We choose the king premium 38$ Overall food is amazing. I like the amerikan wahyu brisket, brazilian. Service is pretty slow, but friendly. Place is huge and clean. At last we get ice cream

This review is mainly for the service, which was extremely slow. There were only five servers for the entire restaurant on a Saturday, and it definitely showed. Our table was missing a set of chopsticks, and although I asked the hostess for them, she never brought them. It also took 15-20 minutes just to get a beer. I asked for napkins as well, had to ask a second time, and finally received them about 45 minutes after I first requested them. Because of the poor service, I would not come back to this place. I will say that the restaurant itself was clean.

This is my absolute favorite Korean barbecue place to go out to here in Palm Desert. We love everyone there. They're always super nice food comes out quick unless it's really busy then it takes a little bit, but other than that the quality of the meat is really good whatever you order does not disappoint. I love the fact that they have a bunch of little sides. You can get make your own sauce as well. They always have amazing music playing in the background and at the end of all you can eat barbecue or hot pot if you choose that you get some ice cream to end an amazing time. Thanks guys for always being amazing.

Front: Cajun Shrimps and spicy shrimps Inside of pot: mix of appetizers and main dishes

My lovely wife decided spontaneously to visit Blaze King in Palm Desert. Our server Julissa was top notch. Excellent quick service of removing empty plates and dishes, asking for any new orders. Manager Victor greeted and seated us. Took necessary time to explain how to order items. We felt welcomed and definitely will come back. We enjoyed our second time at Blazing King. Thank you Julissa, Victor and all staff members!! The Fischer Family

Great food, great vibes! There's not a place like this in the desert. I love the options they have for King's Premium Hot Pot and KBBQ.

Does Blazing King except Apple Pay?

    Yes

How much do kids cost to eat?

    1/2 price

Can you do Korean bbq and hot pot at the same time?

    Yes!

Do they have the pickled Radish wraps?

They have pickled radishes at the banchan sauce bar, and also rice paper if you ask for it

    Are reservations possible?

actually i dont know. we only go in early afternoon on weekends. but as it appears to be kind of formal in evenings it might. seriously its best to call then & they can tell you all you need

Can leftovers be cooked and made to go? Would there still be extra charge for that?

its considered an all you can eat buffer so very highly unlikely. one goes there to enjoy a big meal.. thats why we go for luncheon.…

Is there any vegetarian options like white rice, noodles or tofu?

The Hot Pot would be perfect for vegetarians. Lots of vegetables, tofu, mushrooms and if you ask Matt who is the Manager he would gladly help in your choices and explain the side dish bar and how items are made. All you have to do is ask. 😄, hope…

We had seen and smelled!!! the Works Pizza when we walked in. We ordered a large to take home, but couldn't resist eating some before we left. It was soooo good! I don't like onions, peppers or mushrooms, but the combination with the ton of meat was delicious! I didn't even want to pick anything off. It was even better when we reheated it!!! The pizza had a wonderful crispy crust topped with a large amount of meats vegetables and cheese. Cooked thoroughly to perfection, not undercooked like works pizza can be but just right.the fries were hit, crispy and soft inside. Great flavor even without ketchup or ranch which we also had. The service was chill, laid back and very friendly. I felt like I was being served by good welcoming friends. One downside was the server who took our order, forgot to put it in the computer which caused a 45 minute delay. Taking it in stride he immediately offered to comp the whole meal and drinks, taking the blame upon himself. Stand up guy! I offered to at least pay for the drinks and he wouldn't let me. Regardless of the time delay, we had a great time and the food was outstanding. We will be back.

We came to Cowboy Cantina tonight to celebrate my birthday... my mom treating me to a nicer dinner…read morethan what she'd normally afford for dinner, which made the experience feel extra disappointing knowing this was a more costly meal in her eyes. We ordered directly from the printed menu. I chose the brisket, which clearly states it comes with two sides, planning on baked beans and a baked potato. My mom ordered the baby back ribs with mac & cheese. When we placed the order, our server apologized and told us they had changed the menu, but not what's actually printed. Apparently, you no longer get to choose sides... everything now automatically comes with mashed potatoes and "mixed veggies," with no option to swap or upgrade. That was confusing, especially since the sides we wanted were available and could be ordered separately for an extra charge. Even if you add on a baked potato, you still get mashed potatoes and veggies no matter what. It just felt unnecessarily rigid and poorly communicated. On top of that, we were served Diet Cokes by another server, and on the very first sip we both immediately knew it was regular Coke. When we mentioned it, our server said he "didn't think so" but would check. It was a small thing, but frustrating--especially right after being told we couldn't order what was clearly listed on the menu. Eventually, after asking again, we were brought a can of Diet Coke, which solved it, but the hesitation felt odd. 2 cans for $7.90? Not even enough ice to stay melted. Was all just annoying. When the food arrived, it looked fine. The brisket itself was good, but it wasn't the meal I wanted or ordered. Plus EXTREMELY fatty. One piece was more fat than meat. I expect some on brisket but not The Who fat cap as a piece to be served. Also, the "mixed veggies" weren't what was described (green beans and carrots), but instead squash and zucchini. Overall, nothing was terrible (maybe the mandatory squash), but the combination of an inaccurate menu, inflexible substitutions, and small service issues made the night disappointing. I don't think I'll be back, which is a shame, because this was meant to be a special birthday dinner and just didn't live up to the moment. Had my siblings been with I'm sure they would've stormed out yelling at so they are lucky they got the nice ones in the family... but, my mom deserves a refund.

I'm always up for trying out new places in the valley, however, our experience was a little disappointing. The food and drinks were decent, but the customer service was DISAPPOINTING! It started at the front--no smile or acknowledgment from the hostess. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes and made eye contact with multiple servers, yet no one offered drinks or checked on us. The place wasn't even packed or busy. We were seated right by the bar, so it was hard to miss us. Thankfully, the manager eventually approached us, and service improved from there. We stayed a bit longer to check out the live band, which was good. Overall, the place has potential, but customer service--especially the initial greeting or the hostess --NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!

The food was good overall and definitely satisfied the burger craving. The experience, however, was a little mixed.
