Visiting this place for the first time and it was an unexpected experience. This is not a full fledged restaurant. It's more like a night club environment but offer lunch and set menu food. The Pho AP chao - pan fried combination pho and the bun cha Hanoi where both not bad and unexpectedly good. The facility, horrible. The restrooms were filthy with broken accessories. The food area is clean and extremely large open space, with randomly placed tables to service food. If any, I would recommend the set menu they offer to go. read more

4.5 stars I have yet to dine in at this restaurant but I do order their weekly meal service. It's perfect for single people who can't cook, no access to kitchen or like me, too busy. As of now, you get lunch and dinner meals for $20 daily. One meal is soup or noodle type and other is rice with veggies, soup and protein. The flavor is like my family's cooking. I have yet had a meal I didn't like. Menu rotates weekly and comes back every 3 wks. Lots of variety. You can choose which meal day you want. It's not advertised but you can opt out on soup/noodle dish for another rice meal but would have to pay a little extra. I took half star of because I wish they'd put the salad separately. People may not have anything to hold the salad to microwave the food. Portion not consistent. Some days there's not enough rice and lots of protein and some times not enough protein. However, you definitely will get full. You can't beat the price either. I hope they will continue this service for a long time. read more

Excellent service and food, but just one shady thing that left a sour taste in my mouth. I asked for a small side of fries. The lady who speak perfectly English brought us a plate of fries. Okay, I guess that is considered to be a small plate of fries. Anyway, she charged us $9.99 for that plate of fries while everything else a beautiful dish of fish for only $16.99 - yes, a plate of fries for $9.99 makes total sense? Hell no! It doesn't. Anyway, enough about that bad experience, my parents and husband all did have a great experience and the food (crispy fish) was extremely tasty. I usually don't write a review however, I think if the owner reads my following review she will take care of her restaurant better. My husband and I went there today for 2 bun cha ha noi. The food is ok but the lettuce and mints are dirty with tiny snails on them, especially rau dap ca. If you find 1 snail it still acceptable to me cause I'm not a difficult person or hard to please. However, we found quite a few sails with different sizes on rau dap ca. the lettuce was not clean and had some dirt on them. We showed the waiter and the lady in front those snails. They just said Oh, kitchen staff has washed it carefully but we will let them know. sorry. That's it. We felt that they did not care about their customers. How could they serve dirty unwashed vegetables to their customers???? Also, the lady cashier told me if I came back next time I should remind her and she would do something to make it up for me. Will never step foot here again. Service is terrible. They charge for $1 Per person for water. They also charge an extra 3% for using credit card. They automatically tack on 15% minimum tip so that they don't even have to try. If they get your order wrong they don't want to honor their mistake and expect you to pay for it. We had to press for them to remove the delta, but they insisted on charging us tax and tip on the wrong higher amount. Just adding on! Pho is in my top two list now along side Pho Nguyen Hue. I have had it at least a dozen times. Owners are great and brought out a non beef based seafood soup for my Thai Friends that they loved. I have been here on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights.. Always have a good time. Meh.... Hubby got a Groupon for a lunch here and we finally made it over. This place seems to be busy at night but quite dead otherwise. We came in an hour after it opened and were the only two there the whole time. We stood there for about five minutes or what seemed like it before we were seated. We both got an iced tea. It was quite light in color and just tasted like water. I guess I could have gotten the water for free. Room seemed fine... pretty decent looking. There was a stage for groups to play music. tables and stools for the nightclub... darker aura which I never mind. They played what seemed like elevator music during the time that we were there. We both also got the grilled chicken, soy marinated with garlic noodles and it came with veggies. The garlic noodles were fine. Not a lot of flavor but not bad. I did enjoy the taste of the soy marinated grilled chicken but my husband pointed out that it reminded him of flame broiler's chicken. Veggies had big, crinkled cut slices of carrots, broccoli, and mushroom. The carrots were a bit hard but I eat carrots raw and