I like this location. They really seem to get the food right each time. They also cook the same each time. This in open for sit in and takeout. The drive thru is really tight. So if you have a bigger car, be careful.

Biscuit was great even though disformed

This location has become an unwelcome place to enter indoors to order or eat. There is a heavy odor that is like melted and moldy cheese. As the staff has a dirty stained towel rag on the food counter and cashier stand. After smelling and seeing what we saw, we left and went to another location.

My friend raved about Bojangles so much that I thought she was a regular, but turns out she had only gone here once prior to us coming together this time. After eating here, I can definitely see why she loves Bojangles so much. We ordered their family meal split between 3 people. It comes with 8 pieces of chicken, 8 pieces of biscuit, two sides of our choice, and half a gallon of iced tea. It's odd to say but their iced tea is my favorite thing. It tastes like milk tea surprisingly and it was just so delicious. The dirty rice was awesome, although a bit too salty. The mac and cheese, chicken, and biscuits were standard but didn't blow me away. However, for around $24 after tax, this definitely filled us up and I am very happy about the portions for this place!

Everything about this Bojangles' is just "ok." Employees are rather rushed & not friendly. My first time here I got a chicken supremes snack. The chicken supremes were a bit overcooked, but the biscuit was good. The second time, I used my survey coupon for a free sausage biscuit with purchase & got a sweet tea. The biscuit tasted fine, but the sausage was dry. The tea was perfectly sweet. There's not much parking & the drive-thru is rather narrow, so beware.

    Delicious sweet tea!

Worst Bo's I've ever been to. The people were rude, didn't listen to my order and then got it wrong.

I love Bojangles but this franchised location is garbage. Sub-par quality plus the menu isn't quite the same as the corporate locations.

Delicious comfort food that's terrible for you. Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, individual fries and a Bo Berry biscuit is my typical order

There is plenty of parking on the backside of the building, paid parking out front, and be careful not to park in the apartment spaces on the side...they sounded pretty serious about towing. I had made a reservation but it was probably unnecessary as it was pretty empty when we arrived (it was about 5pm on a Saturday.) The waitress brought a bottle of water to the table and took our drink order. And I know that this place is literally call it's a Southern thing but can I mention how much I dislike drinking out of mason jars? I ordered the chicken n biscuits, my husband got the country hamburger steak plate, my BiL got wings, and my SiL got the crabcakes. We also orders charred jalapeno & sweet corn hushpuppies and frickles as an appetizer. I was VERY excited about my food. Y'all...the only thing that impressed me were the Frickles. Everything else was distinctly underwhelming. I also ordered Blackberry Betta Have My Money which was not that great. My SiL ordered a espresso martini that they said didn't come from a mix but she said it tasted like it was. The bathrooms were very clean. The decor and the vibe were great. Cute even. I really enjoyed that part of it. After dropping off our food, we never saw our waitress again unless we flagged her down for drink refills. It was especially frustrating since there was automatic gratuity added. And since the place wasn't that busy, it felt like she didn't feel the need to earn her automatic tip. Overall I was disappointed in my birthday dinner. I won't be coming back here.

We made a reservation and were seated upon arrival. Our host was Anthony, I think his name was, with a keen interest for ginkgo trees. He was very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. He took her order and had some good suggestions. I was craving shrimp and grits which was probably the most unique shrimp and grits. I've had ever. Very distinct flavor and still very rich and familiar. The shrimp were large and juicy as well as remained crunchy overall cooked very well. We also had the summer tomato and burata salad which was really refreshing and delicious. My friend ordered the mac and cheese which is a hefty serving size. Definitely a shareable side or a main for one person. Our host came to check on us frequently, our Waters never went empty. Other hosts were also helping check in on us which was nice. The restaurant itself is large. Booth tables available, which made for a cozy environment. We ended the night with some brownie a la mode, which was the perfect dessert to have on a hot summer day. Overall the experience was amazing, great food and incredibly nice people. Definitely Miss miss the southern hospitality of Durham. Definitely recommend a try here at plum Southern kitchen & bar.

The menu had recently changed so we got to try quite a few new items. We tried the panzanella- sweet corn, red beans, heirloom tomato, patty pan squash, pea tendrills, and a roasted red pepper vinaigrette. This dish was my favorite of the night- small but shareable, entire dish was refreshing and all the flavors and textures went together so well. For dinner I ordered the roasted chicken and the baked mac and cheese with bacon. The roasted chicken was juicy and tasty, and a bit sweet with the bourbon ginger and plum reduction, but the mac and cheese seemed dry and overcooked. We also ordered the buttermilk cheddar biscuits- that taste slightly undercooked (in a good way), so the texture was soft and chewy (and amazing). The honey butter and large maldon salt granules made the biscuits perfect. They were so good we ordered a second order!! I would definitely return to Plum, for both the food and hospitality.

Unfortunately, every time since it has gotten progressively worse. The food has still been good but the service, atmosphere and cleanliness almost made me leave this past visit. And it takes A LOT for me to want to leave. Sat down and my glass had lip stains all over it. Our waitress was not attentive and I didn't even have time to ask for a new glass before she left us. Took another hour for our half sandwiches and small salad for the lunch specials to come out. Gave the wrong dressing and when asked to get the correct dressing the waitress was rude. Also, had to ask for the canned beer she forgot. The food is always good here but the cleanliness and service is hurting this establishment. I would really encourage them to take away automatic gratuity. Even though I always tip and typically do 20% most restaurants that add it you can count on getting bad service. I don't know if I'll keep giving this place more chances, which is a pity because I always recommend it to friends and family.

Having been huge fans of North Carolina style BBQ, we were not disappointed. My wife and daughter enjoyed the Pork Plate. By for me, I went with the two meat combo with Pulled pork and brisket. The pulled pork was spot on. It was perfectly smoked and almost melted in my mouth. With a touch of spicy vinegar sauce, I was gone to Carolina in my mind for the rest of the day. The brisket might have been some of the best I've ever had. It had a nice fat layer and was also "melt in your mouth" and juicy. The brisket didn't need any sauce at all. It was that good. The hushpuppies were the star at the table. My family considers themselves to be connoisseurs of hush puppies, and these were ranked in the top five. A respectable ranking from such a discriminating hushpuppy panel. The sides we sampled included collard greens, mac and cheese and BBQ beans. The collards and Mac and cheese were out of this world. I should have ordered a double serving of the collards. However, the beans were a huge disappointment. They were more like a bowl of sub-par chili than BBQ beans.
