Came here for its grand opening and there was free pizza all day! I came about 10 minutes after it opened and there was a pretty long line (expected). It's located in the same plaza as 99 ranch which is convenient and there's lots of parking. Unfortunately there's no outdoor seating for people with dogs but the manager BJ said they will be adding outdoor tables and chairs with heaters after they acquire their alcohol license! Win situation! There's an assortment of seating inside and your typical queue in line and pizza making station. Considering the huge amount of people coming to order pizza, the staff did amazing! I think I first had this in their Fremont location years ago and it was a great experience. However yesterday something was off with the flavor, combination, service and also the chicken was not cooked so I had to cherry pick all the chicken pieces out of my Chicken Pizza! I am still confused if their BBQ chicken pizza had blue cheese in their menu as a listed item or was it a mistake just yesterday to my pizza because it tasted weird on a pizza. Never had a BBq chicken pizza that tasted all blue cheese and nothing sweet or BBQ! The chicken pieces that went on both our pizzas (the other one was a custom made) was undercooked and for the BBQ there were chunks of raw pieces. My son and I were in the area and stopped off here on a whim. My first thought when I went in was this was a Mod copycat. Extremely similar set up and business model. We decided to order anyway. My son ordered the Meat Lovers and said he liked the pizza, but it wasn't his favorite. I ordered the Hot Link Pizza and really loved the flavor combination. The triple spice of the spicy sausage and two different types of peppers worked for me. I liked the thin crust as well. The pizzas were excellently cooked. The staff weren't very personable. My son actually said they both acted like they didn't want to be there and I agreed. They weren't mean, but both people behind the counter were really flat personality wise. Staff was friendly. I was able to order online ahead of time and when I arrived they were finishing up my pizzas. The pizzas came out hot. Restaurant was very clean and there was a variety of drinks. I ordered two build your owns and a pesto cheddar bread. Everything was delicious but I noticed when I got home one of my pizzas had pineapple on it. I double checked my receipt and I had not ordered pineapple. For me it wasn't a huge deal as I just removed it but if I had an allergy this could have been an issue. I came here on opening day because there's free pizza. Who doesn't love free food? However, it was definitely very busy. The line was out the door for sure, wait time was pretty much at least an hour. I came here after work to wait in line for my free pizza around dinner time. The Blaze employee would occasionally go through people in the line to make sure we downloaded the app and gave us a stamp for the free pizza. I believe we needed to download the app to get the free pizza. He also had little menus to hand out so we can decide what to get while we waited in line. This is your DIY pizza place, similar to Pieology and MOD Pizza. It's where you can customize your pizza all for 1 amazing price. So I go pretty crazy on these pizza places. If I can get 4 different types of meats, why not?! I also am a big white sauce type of gal, so I always opt for white sauce, all types of meat (sausage, chicken, bacon, meatballs) and occasionally veggies (artichoke hearts, mushrooms, spinach, roasted garlic) and I'll top it off with pesto. Although it was crazy busy, the employees definitely knew what they were doing. They were hustling around and making sure we got what we needed on our pizza. I decide to take my pizza home to enjoy it. I was pleasantly surprised on how it cooked compared to Pieology. It was crispy and soft enough. I felt like with Pieology, the pizza was "too doughy" or soft but this had a good crisp. I really enjoyed my customized pizza. I also got a soft drink and they have some unique juices/drinks too! This is the 1st time that I've actually come to Blaze Pizza to get a pizza. Today, is PI DAY att Blakes. We were able to get an 11 inch pizza for $3.14. It would usually cost $10.25. We had my favorite combination: garlic pesto, chicken, fresh mozzarella, mushrooms, artichokes, and pesto drizzled on top. We added Parmigiano at the table. It was so good that ate half of the pizza. Of course it was really fresh because we ate it there. What we didn't get was we could have got more toppings. You actually watch your pizza being built while you are in line. Then it goes in the oven for about 8 or 9 minutes and a pizzalolo pulls it out. Our pizza came out of the oven with the crust cooked perfectly and golden on top. read more