cooked so it didn't matter much. Broccoli was fine. Mushrooms looked like sprouts that were plucked and cooked. I never ate any like that before. We asked for the fried banana dessert. (Banana tempura with ice cream) We were told that they were out, and it was noon and they had been open for two hours. I won't ask... Waiter was friendly. He was actually the bartender but they had him come in and help for dining for the day. After years of driving by this place I stumbled across a deal on Groupon and thought I would finally give this place a try. If you look up average in the dictionary it may have a picture of this place accompanying it. As we walked in the door I was a bit surprised to see that the building is basically split into two separate sections, one for the restaurant and one for the club. As we walked in the door (approximately an hour after open) we saw that we were the only guests in the building and no one was available up front to greet anyone. After a few minutes of absent mindedly standing around looking lost we were finally greeted and taken to a table by the bartender (who was doubling as the waiter/server). He quickly took our drink order and brought it to the table. We both went with iced tea which is pretty standard for us but we were both a bit disappointed by its lack of flavor. The tea itself was large in volume but simply tasted like colored water. For our meal we both decided upon the Grilled Chicken Garlic Noodle dish. The chicken was grilled nicely and did have quite a bit of flavor and the garlic noodle accompaniment was also quite nice. The portion as a whole was filling and I even had a bit leftover to bring home. The mushrooms, broccoli and other assorted vegetables were still partially raw and did not taste like they were cooked through thoroughly. The pricing was decent for the size of the dish but the flavors overall did not mesh well as a whole. Although our waiter is primarily the bartender he did a pretty good job of serving us and keeping up with refills and checking on us throughout the meal. He was very friendly and never failed to make small talk when he saw our Groupon deal. Upon the completion of our lunch we decided to try the fried bananas with ice cream for dessert but were told that they were out. As there was no alternative we were interested in we decided that dessert would be better suited elsewhere. How you run out of a dessert so early in the afternoon with hours of service remaining is beyond me but it happens and seems to be more frequent these days which is a bit concerning. This place looks like it is trying to hard to be too many things at once. While the place seems to have a great nightlife due to the lounge and club the restaurant seems to me to take a bit of a backseat in the grand scheme. Overall this was a average experience with average food that could be gotten elsewhere and delivered more effectively. I am glad that I tried the place as it was a restaurant I have had bookmarked for awhile but I honestly do not see me coming back, but I will never say never as crazier things have happened. read more

Came here for the food during normal food hours, so no input on the "dancing" component of this establishment! Honestly the food quality isnt anything spectacular but it does a good enough job for a bite nearby. Don't expect sparkles and bumpin music during lunch time! Food: - Pho Filet Mignon (Large $7.99): Broth is clear and has some good flavors and they gave a decent portion of tender beef filet. There's a fair amount of MSG so expect a sizable food coma after your meal. Wasn't a memorable dish but it wasnt horrible Pros: - Never a line for lunch! - Big open space where they block out half the room so it doesn't look so huge. - Semi-quick service. Cons: - Pretty slow service so you'll need to wave them down for any refills. - I'm confused about their credit card fee situation. They said no matter how much the cost, they will charge 3% more if you use credit? Confusing. This I believe is illegal! - They barely seem to speak English to get my point across. The pho here is so-so and the other dishes are certainly better. Their egg rolls are VERY delicious and super crunchy. Their shaken beef, pho ap chao, and banh xeo are also very good. Also, the 10% yelp check in discount is a thumbs up. The only thing is that sometimes they will be setting up for event at their night club. I went here with another family who had younger kids and some dancers were practicing (very sensuously) while we were having dinner. Maybe not the best place to take kids? We loved everything that night for my husband's 50th party how it turned out even much better than we expected on top of such short notice! We couldn't have done it without Tina Dao! Thank you, Tina! So I ask him to be nice because, we came here to support your business so your boss have money to pay you, then he