This spot is a "That hit the spot" type of spot. The Pho is amazing and so are the spring rolls. I come here at least once every two weeks. The seating area is nice and always clean. The AC is always cranked up so it always feels good in there. The service is always great and the staff is always friendly. Combination beef pho with added shrimp is my go to order.

I've been here a few times , I got party tray of spring rolls and egg rolls. There was no complaint about the food . It's a "I need a quick fix on viet food " spot . I like the quick service.

I've been feeling under the weather lately so some pho and fresh bahn mi was definitely needed. I love this place so much because it's not only convenient but sooo tasty!! Sandwiches are made to order and nothing beats a warm bowl of soup on a cold, winter night. If you're ever craving some viet classics, then try out this place for sure!

Honestly this place is one of the worst I been here at pico Rivera I do not recommend it the old man who is the owner or manager has the worst aggressive service I ever experienced He is very rude he is taking orders in the front probably he hates what he is doing because there is no way someone would be so rude to his own costumers I was trying to order a soup and requested an extra plate since the big soup was for two toddlers and I wanted to split the noodles for them , he just saw me very angry bacause I was ordering an extra plate for the kids and ignore my request Then I order a teriyaki chicken sandwich I clearly said I wanted a teriyaki and a meatloaf sandwich , and he got the order and he said without me even asking because I didn't needed he said if you order two sandwich I give you a 3 one free and I said ok and he asked what I wanted I said egg , then I ordered an order of egg rolls When I was about to pay Apple Pay he took the phone from my hands in a very rude way and tap the phone in the machine , And he gave it back to me very annoyed, We sat and then the order came one of the sandwiches was wrong they gave us a shredded chicken instead of teriyaki and the person that was with me who ordered it didn't wanted it she wanted teriyaki she went to the front to said please give her a teriyaki because that's what we ordered and he came to the table to tell me that was not my order and that he was not gonna give me anything else saying he already gave me three sandwiches ( but not what I ordered ) if I wanted something else I needed to go and pay more because the teriyaki was not in the program to get a free sandwich ( but in the first place I ordered a teriyaki sandwich and it was the first thing I ordered ) , I said that's ok but she ordered a teriyaki that's what she wants to try he in a very rude way took the 2 sandwiches from my table and left saying that if I wanted to pay more I can get a teriyaki not for free ( when I never asked for a free sandwich we just wanted to eat what we ordered , He left saying things in a very rude way in front of other costumers being us only woman and two toddlers Then someone brought wrong drinks to our table that we didn't order we didn't touch them because we didn't wanted drinks either and we knew they brought them by mistake , he came back again And said very rude this is not yours you did not order drinks ,, and took them again in a very aggressive way , A lady who was in the front called him and then someone else brought the teriyaki sandwich to us I was not able to eat because he ruined my meal with his aggressive rude attitude towards us He wants to give you whatever he wants to give you instead of what you actually order If they offered something free is because they want to not because the costumers are asking for I don't understand how they want to give you want they want in order to give you something free that's wrong I came here to order food and I had money to pay not because I wanted something for free and on top of them getting the order wrong give us a really bad aggressive service and take away what he already gave us for free because they took the order wrong I do not recommend to anyone visiting this place !!!! There is so much better professional cleanliness and delicious places with 5 stars service around Whittier

PROS: * Super convenient that it's a drive through * Service was fast, though the item I ordered seems like it'll take a while to make * The pricing is superb. On the regular menu there is a $6 for a buy 1 get 1 free drink (averages $3/cup) with multiple drinks options that you can mix and match. Other drinks are only $4ish which is cheap compared to other places. Pricing on sandwiches and other items are also comparable cheap (forgot to take a photo of the menu) * Friendly staff * The tastes is decent compared to the price for the quality * The price-to-quality value is at par for what you get at the level of a fast-food drive through * Conveniently located at an intersection for going in both directions. Quick stop-n-go if passing by. CONS: * Spring rolls is pre-made a while ago, as is evident from the yellowing on the chopped lettuce * Drinks are medium quality, but can't complain as it's at par for the price charged Overall - If I'm passing by street again, feeling hungry, but don't want to eat the other traditional American fast food around the area (Mc'D, Jack In The Box, etc.), I wouldn't mind stopping here again for a fresher lighter-feel meal and refreshing drinks for a very good price.

It's amazing that we are getting more food options in Pico and Whittier! We have been going to BMC for years but always had to make the trip to find one. It was so exciting to see this place pop up. My husband and I used to only eat their banh mi. But the pho ga is always on special so we tried it one day and haven't looked back. I was hoping this could replace our regular spot. But the pho was only ok. It's all personal choice. There was nothing bad about it. Just not my favorite, still good though. Otherwise the place was nice. Clean and new. The staff was friendly. They have self serve sides for the pho which is nice. I feel bad when I don't use what they serve me. We will go back to try the sandwiches. Maybe when I need closed by pho. So we will be back!! read more

Love the pho places, I'm so happy we finally have one here... love their chicken soups, all Thai teas are great! I would love to see the carrot boba, mango, coconut, but will see maybe later they will.. so far I'm happy and excited we have more variety of food here in pico . read more

