First time trying Bolay - what a great place! It almost reminded me of a healthier version of Chipotle. Bolay had several healthy options to choose from - including vegan alternatives. I ordered the small bowl with the kale base, balsamic mushrooms, herb roasted potatoes, and steak (an additional $2 for steak or shrimp). I topped my bowl off with chimichurri tomatoes and a side of cilantro pesto. My bowl was fresh, filling and delicious! The workers at Bolay were friendly and helpful - they all had smiles on their faces. The price for the quality and amount of food was great! I'll be coming back! read more

I was happy to discover this new Bolay and was looking forward to checking them out as soon as I could. Bolay is one of my favorite bowl' places to eat. I just like their options. To me it's much better than some of the other places. They have an extensive vegan option menu. I usually order a small bowl with the kale yeah salad as my base, jasmine rice, or orange basil quinoa. You can't go wrong with any of those. Next, I would add, ginger broccoli or cajun sweet potatoes for my veggie. And those choices are divine. For my protein, I would order miso glazed tofu or spicy thai shrimp, which is really tasty and not spicy at all. To top everything off, I order minted tomatoes or avocado. The food is really good for the price. My visit at this location was great. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly when dealing with their guests. I came to Bolay for their pre grand opening event and again this week. The place is so vibrant and bright. It is a fun place to eat. I really like the assortment of beverages they have and how there is no high fructose syrup in them. I even like the teas which I usually do not drink. The root beer is my favorite. Their chocolate chip cookie is amazing and a great way to end your meal. I only like two of the main entrees here which is the steak and the thai chili shrimp. These are both a $2 up charge and well worth it. I have tried their chicken varieties and did not like either of them. I enjoy all the veggies and the sweet potato noodles which are cooled and have just the right amount of flavor. The forbidden black rice is delicious and nutrient rich. I feel like I'm really treating myself and eating an indulgent meal at Bolay, but the best part is it is actually healthy. The only downside to my visit at this Bolay is one of the staff members. She measured out a very tiny portion of the sweet potato noodles for me. This was after she removed the noodles on my bowl because another employee supposedly gave me too much. I can deal with the smaller amount of food but do not like seeing an employee scold another one, especially in front of a customer. It made me very uncomfortable. I felt bad for the other employee. She seemed to have a lot of remorse. I've never seen a restaurant take food out of a customer's bowl or plate and put it back in the tray. This was very odd to me. The other time I ordered from here the employee also measured out a small portion of noodles. Maybe this is something new but I have eaten at two other locations and they do not do that there. I might just stick with the Bolay on Hiatus that is closer to me anyhow. Otherwise, this is a very healthy and guilt free way to eat. read more

I originally ordered the Tuscan zucchini, but somehow it appeared that they gave me some else else's order which had the mushrooms... no issues it was yummy! Always amazing. They have changed a little (soda is now Diet Pepsi). Felt VERY unsafe since they allowed people inside TO EAT without masks - crazy. Staff remains very robotic and uninformed about nutrition. I haven't gone as often as I used to when I'm in FL but still dependable food. When I walked in I wasn't expecting the restaurant to look this well! The technology was updated and the food looked so well and was so cheap! We ordered and the bowl was thrown out when we changed it around. The food was precooked and they allowed us to freely choose what we liked. When they got someone's food wrong they invited us to change the entire food. They then carried our food outside and gave us a free cookie. They kept the area clean and cleaned immediately after us. This place is so simplistic and awesome. Although the food had limited spice, it tasted awesome even though the food was a bit stale it still tasted awesome and 88% filled us. 4/5! read more

I've been a dan of bolay for a long time now and never had an issue when ordering either online or at the store. An hour ago I passed by to get sone good food from this location and it was extremely messy. I waited in line for like 15 minutes because some other people were waiting for tofu to be ready and they put my order after these. I didn't want tofu, they should've skipped my order and continuing doing it, I had to literally call a girl and tell her to please keep doing my bowl because I didn't want any tofu. Also there's a new boy in the line that's exxxxtremely slooooow and his attitude towards me wasn't the best. Please Bolay, don't turn your costumers down, hire quality personnel. read more
