Stopped in after picking stuff up from Ross right next to this bubble tea spot. Drink was really good but service was super slow. There was only 1 person working and he was an older gentleman. No other customers in around. Cute and clean little boba spot.

This place is so cute! It is very tidy inside and has a lot of seating. I think it would make a great place for studying. There are a lot of charging outlets along the high chairs against the windows and free wifi. The drinks were pretty good. The Thai tea was the best out of the ones we got. The purple rice was pretty okay, I would recommend to get double purple rice as the topping. The jasmine tea and cream cheese was pretty good too! We ordered pickup through door dash but came earlier than the scheduled pickup time. The workers were super nice and patient and worked on it right away! Would definitely visit again and try other drinks!

This is such a cute tea spot, it's a shame that the tea I got was subpar. There was nobody inside when I got there so I asked if they just opened, but she told me they had been there for 2 years (awkward). She was very nice and patient with me while I browsed the menu. I ended up ordering a smashed taro drink with boba. The taro was way too hard and grainy and the boba was also on the hard side. The drink itself didn't have much taro taste either. Overall, I was very disappointed with the drink.

I LOVE the mashed taro drink, it's definitely something you can't always get at other boba shops. I think it has the perfect sweetness and it works very well together. The drinks here are on the more expensive side but I think it's worth it if you're craving it. The shop has a massive window that lets in lots of natural light, feels very open. I would recommend this place (mainly for the mashed taro drink).

Overall: A tasty drink that may be a tad bit overpriced. Location: There is plenty of parking spots as it is in the same plaza as Michaels on 82nd in Clackamas. Menu: It's a very basic but yet pleasant menu compared to the franchises which can be overwhelming at times. My fiancee and I ordered the Mango Sago Coconut Milk Tea with light ice and pearls which was tasty but almost half of the cup was full of ice even though I asked for light ice. Unfortunately, we were already on our way, or else I would have came back and asked them to remake it. Misc: The reason I am rating it three stars is because of their safety measures. Currently, under the state mandate, individuals must wear a mask indoors. While every individual has the right to have their own opinion on the mandate, I believe the establishment had signs asking customers to wear a mask but they clearly did not ask the customer after me to wear one as there were not any signs of a mask on him.

Stopped in after seeing their cute sign! My bf and I ordered the jasmine milk tea and the mango coconut sago. The tea taste of the jasmine was so strong and perfect. The mango sago also reminded me a lot of Taiwan. Love the fresh chunks of mango in it! Quality drinks with great flavors :)

uly one of the best boba places in Clackamas, the inside is always nice and clean and welcome with good design and space, the staff are always so nice,warm, and friendly. Drinks here are at a good price for boba that really have good quality and taste. The tapioca pesrls are nice and chewy as boba should be. Although I am not always able to visit it is my preferred boba shop to go to in Clackamas and I always like to try supporting the owners if I can. The drinks we got are the biscoff cookie milk tea and roasted milk tea and they are both delicious. I will be returning again!!!

2 of Mango sago coconut milktea Mashed Taro milktea Roasted milktea with cheese foam I was a little skeptical especially when trying out new milktea places- if you're a milktea addict you'll know what am talking about :) ; I would have to say the milktea was good, and the cheese foam was wow surprisingly good compared to a lot of boba places in Portland. I got it full sweet no ice and it turned out perfectly good. I love milktea places that make the milktea not sweet where you supposed to taste the tea, not just loaded with sugar and no tea flavors. The mashed Taro was also good, I got 75% sweet which was perfect. Mango sago at full sweetness was a little sweet for me, but my husband and my brother loved it since they are Mango lovers lol I would definitely recommend you give this place a try, as I will definitely coming back to try other drinks on the menu :)

This cute little spot is right next to the nail shop I was going to and I had to stop in to try it. Mainly because me and my husband were giggling about the name (for our Tagalog speakers.. lol!) The inside is beautiful! You order at the counter and next to you you'll see some sweet goodies for you to try. There's tons of seating inside for you to sit and enjoy you drink. The only thing was my passion fruit tea was a bit sweet, I'd definitely recommend dropping the sweetness level if you're not a fan of sweet drinks.

