Visited this blazed pizza for the first time two weeks ago, and had a real good experience. Very satisfied with the gluten free crust (very chewy and not crumbly). Loved the free finish at the end (arugula topping is a must to any pizza). Very very good. read more

Pizza is the best... when they get your order right. Unfortunately several (at least four) of our delivery orders have been incorrect, but because they contract through DoorDash, the delivery person can not resolve the issue and when you contact the marina store, employees have shrugged off the issue or "don't manage online orders or deliveries." Extremely frustrating system. Their in-store service is mediocre. When it is crowded, the service is understandably slower, but when we are the only customers in line, I expect the employees be more efficient and attentive. Maybe because it is a newer franchise in the area, the staff are still being trained, hopefully there are some improvements. The actual facilities are new and modern. Bottom line, good pizza when the order is correct, two stars off for consistently incorrect orders (wasted time, money, impacts dietary restrictions) and no resolution process in place. read more

Great value for a fast food place with personalized pizza. They have gluten free dough and vegan cheese. My husband and I shared a pizza, and had a glass of agua fresca each, which was also tasty. Super pizza. Thin crust, just the way I want it. Who wants a loaf of bread as pizza crust? Great choices for pizza toppings plus great choices if you want to add a side salad. The only thing I would change is to turn the air conditioning off. The day we were there we about froze it was set so low. Went to Blaze Pizza tonight, horrible experience. Jess has horrible customer service, we were the only people in the restaurant and she rushed us. She burned the bottom of my pizza a and when the pizza was in the box and ready for us to take it she slammed it on the counter. If you don't like you're job it's not my fauult get a new job! Come here quite often can't say I'll be back anytime soon. Hope the manager sees this and gives her the boot! We will probably not go back. This latest experience was just disheartening. The customer service hit rock bottom. My husband and I ordered a pizza and a Caesar salad. No big deal right. By the way the place was near empty. Not busy at all . The pizza came out fine however it took several attempts and a lot of waiting around for the staff to accommodate the salad order. They were fully staffed but some members of the team were dragging and would not respond to the request to make the salad. It seemed as if it were a burden for him to make the salad. While we were waiting another customer informed the staff that all of the fountain drinks were mixed up. None of the options were as they appeared. Example sprite was Pepsi etc. we finally got the salad after I pizza was cold and the lettuce was rotten. We couldn't eat it. Very disappointed. Get it together blaze. Needless to say the hot thin slices do whatever service is needed to go watch a movie across the way. What drives this review is the customer service at this location. This is our second visit to this location and I wonder -- are they all trained not to smile. From the first girl you walk up to to the one grabbing it out of the oven. Not one smile on this food line? The tables are always filthy and the shelves were missing the condiments / only about 2 were left when we went to grab some. The music was so hard metal rock it's no wonder why they all looked upset. Made me want to break a chair on the table in the 10 min We sat there! I don't normally review chain places but these guys (Blaze in general) do a really good pizza. Nice thin crust and you get to speciality the sauce cheese and toppings. The oven is super hot and you can ask for extra crisp if you like. The taste is great and service fast. I was watching a favorite Youtuber of mine, Star from DivineMunchies, and she was eating two pizzas from Blaze Pizza. Instantly I got a craving for some pizza as well. Mind you, this was at 10:15 PM on a Saturday Night. I texted my hubby, during mid video, and proposed we go eat some pizza. OBVIOUSLY, he was game, it's his favorite food group! Out the door we went with teenage daughter in tow! This place is new to our area, and had mixed reviews via other people's experience and yelp reviews. I was reluctant to try this place. However, Star's pizza, my rumbling tummy and the fact they are open until midnight was all the reason to GO!! BOY, we were glad we went. It was a FUN, DELICIOUS, and SATISFYING meal. When you walk in you immediately turn to your left, walk a few feet and start your order. The menu is printed boldly, clearly, and detailed for your convenance over head. You can select pre made salads, build your own pizza, and signature favorites. The price is so reasonable! $8.25 for a personal signature pizza that in my opinion is the size of a small/medium Competitors Pizza. You walk down the line and create your masterpiece the way you like it! Drinks are average price $2.25, BUT they have more than just soda to quench your thirst! Once your done ordering, you pay your bill, and wait to be called..It was literally less than 5 minutes for 3 pizzas. SAY WHAT!! We barely filled our drinks and got our seats and it was ready..that's what I'm talking about! Just a side note, the chairs, benches and tables were perfect height, comfort and can accommodate fuller figure patrons. There was a slight fiasco with the red pepper shaker. The top had popped off and caused the biggest mountain of flakes to grace my hubby's pizza. My daughter and I couldn't help but snicker lovingly, but my husband was slightly embarrassed. Blaze Pizza employees were so on top of taking care of our mishap that they had another pizza ready within minutes. Everybody was upbeat, personable, and on their game. The place was CLEAN! Bathrooms CLEAN! Other patrons not so much ...Are manners not required anymore? Picking up your trash and throwing it away is just as easy walking in and out the front door - Literally, there are trash cans and pan holders right next to the doors to leave.
