Interesting concept with the subway style build it as you go design. My son loved it and wants to go back. Great that they had beers on tap, just wish they had frosty glasses instead of paper cups. I put the same exact order in 3 days in a row. A simple pie with extra cheese and ex sauce. They were supposed to be curbside delivery orders. ALL 3 days I had to call in several times before someone even answered the phone tolet them know that I was at the curb waiting for the order. The last day I literally called 10 times!!. I finally got fed up went inside. There was literally only two customers that were already sitting down eating the pizza and no one was in the line waiting. I called the store while I was inside the store, No one answered the phone. The phone didn't even ring. And then when I looked at the Pizza, it was so dry with big bubbles of air in it no cheese at all or sauce. This is my second order. The first order greatly impressed me and I thought wow, new favorite pizza. If I'd reviewed then it would have easily been 5 stars. Today was order #2, eagerly awaited. Two of the toppings/sauces I ordered were simply left off the pizza, the 'bacon' needed a microscope to identify, and the amount of all toppings was barely half the amount of toppings the first time I ordered. Yes, the pizza still tasted good, but if I can't trust I'm going to get the correct order or never know when the maker is going to decide to skimp on toppings, both losing me money, the lack of consistency and value means it'll be a long time before or if I'll order from here again since there are other options I like as well. read more

This was at a time on a weekend during lunch so it's somewhat busy. I went inside and waited in line. I probably waited 30 minutes because the entire staff only cared about the online orders. Once they finally got to me, they got my order and information and made the dough. The whole staff continued to work on online order for another 20 min because they again serviced me. I had to wait another 10 minutes to finally pay. Once the pizza was ready (~15 min later), they crust placed it in the queue and worked on more online order for 40 more minutes! By the time I got my pizza it was so cold. I am very mad because the entire staff only cares more about online orders rather than servicing their in store customers. They were in a while rush and did not care about the fine details. I should not have to wait an hour and a half to get one freakin pizza. I will not go here any more. read more

I am not a person who writes reviews online, at least negative ones, but this i wanted to share ans hopefully the higher management sees it. Blaze messed up on one of my Pizza's in 2021 and gave us a card for free pizza that was as a complement instead of the original order. Time pass by quick and here we are me and my wife wanted to eat Pizza and remembered that i had the card with me. Walked in to the place, the crew gril was super delightful, diligent and kind, but when we went up to the cashier and handed him the card, he pointed that the card expired couple of months ago and refuses to use it. He asked us if we know the manager's name that gave us that card, seriously? Wanted me to remember someone was ringing me up for a pizza more than a year ago? Then when i said it was a gril, he said we don't have grils as a manager!! Implying that I was lying .. I asked for a manager and he said he was the one on site today ( 1/8/2023 5 PM ) We reasoned that we really don't often buy Pizza from blaze and that we will appreciate if he can honor the card, yet he strictly refused. By now, our Pizza is almost done and we were like, so you would rather throw our pizza in the garbage? He bluntly said : yes i do! What a stupid unprofessional beyond the ground customer service quality! It was my fault i didn't get the name of that manager I will NEVER EVER go to this place when they hire such people not trained on at least being professional with they way they talk to customer. read more

We just ordered two medium size pizzas from this Blaze location at the total cost of $51.00 with Door Dash. The regular pizza thin crust arrived at our house uncooked!! We tried calling the restaurant but to no avail. We asked for extra pepperonis and barely any pepperoni on each slice. This is what understaffed, over worked workers do to the customer base. Been wanting to visit Blaze for a long time. When I first walked in, I noticed how dirty and unorganized everything was. The toppings were scattered all over the counter without lids, the employees were touching the food without gloves and they were not wearing hair nets. I ordered half of the white top pizza and dough nots. The pizza was delicious and I was enjoying my dough nots until I found a long black hair in one of them. Ew. Just gross. Overall, the pizza is delicious but they need to work on some food safety issues. read more

I have been here a few times. It is a very affordable, yummy way to have a custom made pizza. I came in on an afternoon of running errands. I was hungry and it is the end of the month so... I am on a budget. I decided to keep it simple and ordered the simple pie and a salad. The service at this location is absolutely outstanding and I love it. The service is effecient and polite. You can add whatever you want to any pizza. I did not add anything to my pizza except for more parmesan cheese and dried basil sprinkles on it prior to leaving. The salad was so good. Fresh spinach, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, all drizzled with a pesto dressing. The pizza was really good too. If I had been eating there I would have had a beer too. But no, I had to go back to work, so off I went. The price was so affordable I couldn't believe it. And I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. I love that they cook each pizza to order. I don't normally go out of my way to leave a negative review. Especially during covid time, as I realize everyone is trying to do their best. However, the quality of the food I received was completely unacceptable. The response that I received from the blaze team in charge of this location, was even more unacceptable. First off, there was a hair on my pizza. Obviously, gross right? Secondly, there were hardly any toppings whatsoever. In fact two of the slices were almost dry. I could have gotten better quality pizza at a hospital. I decided to contact blaze directly to let them know, (very kindly I might add). And the response from their team was "to ask the team members for more toppings." Kind of hard to ask that of the team members for more toppings through a delivery app in which the location does not allow you to add modifications on your order. And the fact that they did not even address the unwelcome addition of the team member's hair on my pizza, truly shows that this location does not care an ounce for quality control. Talk about a let down on food quality and customer service. Come on Blaze. read more
