I contacted Ann, one of the owners, about catering boba for my wedding. She was so sweet and so easy to work with! We went in to try her drinks and ended up doing the viet coffee, pandan milk tea, Thai tea, and mango green tea. At one point we asked her if she could modify one of her drinks to help cater to our guests better. We were worried it might come off sounding a certain way but she was super responsive and willing to work with us! I can't appreciate that enough. Her prices were very fair and she and her team delivered it to our venue and set everything up for us so smoothly. We got SO many compliments on the flavors!! I came here tonight with my friend and noticed a sign that said to call or place your order online. I tried calling twice but I guess the phone was busy. I ended up having to go to the website and order online. It was very easy to use but I felt like this took way longer. After I placed the order it asks for a time slot. My friend and I waited until it was closer to our time. I noticed a few drinks sitting out and decided to check. Our order was in a bag with my name written on it. I wasn't sure how long it was sitting there for. I wish we would receive a confirmation text once the order was ready. My friend got a milk tea with boba and I got a honey green tea. My drink was still on the sweeter side but it was still good! Other than that I think it's great that they are doing their best to avoid contact with people. Since I've been on a mission to hit up all Ding Tea's, I decided to try out the one that is closest to me. When I first walked in, I was a little disappointed that it wasn't really themed and just seemed kinda dull inside. Everything is black and just a wall with gold letter balloons saying their name across from a huge decal that also says their name. Other than that, menu was the same as others I've been too so ordered my favorite drink: Passionfruit Green Tea with Boba. The girl that took my order must have been going on break or something because after I gave my order she walked to the back and the guy finished off the transaction without any reason. The seating area is pretty small so as I was sitting there, I noticed lots of people take their drinks to go. On the plus side, the boba was fresh and my drink was still delicious so that's a good thing but not sure if I'll ever be back at this location. read more

Ding Tea is one of my favorite Boba place: I ordered online for pickup. You can also order onsite but through their kiosk. The staff are nice and service is quick. Place is small and nowhere to sit, that's why order for take out only or delivery. We ordered Thai Milk Tea with Boba, Taro Milk Tea with Boba, Mango Slush with Boba, Matcha Slush and Jasmine Tea with Boba. You can adjust the sugar from 100% to 75%, 50%, 25% to no sugar. Whenever I come to Ding Tea, I end up getting their wintermelon milk tea w/ crystal boba. And like their other locations, this one also doesn't disappoint. I haven't really tried any of their other drinks since I fell in love with their wintermelon but it sure is tasty and leaves me coming back for more. Checked out this location since I noticed it was new and recently opened. While the space is new and clean, things went downhill from there. The wait time is atrocious. I had ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with golden boba and 50% sweetness level. While the Jasmine scent was pleasant, I couldn't taste the "green" portion of the drink, and compared to similar drinks from other tea houses (like Sharetea), my drink tasted more bland. The boba seemed fresh and chewy, but that alone wasn't enough to "save" the drink. They are either understaffed or under-trained, or both - and I think it's something they should admit or own up to and warn customers before they order during the lunch hour. When I came in during lunch, there were about three staff members in the kitchen, so I figured it'd be quick, despite no more than four customers ahead of me. I was wrong. I didn't realize my mistake until I sat down to wait for the order, I overheard some girls complain about how they've been waiting for almost twenty minutes without their order. I didn't end up getting my order until nearly 20 minutes later. Luckily I had a relatively generous lunch break, but I observed other people who were anxiously waiting for their order as well, who were probably under more intense time schedules. For the wait, I expected to be blown away by the drink, but the end result was disappointing. Doubt I'll return. read more

I used to enjoy this establishment until they negligently persecuted me, my family, and dog. There is clearly a sign that says no service animals allowed and my dog has been in numerous times. However, during one of my recent visits to Ding Tea in Orange, my dog was forced to be outside.
