Update to another visit. Saturday at noon stopped in because I had earned a freebie. Pizza so headed to the line with 5 people in front of me. I opened my app and clicked redeem. The app said I had 7 minutes to use the reward. Well, the line took soooo long that my redeem expired. 20- 30 minutes. These kids move like super slow motion. I wish I had seen the review that was posted a few hours before mine, because this pizza was a major downer. We ordered the Family 2-pack (1 cheese, 1 signature), and while I ordered the Green Stripe, what I got was a no-stripe and minimal chicken. I then tasted the plain cheese pizza - devoid of flavor. My 5 yo ate one slice and walked away, uninterested in a second slice. While helpful to at least have it delivered by Uber Eats, and it arrived warm, the choices were slim. I can recommend Blaze Pizza primarily for their pizza, but most of all for their remarkable salad bar. All the numerous salad ingredients were fresh and delicious. Every single time I go in here I have horrible customer service gave them the benefit of the doubt today because I had a free pizza place an online order and again horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Her name was Amber my order was stacked very tall where I could not see it the name on the order, she proceeded to yell it says what it says so then a customer had to tell me the name I then asked for ranch and she threw a fit about having to serve up ranch cups, and tried to make another employee do it when he did not she basically threw the ranch cups at me to get me out the door. I like this pizza place because I can really customize my pie without paying a lot of money. I love the cauliflower crust but all of their crusts are really good. They have a lot of variety to both meat and veggie options. It has never been terribly busy so we are served almost right away. The place is clean and in a good place. Have been to several other locations and this one was just as good. Where else can you get UNLIMITED TOPPINGS on your pie for $9.10 after tax?! And the toppings are high quality meats and veggies to boot! They also have something new -- DOUGH KNOTS with garlic and pesto that our group devoured along with the red dipping sauce that came with it. You can also get a side salad and half a pizza which is a nice option if you want to mix the naughty with the nice. Tip #1 - If you plan on eating at least some of your pizza in house - get it in a to go box with a plate on the side. That way, your pizza stays hot as you take out one slice at a time. Update: 12/4/2022- this place has really gone down hill. The food is still good but the service is HORRIBLE. We ordered 6 pizzas over 2 hours before we scheduled the pick up. Upon arrival they hadn't even started our pizzas. The employee went to the mobile order ticket machine and handed them to the pizza makersNo one apologized or even really cared. There was a young man named Dillon working who made sure we were having a pleasant experience. App allows curbside pickup as an option and they do not bring it to your car, pizza sat getting cold while I waited. 3. Filthy sneeze guards, counters, space between toppings. Just stopped here for lunch and as usual the food was good and consistent. My boyfriend tried the Keto crust for the first time and it came out really dark/ borderline burnt. Drove across town to eat at blaze pizza... walked in, no one in the dining room. We were greeted by the person at the register, saying we'll be with you when we have a chance. Then we stood there while the two "pizza makers" made called in or app orders without another word to us. They had 8-10 more tags it appeared they were going to continue to make before even addressing I person customers, us and the people behind us walked out without ever being addressed after standing there for over 15min....... Eat there a lot but recently I was in line and the person making the pizza for the people in front of me sneezed all over the ingredients on the serving line. The person did not even stop making the pizza. The people who were waiting were sitting down so it was not seen by them. I however, saw it and the person did not even change gloves. Of course, I and two other people walked out. So, I guess watch your food if you can trust them maybe they did not sneeze on it hours before you got there to order? The wait makes it less than desirable, and it's a little confusing how there are so many employees and not enough dough ready, salads available, toppings prepped, etc. Greeted, but then the gal just stood there awkwardly, not offering as to what we were waiting on. Oh well, gave me time to snap some pictures for Yelp. Completely out of zucchini, asked if they had any more by chance in the back (one of my favorite toppings), and the other gal just flat said "No." Bummer. Once the pizza process got started, it was quick. The pizza tasted really good, had a ton of flavors. Their lemonade and agua frescas are delicious. All the tables were dirty which were a little disappointing, but I just used some napkins. Worst service I have ever experienced. A friend and I went into Blaze to have a pizza and salad. When we walked in there were 3 gentlemen waiting and had been waiting so long that 2 of them decided to leave. My friend and I decided to talk with the one guy standing in line. He said he had been waiting approximately 8 minutes and this wasn't his first time waiting that long or longer. We knocked on the window to the gentleman rolling dough, his response was there was another guy handling that station. We waited and then the guy behind the window finally came out and gave us a dirty look and took off his gloves then went into the kitchen. We just decided to take off rather than wait any longer or get anymore dirty looks. I can only hope that they can get it together and have better service there. read more

So disappointed after our latest order from Blaze Pizza in Paso Robles. have ordered online before and the quality of the food was fine. However, the crust on this pie was thick and doughy. The toppings on my artichoke pizza was a few scattered wilted leaves and the pepperoni on the 2nd one was mainly lined up around the thick part of the crust with one or two slices toward the middle and not much cheese. I don't know if the ownership has changed or if the staff was untrained but if the next time isn't up to their previous standards, I'm moving on. read more

Before I start, I just want to preface with the fact that I typically love Blaze. Hence the 2 stars I gave. The pizza is very good, and everyone is usually awesome. Today, I went to the Paso Robles location during my lunch hour. I only have so much time, so I ordered ahead of time, and picked it up. My pickup time was set for 12:15, I ordered an hour ahead of time. They were just putting it in the oven at 12:20 when I got there. I figured it only takes a couple minutes, it's fine. I get my food and leave, with 20 minutes left of my lunch. When I opened the box, a handful of my ingredients were missing, and the meat was thrown ON TOP of the veggies so it was falling off every slice. I called the restaurant, but couldn't get through. The prompts told me to go to blaze.com/help. I tried 3 different times, and every time it told me that their website is unavailable in my country. I had an overall terrible experience, and would not recommend this location for the future. read more

I've been to a blaze pizza before and it's always be nice with friendly staff. Now this place was bizarre. The roof was leaking and most the tables were wet. One of the workers kept interrupting me as I was ordering just to talk to other staff. The other staff looked annoyed as well. At one point she looked me dead in the face and said "idk why I get such bad reviews, I've seen you before, am I bad" it was so strange and we are new to town so I've never been to this location before. I don't remember her name but she was wild, loud, and rude. I probably won't ever go back because of her. read more
