I love coming to this spot to get my hot pot fix. The parking is a bit small for this location so that's a bit frustrating. This location is big, spacious, and clean. I usually come during lunch time on weekdays so I've never had an issue with getting seated right away. Their pots come with rice or vermicelli and spice can be adjusted. My favorite is the beef pot. Their sauces pair really well. I love the garlic with the soy. The workers aren't too attentive, but they'll come right away when you flag them down. During lunch, they offer green tea or black tea with your hot pot order. They have sides you can order to add in to your pot as well.

I love Boiling Point! This location was the closest to our hotel, so we decided to give it a shot. It was pretty empty when we got there and it got really busy once we left. The inside looks like every Boiling Point I've been to. The service was good! The trainee was really attentive to our table and got us what we needed. We had a really enjoyable time with our friends before we all departed our separate ways! The food was good! I always order the beef hot pot and it's good enough for me to never be curious about any of the other options. I did regret not going mild; I didn't realize medium would be a little too hot for me. Other than that, it was really tasty! I feel like Boiling Point everywhere is the same. The only thing that's really different per location is the service and the wait times.

Been enjoying this hot pot spot recently and always feels good having this during the winter time. There's always a 15-30 minute wait and I'm not a big fan of the parking situation in the lot. Good thing is for the wait time, their service is very fast to get your food. I've had their Beef soup and Japanese Miso. The Miso is more expensive than the beef but I would probably go with the beef next time. What I noticed was their ingredients are kind've low quality. The beef is fatty and feels cheap compared to other hot pot spots. The noodles are in a bag which I don't like at all, would rather just it be in the soup or a cup. Maybe it's for sanitary reasons. Overall it's a solid place to get hot pot, would go there if I was craving boiling point or nearby. If it were to go against other hot pot restaurant, this one loses out.

Plenty of parking and the place is clean, spacious and simple well decor. Staff are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Menu is on app and once you decided, staff will come over and take the order. Quick turnaround and the portion is quite generous. It is for individual pot and the spicy dipping sauce is on the table for you to do per your liking. The broth is quite nice and tasty. The meats are thinly sliced and well portioned. We tried the lamb, the beef, and the pork and all are very good. Especially with all the spices mixed together.

we called in asking if the rose milky was still available (tends to run out) and there were 4 left! no waitlist and not busy for a tuesday evening. i got my rose milky and bf got the thai (if u like lemongrass/ tom yom) both mild. never have gotten to go, always finished yerrr

The food was delicious, with rich seasoning and very satisfying flavors. Unfortunately, our experience with the service was disappointing because our server, Cristine, was very unfriendly. When we asked for a sauce refill, she served us with rude expression on her face. And then when I asked her for some napkins, another staff member brought them to me before she did. When I told her that I had already received them, my husband saw her turn around with an angry look on her face and throw the napkins she was holding. This behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional for a server. If the restaurant has CCTV footage, I encourage management to review her actions. Despite this unpleasant experience, we still left a tip because we truly appreciated the excellent service provided by the male servers. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, which was a complete contrast to the service we received from Cristine. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service in the future.

Boiling point has always been a comfort spot, whether I'm eating with family or catching up with a friend! I like this location much more than the Brookhurst one that's super cramped and always seems to be understaffed. This location is much more spacious and service is so quick! I always get the same thing every time: the beef pot with mild/medium spice depending on the day, and a bowl of rice. I love all of the toppings it comes with and usually have enough leftovers to take home for a whole other meal. I noticed the last time I went though, the broth was a bit blander than usual and tasted like it was watered down. I wonder if it's because we came about an hour before closing and they were running out or something. Regardless, I'm hoping it was just a fluke because I've never had that happen before. My favorite part of this place is their sauces. I could literally eat anything as long as it's dipped in the boiling point sauce!

Spicy Fermented Tofu - 3/10 would not get again. We prefer crispy stinky tofu so this was too soggy for us.

We eat at Boiling Point all year long, whether it's hot or cold outside! We've been coming to this location since it first opened (and have visited plenty of other BP spots before). This one is spacious with a good number of tables, which makes it easy to get seated, especially on weekdays. Service can be a bit hit or miss, which is something I've noticed across most BP locations, but when we come for dinner on weekdays, it's usually not too busy and the staff here tend to be more attentive and check in regularly. Our go-to order is the Beef Hot Soup and Lamb Hot Soup! The taste and quality is always consistent, which keeps us coming back. And of course, you have to eat their sauces!