I really like the thick crust here. My boyfriend and I come often enough and thought I'd leave a review on it. I love the pizza and we get the same person helping us each time. Nice and patient while we choose. Last time we went I got the cauliflower crust and I loved it! My boyfriend for the keto crust and wasn't the biggest fan of it but all to their own I guess. Mega Mushroom initially more meager than mega, then reasonable but not mega. I tried the Blaze special for the month, their Mega Mushroom. The photo in their ad shows a pizza crammed with so many mushrooms that some were stacked on top of one another. Being a mushroom lover, that would have been wonderful! However, the first pizza that I received was sparse, I daresay less than 1x. After I referenced their claim and photo, they were kind enough to redo the pizza, and I drove back across town. The redo, perhaps 2x for them, which would have been a normal mushroom pizza at some pizzerias (and still not like the photo). They did ask me what I thought. I appreciated their gesture, but I didn't want to wait to have them redo it again (I just treated it as 1x + 2x = 3x). Maybe in earnest when the mushrooms were sprinkled on, it appeared more packed to them, and they shrunk after cooking. In any case, from my viewpoint, I think this is just another example of companies publishing exaggerated/misleading ads. Delicious. I had not heard of Blaze pizza before. They opened up in the Rosewood center where the Total Wines store is. Located on the left side of Total Wine around the corner. I got the 11 inch build your own pizza. Ordered online via the app. Super easy. They do curbside or go inside to pick up. The inside pick up is straight in the back with your pizza on a metal shelf. No need to wait in line. I liked the vegan thin crust pizza dough. The taste is just as good as regular pizza dough and more healthy for you. I'm a fan. The build your own selection was also very good with alot of variety to select from. I got the white sauce with pepperoni, Italian sausage, olives, mushrooms, red onions, and roasted garlic with a pesto drizzle. Alot more to choose from too. I used to order blaze almost once a week before shelter in place, because I like the "build your own" option and closed to my work. I ordered online couple times during shelter in place, even I asked "extra cheese" , it came up with very little. So I to go in person yesterday. When I asked the stuff to put extra cheese for my "build your own", the stuff (maybe the owner) told me there will be an extra charge for getting more cheese. Never in my life have I been so disrespected by a manager. I was looking forward to enjoying a pizza on pi day but I was severely mistaken. I having an issue opening the app and showing my reward for the pizza for pi day and understandably yes it could be a "corporate" issue but I was guaranteed by staff that my reward would be honored and then the whole staff blew up into flames about it. This resulted into ME being blamed for causing a problem and making a huge scene. The manager even blamed her own employee for not speaking English! Finally, we get a Blaze Pizza in our hood. Of all the fast casual pizza chains, Blaze is somehow my favorite. I'm not sure why though. We have MOD and Pieology around here too. This place is brand spanking new in a nicely redone strip mall. I'm glad they redid all the facades, as it was looking really dull and old before the reno's. Walking in we were greeted nicely as we looked at the menu. I gotta tell you, I felt rushed. I noticed the post-teen girl staring at me waiting for my order. She finally gave up and said "well, do you know how many pizzas you're gonna order?" First off, it wasn't even busy, so I'm not so sure why the rush. Second, how do I know how many to order without looking at the menu first? I just told her "two". I later had to get back in line to order a third. See what I mean? My kids devoured their cheese pizzas. It's just dough, sauce, and cheese. Hard to screw up. But because of the wood fire, the pizza came out nice thin and crispy, just how my brats like it. I had the meat pie. I forgot its name, but it came out piping hot and crispy. A small tip - I've done custom pies before and because of the thinness of it, don't try to add too many toppings on it. I once ordered a veggie pie with most of the meats on it. They humored me and did it, but turned out horrible. All the special pies ingredients were chosen for a reason. I tried this place out last week. I embarrassed myself because I didn't know about the ordering process. My family is a bunch of basic boring cheese pizza eating babies. My husband told the young man working there " Hi, 2 cheese pizzas, regular red sauce, and mozzarella. Thanks" I