It's really cool. The whole family can get what they want for a reasonable price. Stone fired pizzas. Clean and organized. Staff was very helpful as it was our first time here, thanks to the Tmobile Tuesday coupon!

I love Blaze (supporting LBJ)!!! I had to pick up a pizza for dinner. Seems everyone else had that same idea because they were busy!!!

Tried Blaze Pizza for the first time and I'll definitely be returning. Just a heads up, if you want a large pizza you have to order those on the app. I got the build your own Buffalo chicken pizza with Buffalo sauce as the base, mozzarella cheese, chicken, and bacon. Once my pizza was done, I asked them to drizzle ranch on top. My husband got their white pizza. Both were very tasty!

Blaze Pizza is not your typical pizza restaurant. You build your own pizza, choose any toppings and sauces, all for one price for $8.45 or pick their signature pizza for the same price. However 1 topping pizza is only $6.75 and simple pie pizza is $5.55. They do serve side salad like Caesar salad and entrees salad as well. The only desserts they have are S'more Pie which I haven't tried yet, but will next time. All pizzas are served on a thin crust and oven baked which is amazing. I always ask for extra sauces if I choose the 1 topping pizza and it's not extra for asking. So how this work is like a Chipotle, but for pizza! You tell them your name and basically choose which sauces and topping you want on your pizza and it goes to an oven brick and your done! The reason why they don't get a full 5 stars is because on busy days with long lines, they sometimes burn my pizza at the bottom because they kept it too long or rushing to get the pizza in and out. Overall I enjoy the pizza for a good price.

They need to be reported. These posters were made & printed by employees of blaze pizza when they all showed up for their shifts, only to be shocked when they were unexpectedly shut down, with no communication from owners. This is the short pump location. Both short pump & midlothian are ran by the same owners.

Nic pizza place with a very good option base. Keto was what drew me in to this place. The pizza was awesome, they even ask if you want them to switch out the gloves. Pretty awesome I must say.

So I finally had a chance to visit the restaurant itself as opposed to getting take out. The pizza seriously is 10 times better at the restaurant than taking it to go. My husband ordered a BBQ Chicken with spinach and basil which was tasty and I got the Green Stripe with sausage instead of chicken and it was so good! We also got a simple pie for my daughter! One thing we didn't realize when we ordered carryout was that all the pizzas are the same price and you can add unlimited toppings. This probably explains why our orders were messed up when we got carryout last time since they could've grabbed the wrong pizzas for us to go. The simple pie is the only pizza that costs less. There was a line when we got there but it goes pretty quick. I would say from being in line to getting our pizzas it probably took 10 minutes which is pretty good considering the line was pretty long. The atmosphere is definitely low key so good for kids. They also had a really expansive drink selection... I had some type of vitamin water and my husband had some type of key line drink. All in all we will definitely be back as we found it a very enjoyable experience... great place to take the kids if we want a quick and easy meal!

A friend discovered this place and we stopped to pick up dinner for friends who were at Johnston Willis . Ordered 3 different pizzas . One gluten - free , one gluten - free with no dairy and one regular . Get all different types of toppings and then they fire cook it . Such a great place not your conventional pizza place . I will go back .

Overall, the dinner itself went smoothly, and our families enjoyed celebrating the players and coaches together. Unfortunately, the customer experience with ownership during the planning process and event was disappointing. While I completely understand minimum requirements for reserving private event space, there was repeated emphasis and concern surrounding the spending minimum throughout the coordination process and even during the event itself. Instead of feeling welcomed and appreciated as a large community group supporting a local business, the interaction often felt centered more around financial concern than hospitality. There was also confusion and unnecessary stress surrounding simple accommodations, such as pizza options for small children and menu flexibility questions. Additionally, rather than proactively communicating where we stood relative to the minimum during the evening, the remaining balance was not discussed until checkout, resulting in an out-of-pocket charge at the end of the event. Understanding the possibility of having to pay the difference was discussed during planning and I was reminded of this upon arrival, it still would have been kind to provide a heads up with regards to where the group stood vs waiting until the very end. Maybe even providing an option for the group to still have an opportunity to purchase more items. I truly appreciated the servers and the quality of the food, but the overall experience with management unfortunately took away from what should have been a celebratory and enjoyable evening for our team families.

