. Often times toppings were spread sparsely and the pizza was disappointing. However, it seems there is a new team on board and our service was fast and polite this evening. Chase, David, Brendon, and the rest of the team were fantastic. The service here in the past has been lack luster, but there new crew is great. Everyone there does there job and doesn't act like everything is a chore. You can taste the extra care they take. It's still just fast pizza, but now they're pizzas are cooked great and they're willing to accommodate my sometimes particular wife and me. Ok so at first I was disappointed. I expected a traditional pizza joint. Blaze is more like chipotle or subway meets pizza. I felt like I was at a fast food joint. After I got over the initial surprise I realized the convince of fast pizza for an excellent price. This restaurant certainly has its place. The person who I am guessing was the manager, because he was wearing a different uniform, was extremely rude. He got upset when I was trying to pay in cash and made me feel obligated to pay with my card. Lastly, as I was leaving, I was going towards the trash can in the back of the restaurant when he snapped at me, "the trash can is over there," and pointed to the front of the restaurant. Maybe they were having an off day, but the pizza was absolutely terrible. I ordered a "red vine" and they put about 5 cherry tomatoes total. I do not recommend. read more

the last few times we've been here the employees have been somewhat rude , but my 12 year old son LOVES the thicker crust pizza. i opt for a cauliflower crust and have them remove from the mat and straight on the oven for last few minutes (per an employees recommendation) and slices don't sag at the tip that way sliding all your toppings off lol. we prefer blaze over any of the other MYO pizzas like MOD or i forgot what other one. read more

I love Blaze Pizza, so glad they opened one close by; I usually go to the Northridge location and I usually use the app and I just pick it up. The app did not work for me. The staff is nice and patient. I am glad they are here now. I will be back, again and again and again. My wife and I tried Blaze pizza the other day due to all the excitement and all of the hype of how amazing they are. My wife's experience was good. The women behind the counter were polite to her and spoke up when asked what did they say. I was with her at the time and my toppings person was completely rude and ruined my pizza but made my wife's look amazing. I personally would not return if I saw this person on the line again. She was rude she didn't know what was suppose to be on my pizza and due to those two issues. My pizza was horrible. read more

Open super late and relatively close to where we're staying. Everyone behind the counter is young and self involved but got the job done. Ordered a pizza each as the dough-knots were sold out.
