Garlic and butter and Cajun sauce is not very flavorful. I'm from the south and there's no salt. I tried it twice, eehhh.

One time my bag was really juicy and one time dry I ordered the same exact thing. The Cajun and butter sauce has almost no salt I swear. I'm from the south and it's just okay. ALSO, so so so hot inside literally 80 inside my god. I need air.

Such a cute establishment! First time trying it but it was a to go order. It was packaged very well and stayed hot until I got home. Sauce was great next time I'll do mild instead of original I like a little kick. I absolutely love that the potatoes are petite some places would give you whole regular sized potato lol service was friendly well staff member who took my order. I'll def be back to dine in the vibes are cool & they have a bar!!!

In LA for the weekend and stumbled upon this spot after a day at the beach! I'm blown away. The portions were incredible with my pasta and came with sooooo much shrimp. All of my friends loved their food as well. Highly recommend!!

Cajun themed restaurant with great staff and the food was delivered quickly on a busy evening. The music spawn d classic 80s music. Sam and Edison provided wonderful service. The meals were delicious and the offered multiple options for sauces and spice levels. A great experience for my birthday celebration!

Stopped in here during a holiday weekend a few weeks back and found the overall experience fine, but nothing super memorable. When I walked in there were no workers in the restaurant and the couple in front of me were whispering to each other trying to decide if they should leave. Someone eventually popped out of the back, but a single waiter/host for the entire restaurant meant he was stretched thin. The dining room is pretty drab. The music was low. The two or three other tables of people were quiet as well. These kinds of crab spots are all about being a bit fun, but that wasn't really happening here. The food itself was solid enough. I went with a cluster of snow crab legs, clams and the sausage, potatoes and corn that come with it. Sauce could have used a bit more kick and was pretty oily. The crabs were cooked very well and tasted fresh. The clams were pretty much mush. This is my second or third visit over the years and it feels like they may be in a cutting corners stage. Unfortunate, because my first visits here were pretty good. Not horrible in a pinch if you're craving a seafood boil, but I'm not sure if I'd recommend it.

Looking for another great Cajun seafood spot in West LA? Boil Daddy have got a big parking lot, super convenient. The Cajun sauce here is authentic and mouthwatering. The lobster combo comes with two huge lobster tails and your choice of peeled or unpeeled shrimp. My must-haves? Corn and sausage--done just right in that Cajun flavor. Plus, so many wing options--our favorite is the soy garlic. Perfect for date night, game night, or a fun night out with friends! IG : socalhkfoodies

Would I come back? Yessss. OVERALL: ‣ Seafood is fresh ‣ Drinks are okayy Here's What I Got: Seaman's Catch Combo: ‣ Snow crab legs (2 cluster), choice of mussels or clams (1/2 lbs) ‣ Comes w/2 corn, 5 potatoes, 5 sausages 1/2 lb King Crab Legs 1 lb Head-On Shrimp 1lb Crawfish Cajun Fries Clam Chowder SERVICE: ‣ Staff is extremely nice ATMOSPHERE: ‣ Good for parties small to medium sized parties PARKING: ‣ FREE private parking lot & FREE street parking

This is the "Calamari Basket" and it says "comes with fries" - 12 pieces of calamari in total - $16 dollars. It's all fries man.

Please do not say your calamari basket is a calamari basket when it's actually fries with a side of calamari. $16 for this is insane.

I have ordered from here before but this time I fumbled. I typically order the mild spice level but tbh it doesn't have much spice so this time I decided to order medium spice level. Big mistake. My lips were on FIRE. Milk didn't even help that much. It was inedible so I washed off the sauce lmao. Luckily I had ordered shrimp in mild flavor so I was able to use that sauce for the crab legs that were medium spice. Learn from me and don't order the medium unless you enjoy your tongue and lips on fire and numb! I placed an online order for pick up. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of tables inside for dining. They also have a bar area for drinks. The had a step and repeat inside which was cute. There is some parking on the side of the building so that was nice.

I love cajun seafood! This place is great for seafood plate with a lot of flavors. My friend didn't really eat much usually but this time she ate like going to an AYCE. The flavor is just right and not too salty or spicy. The rice plates are also really good. Servers are very friendly. They tried to converse with us. Great vibe and wonderful food!

The restaurant looked like it's a new restaurant, was not busy at the time that I went. I was literally the only person there for a cool minute. ordered one snow cluster, which came with sausages, Potatoes, I ordered 2 boiled eggs and steamed rice. The snow cluster barely had any meat in it, however the sauce was okay. I tore it up because it was a pregnancy craving(seafood boil). I like how it was pretty close to Culver City, it was nice and clean inside. Cool looking restaurant inside, it just wasn't busy at the time I went. They left a note on my car, I kind of felt a ways because like I said I was like one of the only customers in there. It was alright, would've been better if the crab legs had more meat

We came here while in LA because we were craving seafood, but overall, the experience was just okay. I ordered the shrimp with original garlic butter and a side of potatoes. The shrimp was decent, but I didn't love it--especially after trying my date's crab, which was so much better. I also wish I had gone for a higher spice level or added some Cajun seasoning because the flavor was pretty underwhelming, and the potatoes felt the same--just kind of bland. Unfortunately, the service was a real letdown. We weren't ready to order right away, but once we were, it took forever for someone to come back. Our waters were empty most of the time, and when we were ready to pay, it was nearly impossible to get their attention. The inside of the building was full of fun decorations, so it was a fun environment. And it's always fun to eat food with our fingers! They were prepared for us to get messy, ha! If I came back, I'd definitely order the crab and go for a cajan seasoning and a higher spice level.

There is a small seating area, and the seats weren't particularly comfortable, but the space seems intended more for a quick stop rather than a long sit-down meal. I ordered the beignet, breakfast po'boy sandwich, and chicken and waffles. - The beignet tasted good, but the portion was quite small. - The egg in the breakfast po'boy was burnt, which affected the overall flavor. - The chicken and waffles tasted like frozen food that had been reheated rather than freshly made. On the positive side, the service was very kind and friendly. However, overall the food was disappointing.

Although I did have to speak up for myself which I don't like because I know others would've left it like that. Our table never lacked for tea, water, coffee, etc. Foster took great care of us (and shout out to Nick who's also provided amazing service to us there). The Bloody Mary was the first thing to blow my mind. It was absolutely delicious and maybe my new favorite Bloody Mary in LA. It made me wish I'd Ubered. But I also had some wonderful hot, Earl Grey tea. I love how they present it to the table. We covered a lot of ground and no notes. We had the caviar with crème fraîche and truffle kettle chips, a seafood platter that , the fried green tomatoes - which I will order every time I'm there, and the Dungeness crab and rock shrimp Benedict. The dining room itself is beautiful--comfortable, stylish, and inviting. When you look around the room there, it feels like every table in there is celebrating something. In a city overflowing with brunch options, it's surprisingly rare to find a place where the food, service, atmosphere, and pacing all work together so seamlessly. It was one of those meals that reminds you why dining out can still feel special.