When I saw that a Phó place opened up in Pico Rivera I was a little bit skeptical about it at first. A Phó place that's not in Monterey Park or South El Monte, I don't know...??? This place is so unwelcoming! I took my family there for the first time because it is only Pho close to their home. As soon we walked in none of the employees greet us or ask if we need help, so we sat at the table hoping they will come and take orders but they didn't, so we realize you have to make orders at the cashier! So we left since no one seems to care. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant there's lots of other restaurants. read more

First time here open one close to my house place has been abandoned for years and the place is great didn't know what to get decisions decisions and I got #7 egg roll shrimp bbq pork with vermicelli it was good... the drinks different choices to pick some teas u buy one get one free so, got the milk tea boba, passion fruit they where yummy and lastly buy a large get a free glass bottle got a mixed fruit tea also great would definitely come back read more

This place was okay. The pho itself wasent the best. What I was surprised to see was they had a drive thru which is preety cool. Perhaps I will give it one more try to see if the spring rolls or anything else makes this place worth it read more

Just went through the drive through today. No line around 10:30am. Friendly and good service. Took a little waiting but that's expected as they make it right then and there. Pretty fast considering they are making sit down food to go. I got shrimp pho (#4) and spring rolls (#23 I think). SO FREAKING GOOD. Not stingy with shrimp like other places. Good portion sizes. Prices are great even for shrimp. I think the rolls came with peanut sauce. BEST SAUCE EVER. I will def be coming back. Open 7 days a week 9a-10p. Take debit and credit card too. read more

I have yet to try the pho but I did have a BBQ pork Bahn Mi. The sandwich was tasty. The bread was probably the best part as it was very fresh with a crispy crust and soft chewy inside. I was a little disappointed by the meat. Not that it was bad bud maybe a little blander than I had hoped for. But overall, ok. It's nice to have some different options in the area. I hope we can begin to see more changes of cuisine like this in the area. Best of luck to these guys. Next time I'll try their pho. read more

Today it was the worst costumer service ever I wen to get teriyaki chicken, with not vegetables, Usually I get it in a white container, really good, today it was in a black plastic container hardly any rice, the chicken was not cut, so I asked to be cut, the cashier took it over to the guy in the kitchen he was reluctant to do it we went back and forth with the issue finally the cook I don't know if his name is Chong or Hong don't remember , (this was around 7:30 pm) he took the the bowl to the back and brought to the front, it looked funny I requested a refund, which the cashier did, she was nice and friendly, but the cook was the problem , he needs to be train in costumer service . read more

Food and drinks are great but it takes forever to get your order through the drive through, even if you're the only one in line. I've waiting 30 min before with only 4 cars ahead of me. I guess that's my mistake and I should have left but like I said, the food is good. read more

I have been coming here for about a year now and I always get good food, love the egg rolls. But I've noticed that the flavor on the Pho has been changing. But today after all I ordered, four soups and apps, got home to flavorless soup. I called and explained that the soup had no flavor, almost a water taste. The young lady proceeded to tell me they don't ever add any flavor to the soup base. I let her know that was the last time I would go to their establishment. Sad, it was a good place to go. read more

I waited at the drive thru for someone to take my order for about 5 minutes and no one responded, I pull up to the window and can see the place is open and someone eating inside but still no one bothered to take my order from the drive thru window. Wasted 10 minutes of my life. read more

By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. How are you going to leave the people inside the "restaurant" unattended, not giving their orders first to literally focus all your customer service to the drive threw, it's either you hire more individuals or figured out how to run both services. The cashier was as just laughing at the upset customers, what kind of service is this. I hope the manager takes to account this ridiculous service of trying to run a drive threw and inside restaurant service. Not even a sorry, when asking for a refund. So unprofessional. read more

Banh mi baguette bbq pork sandwich was bomb! First time having food from here and the sandwich was very FLAVORFUL, their egg roll was really good too. I need to try the pho next but I'll definitely be coming back for their banh mi and egg rolls. The price is on point to other banh mi places. Yum! read more

