Of course my shyness wouldn't allow me to ask them where they got such cute drink cups from however, the universe guided me to this place because moments after, I spotted the same boba shop doors down from the restaurant I was heading to oooooooooooh my god, walking in the doors I was greeted by the sweetest smell of pastries and the warmest smiles. The menu was had soooo many delicious choices I settled for mango coconut milk tea with boba. DELICIOUS, I had to savour it for my meal or would had been gone in one sitting. I've come here a couple times to study and I absolutely love it. The inside of the shop is a lot more spacious than it appears and there's plenty of seating. Their menu is also pretty diverse (with fruit tea, milk tea, and coffee options), but my most favorite item(s) they have are their yogurt drinks! Recently, my go-to yogurt drink shop just closed so I've been coming here more and I'm so grateful to have this shop in the area. While I wish they had more yogurt drink options, the fact they have any at all is already amazing! (No other spot in Portland I know of does them) While I don't talk to him much, I've noticed when working that the owner is so kind, friendly, and always upbeat when talking to customers. The service is pretty fast, and the place is very clean. Overall, one of my favorite spots to study at as it's so casual, quiet, and spacious. read more

This place is so cute! It is very tidy inside and has a lot of seating. I think it would make a great place for studying. There are a lot of charging outlets along the high chairs against the windows and free wifi. The drinks were pretty good. The Thai tea was the best out of the ones we got. The purple rice was pretty okay, I would recommend to get double purple rice as the topping. The jasmine tea and cream cheese was pretty good too! We ordered pickup through door dash but came earlier than the scheduled pickup time. The workers were super nice and patient and worked on it right away! This is such a cute tea spot, it's a shame that the tea I got was subpar. There was nobody inside when I got there so I asked if they just opened, but she told me they had been there for 2 years (awkward). She was very nice and patient with me while I browsed the menu. I ended up ordering a smashed taro drink with boba. The taro was way too hard and grainy and the boba was also on the hard side. The drink itself didn't have much taro taste either. I LOVE the mashed taro drink, it's definitely something you can't always get at other boba shops. I think it has the perfect sweetness and it works very well together. The drinks here are on the more expensive side but I think it's worth it if you're craving it. The shop has a massive window that lets in lots of natural light, feels very open. My fiancee and I ordered the Mango Sago Coconut Milk Tea with light ice and pearls which was tasty but almost half of the cup was full of ice even though I asked for light ice. Unfortunately, we were already on our way, or else I would have came back and asked them to remake it. Misc: The reason I am rating it three stars is because of their safety measures. Currently, under the state mandate, individuals must wear a mask indoors. While every individual has the right to have their own opinion on the mandate, I believe the establishment had signs asking customers to wear a mask but they clearly did not ask the customer after me to wear one as there were not any signs of a mask on him. read more

I got it full sweet no ice and it turned out perfectly good. I love milktea places that make the milktea not sweet where you supposed to taste the tea, not just loaded with sugar and no tea flavors. The mashed Taro was also good, I got 75% sweet which was perfect. I had some time to kill to work while errands were being run and instead of going to the many Starbucks nearby, I checked out what else was around. I am a suckerrrrrrr for boba tea and noticed this spot that I hadn't been to before. Of course I had to stop by. This spot is in the same area as Michael's on 82nd in case it's not obviously while driving (it wasn't to me and I had to loop around haha). I came in and it's got a very cool, inviting vibe. I'm actually writing this as I sit here in the establishment. It's great for working remotely or having a study session as they've got complimentary wi-fi (password listed near the pickup area). Additionally, they've got places to plug in -- even at the bar near the window as they've got a charging outlet underneath the table. It's like they're trying to have you stay! As for the drinks, I got the Red Bean Matcha Milk Tea ($6.25). It's a tad pricey, but that's the world we live in nowadays so I can't blame them for that. You can customize the drink with toppings for an additional $0.75 and also adjust the ice and sugar levels to your liking (which I love as sweet drinks are becoming less of a thing for me). They also have a small section of sweet treats in a display case which I browsed and it all looked delicious. They have lots of dairy free options, and can also substitute df milks. My passion fruit slushie had real fruit in it, and double the amount of boba I'm used to. Go-to boba spot for my husband and I. Honestly, we go to Bobo at least once a week. Their roasted milk tea with boba is our favorite. The chocolate snickerdoodle cookies are great as well. Soft, chewy, and not too chocolatey. Service is fine and parking is never an issue. We usually have to ask but they offer stamp cards (a stamp for every drink, you get a free drink after 10 stamps). We've been here enough times to know we won't go if it's 8pm or later (they close at 9pm). Even an hour till closing, they were out of boba and on another occasion they were out of roasted milk tea. read more

I never heard of this place so I decided to give it a try. The place is very cute and clean. I asked for a popular drink and the owner suggested roasted milk tea and strawberry milk tea. He warned that it is on the sweeter side but they can adjust the sweetness level. I personally like my milk teas sweet so I got the roasted milk tea as it was and it was the perfect.