This location is much more spacious than the one on Brookhurst. Parking is also a breeze as it's in a plaza. I enjoyed dinner here with my cousin on a Thursday evening. Service was friendly and super attentive throughout our meal. They continuously refilled our water cups and asked if we needed more broth. We both ordered the Beef Hot soup which they asked if we each wanted a side of rice or vermicelli noodles. She enjoyed a lychee green tea and I got milk tea. The food was delicious and I loved each component that was in my soup. Would love to return again soon!

I've always loved Boiling Point, and this visit was no exception! The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Right now, they're running a special promotion from 8/7/25 to 9/7/25--just mention the code "Jennifer" and you'll receive a free appetizer and a free drink. I believe you can use the code in any locations. We ordered two hot pots and were pleasantly received additional complimentary drinks as well! https://www.bpgroupusa.com/menu/GG2

I've been to this location a couple of times and there's never a wait which I really like. It's very spacious with a good amount of indoor seating. The workers are very nice and attentive, the food doesn't take long after ordering. On your birthday, you can redeem a free pot and drink with proof of ID. ig: @cravingswithcat

Easy parking; great friendly service; love the wooden benches and booths--don't let the mini-mall exterior fool you, it's surprisingly delightfully inside, using the space well. Love the KPop playlist that was streaming. Based on other Yelp reviews, we knew we had to get the Chicken Katsu, which was perfect: it's clear they change the oil often, light, crunchy, flavorful--next time we want to try the Curry Katsu!! It came out first with the fresh and springy banchan. We knew the two of us were ordering too much food, but we really needed to try the Bibim Noodle... it took 5 min longer, the noodles alive and fresh. the flavors and textures mixing perfectly. The portions are ginormous and can feed a party of 3-4 for a very cost friendly price! Upon arriving, I was seated immediately while waiting for my dad and brother to arrive. Jap Chae - 5/5 I love that the glass noodles are bouncy and chewy. The flavoring is just warm and comforting. It's not too salty and more on the slightly sweet side, which fits perfectly for my taste buds. Don't get me wrong, it does have some savory but not too salty. Army Ramen - 4.5/5 the instant ramen bonhomie with my childhood and then just elevated with the sliced cheese, hot dog sausages cut up, the rice cake seemed a bit redundant on the carbs but texture was fine, and the particles of meat. Overall very satisfying and a bit of a kick to it. Perfectly balanced with the banchan

We also ordered the pork cutlet on the side, and honestly, the portion was massive for like a quick lunch. Crispy, filling, and definitely enough to take leftovers home! The banchan was simple but solid too, especially the big slices of cucumber and daikon, along with pieces of pancake on the side. The atmosphere is very down-to-earth with Korean signage and an artsy wall, no fancy décor or over-the-top presentation. Service is straightforward and efficient. You're not here to be pampered. Upon arrival, we were informed that the prime rib was only available during Father's Day weekend. It would have been nice if that little detail had been mentioned in the post that inspired the trip. Since we were already there and starving, we decided to stay. Mistake #1. The medium rare top sirloin arrived looking like it had lost a fight with a blowtorch. It was so overcooked and rubbery that we couldn't finish it. We brought the leftovers home thinking at least our dog would enjoy it. She sniffed it and walked away. For anyone who has ever owned a dog, you understand how impressive that is. The meatloaf somehow managed to transport me back to my hospital room after my appendectomy. If you've ever wondered what institutional cafeteria food tastes like with a side of disappointment, order the meatloaf. The coleslaw appeared to be made from aging cabbage with visible brown and pink bruising throughout. To save myself a trip to urgent care, I passed on trying it. The mashed potatoes were the only thing that showed signs of life, but the gravy was so salty it could probably preserve a mummy and contained the dried skin that forms when gravy sits out too long. Even the lemon slices in our water glasses were slimy. The atmosphere felt less like a destination restaurant and more like the dining room of an assisted living facility. The average age of the patrons appeared to be somewhere around 78, which honestly started making sense once the food arrived. The hostess was very nice and our waitress was pleasant, but she seemed just as confused as we were about what was actually available on the menu. We left hungry, annoyed, and wondering how many other people had made the same pilgrimage after seeing that Instagram post. At this point, I have to question whether @laoc.eats actually eats at the places being promoted or just photographs them. This was our second disappointing restaurant recommendation from that account, and it may be the last time we use it as a dining guide. Forty minutes there. Forty minutes back. One edible side dish. I should have just stayed home and made a sandwich.
