Okay, This one company really is as good as it will get in today's world of automated fake "We care about you" answering machines. Yeah, they "all" care so much about us, they cannot get a qualified "human" to answer "our" calls giving us an immediate quote with an accurate time to arrive for work! Not so with the Blue Team Home Services. I kid you not, when Michael Chand actually answered the phone I immediately went on code "Red" alert for a "scam." If one cannot get a human to answer the phones anymore anywhere, who would ever believe the actual owner of the business would? Not today, not anymore. It is like the commercial of the long faced stockbroker who is shown sitting at his desk when suddenly he rises up from his chair and walks out, "Where are you going John?" the executive asks, "I'm going to go and get back some 'old' customers the way we used to do it." Yeah, the way they used to do it was with a real human interface. Michael answering my call? Real human interface. This alone told me the Blue Team cares! It wasn't a scam. It was the real deal. I don't spend my money with the Wal Marts (I buy local), the Safeway's (I shop farmer's markets), Walgreen's (I go to A&G who is family owned by a woman in her latter fifties early sixties), or the Coits with answering machines who after telling me how much they care, the very first thing they do is put me on hold to Woolworth's (Google it, way, way before Facebook) music; I will however, call the Blue Team again whose small business is owned by an experienced senior tech who for good reasons left Sears. We bought a new couch and sofa at an estate sale and while my wife said she didn't smell anything, I thought they were musty an pad set off my allergies. I checked around and Blue Team had a coupon and web contact form on their site so I figured I'd give it a shot, expecting to maybe hear from them in a few days. Three hours later I get a call from Michael saying he's in the area and can be at our apartment in a few minutes. An hour later, my couch and chair is clean, deodorized (he added that in for free) and they already smell and look better. They brought all their own equipment, put down drop-cloths, dried the floors afterwards, just all around amazing service. Prompt, efficient, affordable and extremely courteous. The quote he gave me at the beginning is exactly what I paid at the end. I have to agree with the other reviews. Blue Team (Michael) returned my call promptly. We set an appointment up to have our Air Ducts Clean. We are a No Shoes in the house family. Michael and his worker respected that by putting on booties and laying down "clean tarps". Michael explained how they would be cleaning our ducts. Their web page was very user friendly. I was able to see what I wanted and and what it was going to cost. So no sticker shock or small print. Michael is a great guy. I will defiantly use him again. So disappointed. The positive is, tech was knowlegdeable and friendly. The negative is that there is still a diet soda stain in front of the sofa....the reason I called in the cleaners in the first place. This light stain was discussed and pointed out, so I am not sure why it was not cleaned up. Also- the paint was chipped off of the staircase wall along FIVE stairs causing me to have to repaint there now! There was no pre-vacuum and no post inspection, so that I could see these issues while he was here. I think I should get a refund as I have lost confidence in Blue Team. Again- the tech was great, but the end product was unacceptable. First negative review I've had to write. :( read more

After reading my review of their business dated 9/2/2016, I was contacted by Michael the owner who apologized for the oversight and said he would like to make amends for not replacing the air filter, or at least, verbally telling me to replace it myself. He pointed out he did write down the size of the air filter on the invoice. He told me, after the review, he does not replace them himself. I did not know that it was left open or that I was expected to replace it myself, which I would have done if I had been told. Nonetheless, Michael bought and paid for a brand new state of the art air filter, which never has to be replaced, simply hosed down several times a year. His willingness to make amends does show how much Michael cares about his business and his customer service. read more

Very friendly phone service. Made a next day appointment for 12 o'clock. They did not show up till after 240 without a courtesy call saying they were running ridiculously late. When I spoke to the man who would be cleaning my carpets I was told, "I was giving a job before your house so it's out of my control". Well gee, good to know I was pushed aside for another house. The Blue Team arrived at my house on time for their scheduled appointment. Michael went over everything he was going to do. They were thorough and professional and did everything I asked and even more, including moving some couches. My carpets have never looked so good. They got out stains that previous professional steam cleaners were unable to remove. Their price was less than what I paid last year for the same service with a different company. The carpets were dry in less than an hour and smell great!! I have referred them to my sister and will continue to refer them to my friends. I will never use another company. I needed my clothes dryer vent cleaned out. I first call my heating and air conditioner company for cleaning the clothes dryer vent as they clean air ducts. They said to call the Blue Team also they are Diamond Certified, which is great to know. I would recommend them to anyone. I contacted Blue Team owner Michael Chand for cleaning our clothes dryer vent. Michael said they will be out the next day at 11:00 am sure enough at 11:00 am they were here. Michael and his partner Bob showed great respect to our home by being very careful on the laundry room floor as its new ceramic marbleized tile. Michael went over everything they were going to do. They were thorough and professional and did everything he said. I asked does this include moving the dryer out to get behind it, he said yes. He replaced the flex aluminum vent tube behind the dryer to the wall. The method they used to clean out the duct was compress air using a half inch hose to blow out the debris. Bob was working it back and forth in and out of the 20 foot vent from the outside of the house. There was 37 years of buildup (NEVER AGAIN) what a FIRE HAZARD and what a mess, but all was vacuumed up inside the house and outside. I will refer them to my friends. I will never use another company. Michael mentioned they clean carpets and of course air ducts and many other things, this will also be the next job. I called blue team because of their reviews and they are a local business. I needed the dryer vent cleaned. I did not have to wait as they were in the area and came within a 1/2 hour. My dryer vent is on the roof so they had to access the vent from on top my home. They were polite and did the job in record time. These guys are amazing. We had serious problems with a dead rat stuck somewhere in our heating system, vents and ducts clogged throughout and heat delivery inefficient. They were incredibly responsive to our busy schedule, came within two days, charged a very reasonable price and did a FANTASTIC job. They found the rat (not so easy), cleaned everything, replaced filters and vents and I feel like we have a new heating system. When the electrostatic filter started making noise shortly after they left, they came back, fixed it for free (even though it was a separate problem that they were not responsible for). Please if you use this company, tell Michael (owner) not to send Dennis (cleaner) in your house or business. We had a very bad experience with Dennis. First, he was late an hour from the 2 hour window. Second, he is rude and arrogant. Dennis came to our house and had a misunderstanding over the price and service to be performed. When I told him I want to talk to the owner to settle the misunderstanding, he walked away did not do the job after I said to him go ahead do the job, I won't call the owner because I want to have this done because of my wife's allergy. I had a bunch of little things that needed cleaning: just one room of carpet, one room of tile & grout, 15 air ducts and my dryer vent (which is a long one that crosses the entire width of our 2-car garage). Michael at Blue Team was very professional and promised me on the phone that they would provide excellent service and that I should be prepared to be "impressed." They did a great job on all fronts. My carpet and tile look like new again, my dryer is drying clothes in a lot less time, and they even threw in an extra area rug in the laundry room and cleaned exhaust fan above the shower as a nice surprise without charging me extra. They were here for about four hours, and after pricing four of their competitors, I thought they were competitive. I had a coupon in a mailer for an air duct cleaning for the whole house at $69, but after reading all the reviews about those places, it's clear that's a huge scam. The air ducts alone took them almost three of the four hours (they have to remove the screws from each vent (mine require a ladder, and some of them were painted over, causing them to have to run a utility knife around them), clean the vents outside and inside... there's no way anyone could do all of them for the prices on the mailers without a bunch of hidden charges. Blue Team is also Diamond Certified, which is great to know. I would recommend them to anyone. read more