Still about a three star experience although it has a potential to be a 4.5/5. The hostess…read moresituation is completely disheveled, as it was the last two times I came here, so they haven't worked that out yet. The sign says "wait to be seated", but there's no one attending the hostess station. This is a common, recurring problem here. After a solid five minutes of standing there with no greeting from anyone, a waiter sees us and comes over to ask how many. We tell him we have a reservation for three people, give him our name, and say he says OK I'll be right back. Let me see what I have set up. Off he goes, and we never see him again. So we stand there another 4 to 5 minutes, and a second waiter comes by to tend to us. We give our name and reservation details. He goes off, also never to be seen again. We wait another 3 to 4 minutes and a woman who looks like the hostess comes around and so for the third time we give our name reservation time and tell her that we requested a booth. She takes a long time, stacking menus and putting the paper part back into the menu sleeves, and then finally gets three menus together and takes us to a table. So then we have to say (again), no we requested a booth, and so then we have to stand by a dirty booth and wait for them to clean it. So the whole beginning of the dinner process is already a mess and that sets a terrible and frustrating tone for the evening. First experiences inside a restaurant are so important and they just don't recognize that here On to dinner. Our waitress comes over and she's lovely, friendly, and seems on top of things at the beginning . We order a couple of drinks and the meatball appetizer while we peruse the menu. A long time goes by and we get our drinks. And then another long time goes by with no appetizer appearing at the table and she comes to take our dinner order. (She had not yet read us the specials so we had to ask for what they were because we heard the waiter behind us giving the specials, but couldn't hear well enough to catch them-I'm pretty sure our waitress was gonna skip over reciting the specials-) . After again, another long amount of time our salads come out, but still no appetizer. So I mention..." we have a meatball appetizer coming right?". She says yes and heads off. (The appetizer should come before the salad, especially when it was ordered way before). So halfway through the salads, the meatballs come. Now I love a meatball and all varieties of a meatballs. These were super firm (like... it took a hard push with a knife to cut into them ), they were barely lukewarm, with a barely melted slab of mozzarella on top. Had they been hot, with the cheese nice and bubbly, they would have been pretty good despite being overly firm and super salty (and I love salt) Entrees came piping hot and were very good (mezze rigatoni and lobster ravioli, and a kids spaghetti) Garlic knots were delicious. Wine pour was great. I think the kitchen, not the waitress, was super slow which impacted our experience. And for a place that stays this busy, they need to hire a hostess to attend the front desk, so that guests are promptly welcomed and seating is managed efficiently. Menu is extensive and the place has great potential.

It was super busy, it took 3 hours for us to get drinks, our food and finish the dining experience. Staff was short and it was clear they weren't prepared. Food came out finally and it was just okay. The pasta was kind of bland, but my salmon was good, just a smaller portion for the price. Second visit for drinks: I will say, the espresso martini is one of the best I've had. Bar tender was super friendly, we ordered apps, which were great. Food nice again took a while. Third visit: my mom and I went here for dinner on a Wednesday, the waiter ended up charging us 50$ more than we ordered, it was a mistake, we thought it was fixed but it was not and we noticed later. They weren't much of a help when I tried to call. Overall, it is not near worth the price. If you are stopping by for a drink at the bar that is fine, but don't waste your time or money. I hate giving bad reviews, but if this helped anyone that's all that matters.

Our waitress Johanna is the absolute best she is very engaging and helped us navigate through their menu of Italian delights and shared some of her favorites! So we opted to try their Meat Lover's pizza (loaded with toppings and served piping hot on a perfectly baked crust 5/5), steak and cheese and fries (the roll gave homemade but if not it surely did taste super fresh and yummy paired with the very well seasoned steak and fresh toppings, fries also served piping hot 4.4/5) and their Penne with Pink Vodka sauce where I added sliced fried chicken cutlets (ok so it was a bit drier than I would prefer but the pasta was cooked well and the sauce was so tasty with a little kick, maybe next time leave the cutlets whole to keep from drying out and add more sauce but other than that we enjoyed the dish 3.4/5) oh the pasta dishes are served with house salad and I opted for their homemade house dressing and rolls (all rated 3/5). I ordered directly from the restaurant's website rather than through a delivery service, and that choice regrettably led to multiple issues. I placed my order at 6:18 PM and received a text confirming it was being prepared with an estimated delivery window of 6:53-7:03 PM. At 6:39 PM, I received another text stating my order was out for delivery. However, by 7:05 PM, my order had still not arrived, so I called the restaurant to inquire. The woman who answered initially said, "Oh, it just left," and when I questioned why I had received a text indicating otherwise, she apologized and repeated, "Oh, my mistake. It did leave." I did not receive my order until 8:00 PM. The delivery person never came up to my floor, and when she finally called, she claimed she couldn't park--despite available space directly in front of my building. I had tipped generously when placing the order. When I finally retrieved the food, the quality was UNACCEPTABLE. The CHICKEN was HARD and TOUGH, clearly NOT FRESH, and it appeared that reheating it with cheese in the oven had been used as a fix. Overall, the meal was far below the standard I expected. Now I don't know what the other menu items quality is but the chicken parm ain't it. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that steps can be taken to improve both delivery reliability and food quality.

But not this time! Everyone has a bad day-- I get it! I never was in the restaurant business, and I'm sure it isn't easy- but all I wanted was to get a replacement pizza on our account after receiving a large thin crust pie with pepperoni and extra sauce. But it looks like I ran into one very polite and caring employee who was caught in the middle, and a "manager" who was a no-show this last Tuesday. I called and ordered the following: * One large regular crust pepperoni with extra sauce. * One large thin crust pepperoni with extra sauce. When we arrived home we noticed the regular crust pizza was fine; the thin crust pizza was burned in places and very dry. We notified the store the next day at around 1500 hrs. The person on duty was polite but couldn't authorize a credit. The manager was out of the building so we set up a tone for him to call me. He never did.