Another solid option for bubble tea in the area. Very cute and clean shop. We tried the coconut milk tea and coconut-mango milk tea flavors (both with regular boba). We really liked both! The boba was cooked perfectly and had just the right amount of sweetness. The cups they're served in are really nice and could be re-used at home if you hand washed them. I would like to come back to try their other drinks and baked goods!

The wait time took much longer than expected. It was only one person making the drinks (at time of purchase); one at a time. I wasn't in a rush therefore I didn't mind. The drinks were good. Definitely recommend the kumquat key lime lemon tea. The interior is modern chic and great for a place to hangout or do a study session.

Great drinks in a bright and fresh setting. They have plenty of indoor seating. The combination of different milk or boba means you can customize your drink the way you want. I always stop in when I'm in the complex running errands. They are always fast and efficient.

With authentic teas in all their drinks and the ability to turn your Boba drink into a double espresso shot Boba drink, Bobo is a one stop shop for any Boba tea lover. We tried this today for the first time. Overall the Boba Tea is good... I think they could possibly benefit from shaking their drinks... as some Boba Tea places do that- basically to make sure the drinks mixed... depends on places. The sweetness is good. I noticed someone left a comment saying it wasn't sweet enough... I got the "brown sugar milk tea," & it was sweet! You can make your selection of sweetness, ice etc. the only downside to the place is the time it takes to make the drinks. There were 3 people ahead who had already ordered... one group got like 8 drinks... the next got 2 & then there was another guy... but our order ended up coming before his even though he was there first. There just seemed to be a little lack of communication/ operation with the owner & his staff member of how/ which way drinks were going. A third employee showed up to help. Overall it's a decent place- just needs to work on time management. read more

This place is bizarre. It seems high quality, but the tea is flavorless and they won't customize your drink. I've ordered twice and asked for almond milk both times. The cashier said, "it's already non-dairy, so you don't need that" and gave me whatever they normally put in it. I'm almost 100% sure it is real dairy, because it gave me a massive stomach ache. If you have allergies, definitely avoid this place!! I also requested no sugar and ended up with the sweetest drink I've ever tasted. Then, on top of all that, the lid on my cup was loose and leaked. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I' not going back. Do yourself a favor and try Squish or Braganza instead. They have zero issues read more

I've come here plenty of times! but. The owner was there today and kicked me out bc I had a service dog! he googled and apologized and said sorry rules changed your right! I am and will will report this bc by law you can't question someone with service dog due to seizures!!!! FDA!!! you get sued for questioning... It's understandably hard to open a business during COVID, but I think they're off to a great start. A few critiques: the boba pearls could be cooked a little bit more and the straws are a little too short, but overall, pretty decent for a boba shop around here. We ordered one roasted milk tea with 50% sweetness, and it tasted like your average milk tea. The baristas are super sweet, which definitely boosted my appreciation for this shop. Let's start with the customer service, as soon as we stepped in we were greeted. When we ordered the gentleman at the register was wonderful and answered all our questions. They have a seating area with power strips to sit and do work on your laptop. The Boba is great we ordered brown sugar boba with coffee jelly, strawberry milk tea boba, and Taro boba. All three were delicious. Definitely coming back. They have a very relaxing feel to their establishment which makes it a good place to sit and sip on your tea. read more

Our favorite boba place in the area. We have been in here countless times and have never once been disappointed in the quality of a drink. Without fail we receive a friendly greeting when we enter the shop, even if the worker is busy making drink or cleaning away from the register. I ordered Classic and Lapsang. I did 50% sweet for the Classic, probably my mistake because it tastes like bland half & half, I was expecting a little bit of tea flavor since it is black tea based. The Lapsang has a really nice subtle after taste (The girl who took my ordered recommended it too). I did 100% sweetness for that, and it came out great, not overly or sickly sweet. The boba though, is an interesting part. They served the golden colored boba instead of the common black one. But I don't think it tastes like that golden boba ( like the one they offered at Ding tea). Personally, I think the boba is either not fresh or has been overcooked, and it tastes bland too, almost like they were not immersed in sweet syrup and were scoop right out from water. read more

