A fun place with decent pizza in the virtual desert of edible food that is Tracy. The concept makes it a great place for kids or going to with friends because everybody can get their own pizza. My favorite is the BBQ chicken. I have been to this location about half a dozen times and the problem is that the experience varies greatly depending on which teens happen to be working behind the counter. I have been there when everything is running smoothly. Today was a different story though as 4 different people worked on my pizza as it went down the line. As it was handed off it would sit and wait for the next worker to come out from the back and away from whatever it was happening back there that was clearly more interesting. When it was finally time to be rung up I had to wait for a girl to finally be bothered enough to break away from the group standing around the oven talking about how much they hate working there. When she did she never acknowledged me and remained part of the conversation. The shift manager was leaning against the counter and part of the conversation as well. We then had to clean our own table before sitting down. I don't expect great service at such a place but I also don't want to feel intrusive or to have to clean things. For food alone I would give it 4 stars but the average service experience brings it down to a 3. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Best service ever! I can't believe the level of customer service at this establishment! EXCELLENT! We are regulars and our faves are the bbq chicken, green stripe, and simple pie! The ranch is so good and that that blood orange lemonade.... Yummm! So reasonably priced and always good food! The first thing good about this franchisee is their any no.of topping personal pizza, we went in to have something unique for our dinner as we already had once dined at their Fremont location, we knew what to order. Got 3 pizzas all personalized, a couple with meat and once with veggies. The server was really good at explaining the different options and pretty friendly to accommodate any last time changes. For instance, I wanted to see if they have a better base option and she let me choose pesto which turned out to be amazing. Overall the service was amazing and it was passed over to the chef who made the pizza come to life. So far so good. Now about the pizza itself, they don't have any special taste to it, they are not mouth-watering or something like you wanna keep munching till its all done. It was pretty basic from taste perspective probably it's coz the ingredients were not of good quality. Again I am not complaining but when you pay double of what you would have paid at any domino's or PH the expectation will definitely bee higher, it simply did not meet our standards. read more

Their spicy sauce was spicier than I expected, although I did adjust. This seems like the subway of pizza places to me. It seemed a bit strange that I ordered a signature pizza and my pizza makers kept asking me if I really wanted each of the ingredients that come on the signature pizza on my pizza. But no big deal. It was crowded and it took a while to get one of our pizzas because they ran out of arugula. It was also very loud so it was really hard to hear the questions the people behind the counter asked us. Haven't been to Blaze since pre-pandemic. I thought it was the best pizza spot in town at the time. Went today - so not what I expected. The pizza was literally soggy not the crisp crust I remembered. I came home and re-fired it in my oven. The ash (I know there is some to be expected by the method they use) was gross. I had to wipe the back of my pizza off. Seemed like no one had brushed the flat top since the last time I was there! Very disappointing. read more

First time trying Blaze and it was terrific. As an avid pizza lover I enjoy trying pizza from places other than the regular pizza chains. The ability to create your own personal pizza and have it done in front of you is a cool aspect. I had the signature BBQ Chicken pizza and it was fantastic, the best part about it was their additions of the banana peppers and the gorgonzola cheese, which sets it apart from any other regular BBQ Chicken pizza. I was beyond excited to hear (And surprised, being that Tracy is such a small town) that this business just opened up. We are a huge fan of pizza especially BLAZE (we've visited the Fremont location a number of times) and had to stop in as soon as I found out they opened. The staff members are so fun & are amazing people. One issue that I noticed, so far was the fact that I kept having to constantly ask for more *insert toppings* on my build your own pizza. And was a bit upset seeing another customers pizza with 10 pepperonis compared to the 5 on my pizza.. Other than that, the pizza was amazing and we will definitely continue to come here! read more

I am very sad that lately Blaze pizza it's stepping down and all thanks to Poor customers service. They need to train their new employees and make sure to treat customer in a friendly way. We have been going here since the restaurant started up. We went Friday night and there was a huge line. No one seemed to care about the people in line, they were more interested in filling on line orders. No one was speaking to the people in line and it just sat there motionless. We left, came back a half an hour later, and the line was still there this time even longer. I heard a customer asking the more elderly person behind the counter a question, no one could understand her, and she got frustrated, waved off the customer as they turned around and walked away. This is my absolute favorite pizza spot. If I was on a diet, I would break it just to eat their yummy delicious customizable pizza. They have every topping imaginable including a gluten free option for the crust (if you're gluten free). I love their basil and hot tomato sauce. The employees are fast and are understandable, especially if you are a first timer. ONE PIE PER PERSON: You do get a whole pie but don't let that intimidate you cause you'll find yourself eating the whole thing in one sitting. =) Atmosphere can get pretty crowded inside, so I normally take it to go (plus that can't charge you in house taxes) and eat it outside or in my car with friends. My first time ever at Blaze Pizza! What first caught my attention was the layout of this restaurant. The lighting, tables, and placing of everything is all put together. Customer service is great! everyone was so nice and welcoming. Multiple workers asked us how everything was a couple times while eating. The pizza was delicious, i was so excited to eat my pizza! I ordered the create your own half original tomato sauce, the other half white cream sauce. I prefer the original tomato sauce, not a big fan of the white sauce. The very first time I got delivery the pizza was amazing, but every delivery after that has been disappointing!! Orders are missing items, and ingredients in the salads are old and wilted. They never get my orders right, and always missing the dressings for the salads.