Ordered 4 drinks with boba gave 2 with boba and other 2 didn't give any boba. Than I Went back around drive thru 1 minute after and they refused to give boba for other 2 denying that I ordered boba and said they are closed now. Just lost a customer. Review #502 None Elite Squad After reading Jenni M.'s review who is part of the Elite Squad I decided that i wanted to try out what was not so satisfying on her end and see if maybe things would be different on my trip so here we go 1st.. I'm someone that drives a mission to go and dine in for pho noodles soups which by the way, my favorite place got a 5 star rating ..all the way to westminister ..but I'm not here to plug that restaurant ..I'm here to review this one and it's not that far for me but some things are worth driving far for but anyways ..let's continue The location is ok, plenty of parking..the restaurant was clean..small, staff ok, no real encounters or problems ..wait time is ok.. Food....the food is ok, the price is a bit too much for the portion sizes and I'm not talking about the rice cause they'll give plenty but for meats and veggies not so much especially for that price. Quality is ok, too dry for my taste.. I got a plate that had rice, lettuce under the rice, a cucumber and carrot salad, 4 shrimps, 1 small egg roll and BBQ chicken which may have been Pork but to be honest couldn't tell the difference cause it was so thin and dry and over cooked ... The Soup..maybe dining in is a better option since I got to see Big Bowls But But But..not filled up..the soup Broth way below but dont know If it was just that mistake or in General...and yes I got my good to go.. About the Soup..its Definitely missing something, even after I added the Chillies, Basil and sprouts ..its missing flavor ..its lite..the noodles are extremely thin and not much of it.. the Beef had plenty, I wont complain about that since it was a beef stew BUT since it had like 4 different kinds of beef for the Pho Stew..it confused me if it was un purpose or intentional because 1 was right from what in used to, another was extremely dark and dry bloody kindve liver tasting, another was so loaded with Fat and the color lighter from all and another peace that didnt seem to look like beef but tasted like it .. was it soft? Yes, dissolves in your mouth but it didnt live up to what I expected ..dont forget..its lite so if you like lite then welcome. The teas with bobbas, since its buy 1 get 1 free for 3.95 I went for it ..I got a milk tea bobba and a passionfruit bobba..now. these are smaller than the bigger size smoothies which cost 3.95 each I believe ..but these being like about $2 each is not bad.. the bobbas are super small and undeveloped and semi soft..the drinks are super sweet but good, i like super sweet so i wouldn't change it ..in my opinion those get 4 1/2 stars..I would definitely buy 2 tea bobbas if I'm driving by for some reason and I'm craving it ..why not..try them.. Over all I can only give this place 2 stars..maybe it's because I went around 9pm and everyone is tired so they didnt put any effort to my food but if you want me to drive up there for your food.. you have to do alot more ...Tred Reviews on YouTube will do a personal review on this restaurant if requested ...goodluck read more

First time visiting today. I really wanted convenient pho soup and I got it ! So yummy, broth.... I can drink it by it self it's so good. Reasonable price. Service was friendly. Tried this place for the first time today.....it was delicious! We tried the spicy beef soup and the Shrimp noodle soup. Lots of flavor and the cashier was super nice. Also they have a promotion, you get a free glass bottle with the purchase of a large tea. read more

I always come here to get food it always amazing but this time my fried rice was really awful and as well the taste and my fried rice is never this color too much spices they included and I couldn't even eat it at all even if I added hot sauce because you have still have a bad after taste just make sure you check your order before you leave read more

The food is great a bit expensive in comparison with similar restaurants. I wen yesterday around 6:30 pm and ordered 2 BBQ pork sandwiches and a chicken one, They were extremely skimpy on the meat on all 3 sandwiches so I complained to the cashier and she called the manager, he came and asked me what do you want me to do,(with an attitude very unfriendly) I told him this sandwiches do not have the right amount of meat , the BBQ pork were mostly fat and I requested to change the, he did, but it was the same , I think I got back the same sandwiches I previously returned, I hope next time is better and this manager needs to be more costumer service oriented ,more training read more

JALAPENO STACK -sooo good! Roast beef, turkey breast and Italian dry salami paired well together. Avocado added perfect creaminess. Their Cheesy Jalapeno Snack Bread is amazing, top had just the right amount of crisp from being toasted. FRUMENTO'S GRILLED PHILLY -opted for half roast beef and half smoked turkey breast and it was just what I needed. Solid hot sandwich. TASTE OF ITALY -a classic cold cut sandwich, it was good but their hot sandwiches were much better. Desserts were a hit or miss here. Tried the Strawberry Cheese cake and that was really good- creamy, airy and not too sweet. Tiramisu was a bust- mainly vanilla cake, bit too sweet, no espresso flavor, cream didn't have any mascarpone cheese flavor at all.

There was ample beef in the sandwich. The corn cake was not too sweet and the guava jelly on top enhanced the cake well. A pineapple-orange aqua fresca was a good, refreshing beverage accompaniment. Service was very friendly and exemplary. The food was prepared quickly and brought out to me. Prices are much higher now than before; more than doubled so this would be considered a special treat for me if I am in the area.

Today I learned I don't really like the flavor of banana leaf that gets absorbed into the tamal. Also, it was primarily made of rice. It had a piece of bell pepper, a little chicken and I think a plum. Aside from the banana leaf I liked the tamale. The latte was delicious. Nice coffee flavor and sweetened perfectly. Definite recommend and I will for sure be back.

Came back to try the Huevos con Machaca and wow, Olguitas continues to deliver in a big way. Absolutely not. Took the rest home and it was just as good later! The café de olla was -- served in a beautiful hand-painted Mexican clay mug, rich and perfectly sweetened. I don't ever give yelp reviews but this one got my anxiety level up I went through the drive through and we waiting 30 minutes in the drive through to get our food I have 2 small kids in the car that were being really impatient and when we got up to the window they didn't even say sorry for the wait like they didn't even care I'm so irritated right now!!! Been coming here a while now and it slaps every time. If you're not familiar with pho like I was at first, I highly recommend the sate beef bowl, especially if you like savory soups rich in flavor.