Cute mall tea stop with a varied choice of teas, boba, fruit jells and toppings. Teas made to order, choose your options and level of sweetness. Horrible service.... The coconut drink taste like water and was not good at all. Owner and wife opened the drink poured in like 4 cups and wanted everyone to taste it and then said if I wanted it back. That's for sure not Covid safe. By the way I payed for them to remake another drink. They must really need $5. So if you don't like somethings made wrong they will not remake it and make you repay. I never asked for a free drink!!! I payed for it and payed for the 2nd one. There was no way to remake it if the have a whole batch made that tasted the same. In all fairness they could of made a different option. So the owners common sense/ good customer service doesn't make sense. read more

All of our Bubble Tea recipes are original and made from scratch. Our coffee is from Portland roaster (and coffee shops) Water Avenue Coffee. We've just added a small variety of sandwiches, rolls and wraps, as well as cookies, muffins and pastries. We've also added tables, so folks can sit down and relax (subject to COVID limitations of 20 people currently). We're a brand new (Feb 2021) friendly and warm independent store, owned and operated by a local family.

My son said it tastes like soap lmao. I say, pretty soap at least lol but not his fave unfortunately. Coffee is better although most likely made with powder as well. We're more accustomed to real fruits and teas for our boba but to each their own! Prices could come down a notch for powdered bobas. Just my opinion!

I asked them this question, and they said you could get a latte or americano. How would so much milk equal strong coffee, anyways it didn't work out. I recalled this place, and that they have Vietnamese coffee.... Now that is strong, and also sweet which is just what I've been searching for. So we came by. My wife got a fruit tea which she said was really good, and I got my strong coffee. I was slightly concerned that it would be so strong my stomach would have issues, but this wasn't the case. It was perfect and also not crazy sweet, like I've had before. They really know what they are doing. The guy at the counter was serious looking but also friendly. The people behind us brought him flowers and then he had a big smile. Sooo, I you want to see a smile bring him some flowers, it was also valentines day, to be honest. If you like coffee with actual flavor, come here. I'm wondering if they sell decaf. I do really want to come back and get some salted egg cream!

The inside is very small so not a place to linger or come with a group. I ordered a strawberry matcha and it was so good. The service was great. There are two kiosks for easy ordering. We walked in just a couple of minutes after they opened on a Monday and were the first customers inside. House Blend Pearl Milk Tea, 10% Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($6.25) - I'll start by saying that 10% is not nearly enough for this drink, totally unlike the Lynnwood location where anything over 10% sweet is cloyingly sweet for me. I ended up asking for a small cup of syrup on the side and titrated the drink until I thought it was sweet enough. My guess is that it took until around 50% sweet. With that out of the way, the flavor is identical to what I've had before. Rich malty taste with plenty of body. It's a very solid milk tea. This hechalou only has sugar syrup soaked boba, not a choice of honey or brown sugar boba as in Lynnwood. My guess is this is one of the reasons why the sweetness level is so different. Probably honey and/or brown sugar soak adds more sweetness to the drink than whatever soak they use here. The boba is a little firmer than Lynnwood and isn't as flavorful. Still miles ahead of most boba shops in the US though. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 Osmanthus Oolong Milk Tea, 10% Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($7.05) - Again, this one isn't sweet enough and I had to add more sugar. The drink itself is strongly flowery, again very consistent with the other location. It's a very solid drink. Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 This location of Hechalou still serves some top tier drinks. I'll just have to remember the next time I visited to get 50% sweet rather than 10%. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.

However, if you're not a fan of strong earthy matcha flavors, you may want to try a different waffle option instead. The tea was really good as well. I ordered mine with regular boba, but I've heard their jelly is actually the highlight, so I'll definitely have to try that next time. The cafe seems really popular with families and is also a great spot to hang out with friends. If you prefer not to order at the counter, they also have kiosks available for self-ordering.