see the kid writing down the info on a piece of paper. Then, I walk up and say, "Hi, I'd like a pizza with cauliflower crust, red sauce, and jalapeños, and ..... The kid stopped me and said "Whoah, wait, you need to walk over this way, she will help you and you order each item you want" (like a pizza assembly line). So once I got over my confusion, I really liked this concept. There was no line behind me, and I used a lot of those options. I had them build a beautiful pizza, they fired it in the oven, we took them home and mine tasted great! The monotony club also really liked their cheese pizzas I did see, as we were leaving that there are additional toppings/sauces to go on your finished product- Buffalo, Pesto, etc. I would have been down to try some spiciness on top, but I noticed too late. I wish any one of the employees would have been a bit more enthusiastic. After all I DID mention that I had never been here before. It's that familiar lack of enthusiasm, they help you- but it's like they're doing you a personal favor, rather that their paid job. The owner or manager or whoever the oldest staff member was, didn't even make eye contact. Not exactly welcoming. These are the things I notice when I chose to treat my family. So in summary, it was tasty, there's a wonderful variety of dough, sauce, and toppings. It can get a bit pricey if you're feeding the whole family. First off, you can't rate "Blaze Pizza" based on the name. It has to be rated based on the service of the location in question. If I were rating "Blaze Pizza", I'd give it a solid 5 star rating. I went to this Blaze on Sunday for a late lunch with my daughter. We each ordered a "BYO" (build your own) pizza and we had two different servers helping us. I am not going to name mine, as I had a poor experience with my server. However, I think it is important that the ones who provided excellent service and food handling are recognized. Austin created my daughter's pizza - he listened to her instructions and she was one happy kiddo. My server questioned me and didn't follow directions well. This, my friends, is the difference between a 5 star experience, and a 1 star experience. If I could leave 2 reviews, that's what they would be. I only remember Russell, Austin, and Rebecca (the manager) and the one employee who will remain unnamed. The 3 mentioned provided excellent customer service and food handling practices. I spoke with Rebecca (the manager) about some food handling concerns that I had in watching my server handle my food and she was great about it. She addressed the matter immediately with the employee and even offered me a free meal. I will be returning, and I recommend you go too! I usually love Blaze pizza, but today I was highly disappointed. We ordered online and were told our pizza would be ready between 12:08 and 12:18. I arrived around 12:08, expecting to leave around 12:25 at the latest, maybe. I didn't leave until almost 1:00 pm. As far as ordering online, there is no real line, and the organization for it is all over the place. I had to ask several times and was told to wait for my name. The one young man had his hands full trying to fulfill orders in person and online, so I get, but I was still disappointed. I assume the owner started to help, and when I asked again about the status of my order around 12:45, he told me, oh, it's coming, and we are going to give you an extra pizza for waiting so long, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. I left dissatisfied and frustrated. My partner said the pizza's quality was still good, and the young man did apologize for being late. Our order was still incorrect even after they "fixed it". But, there were at least 15-20 people whose orders were fulfilled, including multiple families of 4 and folks who just ordered while in the store. I would suggest some organization for online orders and increasing the wait time online if it will take longer. It would also be nice to provide customers with a few status updates if they are waiting longer than 15-20 minutes, especially if it's supposed to be fast. I think it's imperative to fulfill orders in order or provide context for those picking up orders. Word of advice for those ordering, If you want your order also completely correctly and not rushed or late, don't order around 11/12ish. read more

So I ordered @ 7:44PM Online Curbside, called into the store 5 times before the phone was picked up, then the Rude Shift Leader was rude Nathala. Got home to eat the Pizze I had a Uber Eats Order for someone else. Called the store spoke to the same Employee she told me it was my fault it was there's & got Smart as she always do I normally ignore her but tonight was her Last & Final time being rude for absolutely no reason.
