I went to Bobby Q Biltmore for Brunch, which just started about a month ago and it was AMAZING!!! The Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were so good!! I literally tried everything. Avocado Toast, breakfast burrito, smashed potatoes, eggs, bacon and Cold Brew. It was SO DELICIOUS! Seriously everything was! There were a ton of other, unique brunch items on the menu that I didn't get to try, so I'll definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu. Plus, my service from Joe F. was perfect. He was on top of it, plus I got hooked up with donuts and cornbread :). Highly suggest and I'll be back myself. read more

We went to the Bobby Q Biltmore for my daughter's birthday. This is the second location we have been to, both were very good. Our server was very attentive and helpful. I split some baby back ribs with my daughter; they were very good! I would recommend Bobby Qs to anyone. Its a little pricey, but worth the cost. read more

My wife and I always go to a Bobby Q location for our anniversary. This was our first trip to the Biltmore location. As usual the food was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed my ribeye which was cooked a perfect medium rare. My wife was very happy with her barbecue pork and brisket. Of course you can't forget their amazing cornbread! Our server Sarah was prompt polite and professional. She was on the floor at all times paying attention to her tables. I would ask for her again. The manager on duty Kristy (not sure on the spelling), was consistently working the whole floor. I saw her at all parts of the restaurant. Greeting guests at the host stand, working the expiditer window, and touching tables from patio to the back. Thank you ladies for making our 10th wedding anniversary dinner everything we were hoping for. Okay so Bobby Q really deserves 3.5 stars food wise, but I will round it up to 4 because of the overall experience. As suggested by most reviews we started our meal with the q rolls. My oh my, everyone is right because they were phenomenal! Tender, juicy brisket wrapped into a crunchy roll. An awesome American twist to the traditional spring roll. There was 3 adults and 2 children in our party so we decided to order the whole hog consisting of: beef ribs, pork ribs and brisket. The meat was overall good, but maybe a little bit too tender for my liking. Obviously they have to cook this ahead of time, but I could tell it did not come directly off the grill/smoker. We did really enjoy the variety of sauces they offer especially the "Q-a-lina." If you are in a party of 4, the whole hog option is way to go. Service was prompt and friendly. Classy interior with a beautiful entrance filled with plants along the bar area. I also love the fact they have complimentary corn bread to start and donuts to end the meal. Not sure if I'll be back, but the least I can do is write them a good review. If I come back, it'll definitely be for the q rolls! read more

We found this restaurant about two years ago and recently tried the Biltmore location. We were seated immediately and the drinks and food were delicious as always. We highly recommend this to anyone living in the area or passing through as we travel from California to Arizona and New Mexico. They should consider opening one in California or New Mexico as they would be a great asset to any city in those states...we will definitely recommend it and of course make it a point when we visit again. read more

I'm dropping off only 2 stars since our previous experiences at this location have been great. However, today's pick up order was a disaster. I called in the to-go order at 11:30 am with no problems, but things went down hill quickly once we arrived. Ashley the "general manager" was very abrasive and abrupt and somewhat belittling to the waiters. One of our entrees was missing and Instead of apologizing for the oversight Ashley just kept saying "well I don't have it". During this exchange one of the waiters gave us some donuts while Ashley retook the order...the donuts were raw. told Ashley and she replied "it's not my first day on the job. I told them to wait 10 minutes" Uhmmm ok... so now we are waiting for the entree to be remade while our other three orders get cold. While waiting, I notice another waiter come to get the same undercooked donuts they gave me. I told him they were still raw and that he may want to wait for new ones...he put them in the bag and served them to some unsuspecting guest anyway. Our missing order finally comes up and we leave. Only to get to our location and find that both kids cheeseburgers are practically raw even though we ordered them well done. Called to the store and asked for the General Manager who I believed was Mark, got Ashley instead. After attempting to explain to her that we were very unhappy with our visit (when Ashley wasn't interrupting or talking over me) she told me that she was "sorry I felt that way" and that she'd leave us a gift certificate to make up for it. This is probably our favorite bbq restaurant in town. It's not your typical bbq joint where they have the checkered tablecloths and buffet style food. The restaurant has such a great ambience. The restaurant had exposed brick walls with a darker lighting but makes the tables very intimate with having candles on them. It was very cute. We ordered the Q rolls and the smoked wings off the starters and both were so tasty. I definitely recommend the Q rolls. We shared a meal by getting the two meat combo with 2 sides. The beef brisket and pulled pork was so flavorful and tasty. The mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts were so yummy. I ordered a mint grape crush drink- it was so refreshing! Wow first off the BBQ is good, really good. The portion sizes are HUGE! We got the whole hog which is basically whole portions of each meat with three sides. It says it could feed one or two but honestly it could easily feed 4. The meat was fall off the bone and smoked to perfection. I've eaten a lot of BBQ but am by no means an expert. I do think this is more consistent with what you would expect from a sweeter Kansas style or St. Louis BBQ with a liberal amount of moisture and sauce. The huge beef ribs are not a dry bbq, but are also generously sauced. All the sides were great. We had the should string friends (addictive!), mac and cheese, roasted corn, broccolini, and cole slaw. All were solid and delicious. We also had a kale salad and the q rolls not realizing how the portions were. Both were also excellent. The food came out quickly and service was friendly.
