Came here for dinner and it was amazing! It is my second time coming back, pizza was literally on point. It's different, I generally don't like Thin Crust as much, but this made me change my mind about thin crust. Only concern I had was, we came here on a monday night for dinner with my lady, there were only two people working the food, and we saw 3-4 employees standing by the cashier talking, after 15-20 mins later, a group of people came in and the lines got longer . After it got busy, then the employees actually help the two that was struggling and needed help. Even I over heard, one ask to help but one of the lady never did. Overall, i had a great experience. THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! Honestly, today was free pizza day, so they have probably made 100's of pizzas and everything was still spot on! Line out the door and and we were still probably sitting down with pizza in 25-30 minutes. They were rocking and rolling! Every member of the staff is so incredibly nice. One noticed us taking a picture and offered to take one of the whole family. They brought us boxes, took our trash, offered refills. Seriously amazing service. Even with an insane amount of people smiles all around. They explained how everything worked perfectly. And most importantly the pizza was DELICIOUS! Dough and pizza ingredients did not impress at all. Dough didn't seem like it was fresh and or kneaded by hand. It's all very forgettable. They added too much sauce on the pie and it didn't cook throughly. The slices were falling apart because of it. Dough didn't get cooked all the way through because of the excessive use of sauce. The location was super clean which is very important to me....We met at 1:30 p.m on a Friday and quickly ordered . The orders came fast!! The Staff was super friendly and helpful which is always a plus .There were So many different toppings to choose from which were all fresh and tasty and presented in a neat and clean way. The Chipotle of pizza. We really enjoyed the pizza and prices. Since it was our first time here, we created two pizzas. My fiancee got a pesto pizza with mushrooms, black olives, spinach and pepperoni. I got gluten free crust with pineapple, red onion, smoked ham, spinach, and light mushroom. The pizzas were some of the best we ever had in a long time! We were ver6 impressed. Its alot like sweet frog where kids get to put gummy worms and chocolate syrup on to thier froza En yogurt. Doesn't taste good but fun for the kids. Here they use a poorly made heavy dough that they press out like a thin clay ashtray shape 12 inches accross and you can fill it with artichokes, meetnalls and chicken if you like. It bakes quick the topings are still basicaly raw but the low moisture crust cooks most of the way in the short time in thw cheep comertial oven. Last comment. I've been to another location and their pizza is consistent and generally very good. There are several of these fast-fired pizza chains popping up and I have found Blaze to be the best! Definitely an off night! We frequent this establishment often and have watched the service decline over time. Tonight on our visit, the preparation of the pizza was a mess and the even bigger mess was trying to get our pizza after it had been cooked. The employees were extremely playful and did not work with a sense of urgency. When my husbands pizza was ready, his name was called. They called his name but gave him the wrong pizza. When he asked again for clarification, she answered abruptly as if he had made the mistake. There was one employee who was quite polite but I did not get her name. I can tell you she recently broke her hand and was having trouble cutting the pizza. She apologized profusely to me for my wait. When they first opened things where on point. Clean, fresh veggies, fast and accurate cooking, great friendly staff, and a good price point. Sadly it hasn't lasted and my frequency of visits has drastically reduced. Cleanliness: solid 2/5, the behind the counter kitchen needs mid peak cleaning and a good floor wash for the last month. Eating area is always great for the volume. I just can't stand seeing how dirty the open kitchen is.. makes you think of how clean food is or isn't. Food: 2.5/5, toppings are consistently looking older and older, to the extent the last few times I wanted a topping but didn't ask for it. This and some frequently burned crusts (charred so the whole pizza snaps vs folds) lead to lower quality and put it closer to subway at higher prices. Staff: 3/5 attention to details and feedback has been it or miss on the last few months. Sometimes they are too busy to provide service, or lack attention to customer requests, other times mid pie I get one or two probes for feedback and thankfully for allowing the opportunity to serve. It appears this is on an upward trend; but staff retention is key here and attributes to quality issues. Price: 3/5 price increase has made cost vs value somewhat of a gamble. I asked for the gentlemen to retire the garlic knots and just asked another employee and just still serve them to me. This was my first experience here and I love the concept of the build your own pizza. They have a couple options. You can pick pizzas they make, build your own, and a two topping pizza. I decided to pick one that they have on the menu and the boyfriend built his own. The good news is they have vegan options for the vegan in your life! My pizza was good, I chose the pesto pizza they had without chicken and added onions and tomatoes to it. It really didn't take long for us to wait for our food either which is great! They offer all of the toppings you can think of, as well as salads and limited dessert options, like olive oil brownies and s'mores pies. What I like about Blaze is how quick the process is. The assembly line of employees (who are friendly every time I visit) is fast and efficient in getting your freshly-made pizza to you ASAP. Don't go here if you are hoping to take advantage of their dairy free or gluten free options. I was excited to see a place close by that offered dairy free pizza for my son who has a dairy allergy. I was assured they could accommodate his allergies and was told they would change gloves and use clean utensils. However, when the pizza came out of the oven it was thrown on a slab covered in cheese and picked up with tongs covered in cheese, which could potentially be deadly for a child with a food allergy. When I pointed this out to the lady, she rolled her eyes at me and told me that she did use clean utensils (even though I saw otherwise). The manager then condescendingly explained to me that it was a pizza place so they use cheese. I understand that cross contamination is always a risk, but there are steps that can be taken to minimize this risk. Blaze pizza is obviously not committed to offering true dairy or gluten free options or good customer service. This is a made to order pizza place! You walk the line and pick what you want on your pizza. You start with the sauce, then the meats, and finally the veggies. It is only a flatbread (thin crust) pie, but it was to die for in my opinion. I had traditional sauce, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, ham, bacon, spinach, mushrooms, and apple peppers. Usually don't leave bad reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I will start this with my pizza was free they sent a coupon in the mail. Still no excuse for the bad experience. I ordered at 6:40 for a 7:15 pickup in the app. The app said the pizza was complete at 7:15 but I had to wait till 7:38 because the pizza was not actually ready yet. They said they were slow because they can only cook 2 large pizzas at a time and all the small ones were coming out quick. To add to it I watched when they were making my pizza and saw it break when they were turning it. They then proceeded to discuss what to do before boxing it up and handing it to me. I was frustrated but not the end of the world. Then when we got home there was a long thick piece of hair cooked into the cheese of one of my slices and the part that broke literally had a giant hole in it. I went to Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza for lunch with my brother. Blaze is fast customized pizza anyway you want. They have signature pizza but its best to customize your own (best bang for buck). There are multiple toppings​ to add to your pizza (meats,cheese, and vegetables). Once your pizza is finish cooking, customers can add seasonings​ and different sauces. Blaze also has a few salads and desserts (limited). The crust is cooked to a good crisp. Staff was is usually attentive. There's plenty of parking in front of restaurant.
