I love Blaze pizza so much. I visited their booth at a food event in Winter Park and told them how I loved their chain. They were so nice to give me a coupon for free pizza. So I had to take advantage with my friend and ordered a build your own pizza. Since you can build your own, I did chicken, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic with toppings and presto sauce. The veggies and meats looked very fresh and it's amazing that you can see the people prepare the pizza. I also ordered a chocolate cookie (about 2.50). After paying, we sat in a table. The pizzas were delivered to us after a couple minutes. It came gorgeous and piping hot. The pizza was so delicious with the fresh veggies and tender chicken. The sauce was just right by adding the right amount of flavor. It was filling too as I was feeling filled with two pieces left. But I managed to eat the whole thing because I loved it so much. I took a bite of the cookie today, and it reminds me of the DoubleTree hotel cookies. It's that good! The service matched the quality of the food. Even though you order at the counter, they still deliver your food quickly, and even bus the table for you. If you order a drink, you still have to go to the drink counter and fill your drink there. The dining area is pretty ample and we had no problems finding a table. It's very casual and mostly college students or locals enjoying the place. It's located off campus, and parking can sometimes be full at the plaza. But it is free and you can park at the garage as well. Blaze is still my favorite chain for pizzas. The dough is great, veggies and meats are fresh, toppings look great, and the service is wonderful. Even for 12 dollars for an 11 inch personal size pizza, it's a great deal. And being able to watch your pizza being made is amazing. It's like the Subway of pizzas, but much better than eating at Subways. Overall: A+ read more

I had a great experience here. Customer service was excellent. I came here with family. The prices are decent. You can get a kids pizza for $5 & some change or you can get a full size pizza for around $11 & change. You can have your pizza any way you like it. That's what I love about blaze. The high pace energy of the workers, the quick-moving line, the shocking amount of toppings they show on that pie, it's all good. The pizza itself is surprisingly good. Even with unlimited toppings, each of those toppings plays their part and adds to the experience. Of course, that's probably not the case if you ask them to add literally every meat, or five different sauces, but that's another thing. I try to add my toppings with a little strategy, even if my picture begs to differ... Anyway, with many different crust options, get the keto crust because you're probably not getting enough protein, all sorts of meats, cheeses, and veggies, you don't always need mozzarella, and a few accent sauces or drizzles, there are probably 64 quintillion combinations of pizzas you can make here. It's not my favorite pizza and I can't quite put my finger on what would make it better or worse. It may be that I don't love the crust or that the people working the line don't put enough toppings on the pizza, but it just doesn't come out very flavorful. With that being said, I've never had a "bad" experience at blaze. I've gone with friends, there is plenty of seating, the service is fairly quick. I don't go to blaze for a gourmet experience. I love, love, LOVE this place. Every time I go out for pizza, Blaze is always one of my top choices. It has a very hip environment and the branding is really colorful and energetic. They have a rewards system, so make sure you sign up so you can get your points! It takes some time to get enough points for a free pizza, but the points can also be put towards drinks, sides, etc. I always get a build your own pizza, but there are so many options on the menu, there's something for everyone! I think I'll start by telling you that this Blaze is in a college town. The ambiance is extremely casual. The wait was excruciatingly long, the "sauce person" was incredibly slow, and the manager did not jump in until the line of customers was at the door. I ordered a build-my-own keto crust pizza. I asked for the garlic pesto sauce, goat cheese, black olives, salt, and pepper; they put so much pepper, I could barely finish it, and I found lots of oregano as a topping despite not having ordered any. I like how they have a variety of seating from table tops to regular tables. They offer boxes to go on the side if you don't finish your pizza which I thought was a nice touch. The price was fair for the amount of pizza I got. I'm not normally a fan of thin crust however it tasted good. I like the variety of options they have for ingredients. I love visiting blaze and grabbing a build your own pizza. It is always cooked to perfection and the amount of toppings I get are great. I will say though that every time I visit this location they always give me less toppings. The staff are nice and usually if there is a long line outside the door it doesn't take long to get to the front. The prices are great but have recently increased since last time I have been. The line usually isn't the problem rather finding parking is the worst. During a busy day or hour you will not be able to find parking and traffic is pretty bad. I would recommend parking in the garage in the back since they provide retail parking. read more

Ok.......ok! Yeah it was late and we ordered delivery after the burger fiasco and L.S. really likes Blaze Pizza. She said to order the cheese sticks. She thinks they're really good! I agreed to order them, but also ordered a pizza. I've never ordered anything from Blaze before but I gave it a shot! Well after L.S. ate about half of my cheese sticks, I made it back to my room at The Celeste. I tore into the rest of the cheese sticks and they really were good. Seriously! The dipping sauce provided I assume is simply their pizza sauce but it was quite tasty! It complimented the sticks well. The pizza sounds like it's a brick oven pizza, and cooks at a very high temperature. Typical of a Neapolitan style pizza, it had craggy bits of burnt crust, and what appeared to be cornmeal on the bottom of the crust, which is classic. The crust is super thin, and you have to fold it in order to eat it, or even use a fork like they do in Italy ‍! I love all Neapolitan style pizza, and this was a good one! I have nothing negative to say about this pie. I believe Blaze to be a chain, and if that is so, these guys have got it going on! I'll eat here again! I hear their ordering process, and cooking process is kind of cool. I look forward to seeing that in the future. In the meantime, hope that they come to Pensacola, we have few like them. read more

The topping selection and sauce choices made it easy to pick the right combination for a perfect pie! (I'm not the only one that gets overwhelmed when there are so many choices, am I?)