said we don't need your business????? Wow After all one gentleman stand next to me said to him that he saw all of ,the security guy -B Mine not nice. How ever hope the management or owner should teach the security guy how to be nice with your customers. My experience here was terrible. We first walk in and they are playing head banging EDM music. We get seated and they gave us our menus. We came here for the bun bo hue because it was 50% off. We also wanted canh chua and cha ca Thanh long, but they didn't have that. So we ordered a mango salad and banh xeo. They had the banh xeo but didn't have the mango salad. We then wanted bo luc lac but then they didn't have that either, and they recommended that they did have the steak and fries. So we just got that because we didn't know what they actually had at the time. Why give us menus when they didn't have anything on their menu?! Didn't even know if they had water... Our waiter that was passing out our waters actually spilled 2 cups all over my sister's back. Our bun bo hue came out first and it took 30 minutes for us to get the steak and fries and banh xeo. Everyone was already finished with their bun bo hue by the time it came out. (Bun bo hue was terrible. Super bland) We finished our lunch and asked for the bill. This place is the absolute WORST. I went last night for their New Years event and I got in line at 9pm on the dot and the line to get in was very long. I saw on the eventbrite that everyone is free before 10:30pm so me and my friends thought that since we got there a whole hour and a half early that we would make it inside in time before 10:30pm but we were sooo wrong. The line went by so slow and my girl friend needed to use the bathroom really bad so we went to the front and asked the security/ bouncer if my girlfriend can use the bathroom really quick and they immediately said "nonono" in a rude tone and wouldn't want to hear what I had to say or care that my girlfriend was gonna piss her pants. They were too busy telling these group of girls that were intoxicated that they can't come in and I even saw the security put their hands on the girls and push them away. That's probably why the line was taking so long to get in. We had no choice but to get back in line and wait but when we saw a security guard at their outside patio area we asked him if my girlfriend can use the bathroom he said that the bouncers should be able to let her go in if I ask and I told him they said no and he was surprised and said I should go ask and we went back to ask and the security guard immediately said no and explained why he couldn't while this other bouncer was getting into some older guy's face literally about to fight and they were yelling back and forth and there was some pushing and commotion and I just stood there in awe. This place is so unprofessional and childish how they be treating people. We finally got to the front and got inside and we got in at 11pm. We told the lady inside at the front that we have been in line since 9pm and waited for 2 hours and if we can still be let in for free since we had the free before 10:30pm tickets on our phone and she said "no if you're not here in front of me by 10:30pm then I'm not letting you in for free" and has the audacity to tell us "that's why people get here by 8:30pm" and we were caught so off guard by her attitude and rude tone and we asked her how much is it to get in and she said "I already told you" even though she didn't and she kept saying "well I already told you" and proceeded to say that girls were $20 and guys were $30 and I got so mad. Like NO WHERE on the website or eventbrite says that price. It said after 10:30pm everyone is $10 so they're just making up their own rules at this point. The girl was so rude I can't express how much she pissed me off by her attitude and also had the audacity to rush us as our friends are trying to find cash to pay $90 for all of us to get in. It was complete bs. We got in finally and danced and went to the bar for water bc my friend was dehydrated and this bartender really tried to sell me a Costco water bottle for $5. That did it for me, like are you kidding me? You can't even put tap water in a cup and give it for free? I guess nothing is free in here. You're better off going to Mesa or heatultralounge where they have stuff under control and water is free. I went to Mesa and people were free before 10:30pm and we got in after 10:30pm and we were NOT charged because we were in line before 10:30pm so props to them. Bleu restaurant was such a good dining experience. The group I went with just got back a couple weeks ago from Vietnam and this place really tasted like we were back there! We had the egg rolls and chicken as an appetizer. The shrimp salad was amazing! My friend let me try the spicy soup and wow!!!! I had the garlic rice , salad, and salmon. It was prepared beautifully.
