I was craving an indian pizza as one does and I'm so glad I found this place. I got the chicken indian pizza with two samosas and they were both heavenly. Nothing compares to the indian spices on a pizza. It wasn't anything super lifechanging but it was comforting and hit the spot which is all I need. The samosas were also great. They seasoned the outer crust which added so much flavor. Would come back again.

I can not recommend this place enough. The hospitality and food was amazing. We asked for recommendations and they didn't steer us wrong. The potatoes were sooooo tasty with loads of flavor. Then me and my husband fought back in forth over curry envy lol. The house curry was delectable and my husband has the pallet of a toddler lol. The butter chicken and garlic naan. You can't imagine how good it smelled and tasted. I'm so excited to come back next time we're in Austin. Great ambiance, great people and great food!

Do not judge by the outside appearance. Remember Dorothy waking up in Oz? Everything is beautiful: white tablecloths, polished floors, pages of descriptive menu items, generous portions and attentive (but not smothering) service. The garlic naan is perfectly textured, the basmati rice fluffy and delicious, the sauces perfect. Now open for continuous service (closed on Wednesdays). As my Houston friend always said, "I don't need to get drunk to enjoy your company." Even the to-go containers are reusable and let me keep everything separated as I prefer. Win-win-win!

"Sorry, no lunch buffet." "Well, then you might consider taking down the LARGE BANNER out front that reads LUNCH BUFFET." He smiled, and did not disagree. But I got the feeling it's not gonna happen.

Wow. Best Indian food in Austin. I can say that living in England spoiled me...all the Indian food in Austin is just average--but here we had great, full flavor in our curries (butter chicken and spinach something w cheese) with garlic naan and the ambiance / vibe was really on point too, music and all. We tried a rice pudding for dessert which really ended things nicely. Service was stellar and so friendly. We'll be back again and again.

Pretty impressed by the Menu we decided to try this place for lunch. It's an Indian-Nepali place with a Bar and servers Pizza as well. They offered variety of items - Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Tandoori Clay Oven Specials, Chicken, Lamb, Goat, Vegetarian, Biryani and Seafood Specialties, Vegan options, Indian breads, Nepali House Specialties and many more. Great ambiance about this place. Well decorated, amplifying the Indian-Nepali culture through their interior design. Well thought and nicely done. We decided to try out the Nepali Non-Veg Thalis - one with Goat and other with Chicken. Thali came with basmati rice, naan, dal tadka, nepali achar and mango chutney. Loved the food. The food was spicy and delicious. The Naan that served with the Thali was very soft, a perfect combination with the Goat/Chicken curry. Their menu is really promising. Thali gave us a glimpse of what they can offer. Service was really great. Staffs were so friendly and always around to help us. Enjoyed their hospitality and food. A recommended place!

When I pulled up, the parking lot was packed, and while I was able to get a spot that just opened up, lots of people seemed to be walking up from street spots. The hostesses have a fast system and take your phone number, so the line moves pretty quickly. Make note of their hours as well because they are closed in middle of day. 4-8pm I'm the afternoon does not give a big window to choose your dining time. But the restaurant checks all the boxes. Great ambience. Fun indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty food. Big outdoor space for little ones to play. Convenient location. Decent pricing. The salads are served on big trays which makes sharing easy (even when I didn't really want to share my yummy tossed salad with toasted garbanzo beans and Chunks of fresh mozzarella and a super yummy dressing. The pasta and pizza tasted really good. From an owner of a few pizza places in Houston, I was disappointed in the crispness of the dough. I don't care for pizza that can hold its shape when being held. But if I just told myself it was bread instead- I enjoyed it. It was really the pasta and salad for me. We didn't try too much because we were actually surprised it was open. Many friends mentioned the desserts were to die for. Even Guy on DDD mentioned the caramel rolls were what cinnamon rolls wish they could be. He also LOVED the pastrami sandwiches. So I'd i could do a 1-10 scale I'd give it a 9 for the extra work we had to put in to align with their limited open hours and for the soggy crust. But highest marks on the rest. They also have a room you can rent out in the back or the restaurant and good parking. Next time you want pie- Give pieous a try

I've spent my life chasing the perfect crust, comparing everything from the legendary pie shops in Manhattan to the pristine corner slices in Pittsburgh. I didn't think Austin could pull off truly authentic pizza. I was dead wrong. Baldinucci is absolute sorcery. The moment I took a bite of their Roman-style pizza, I was instantly thrown back to the tiny, narrow pizzerias I stumbled into in Italy. It has that exact, hyper-specific airy crunch that is so incredibly hard to replicate outside of Europe. The dough is clearly fermented with patience. It's light, shatteringly crisp on the bottom, and has those beautiful, irregular air pockets that give it a pillowy structure without ever feeling heavy. Let's talk about the sauce, because that's where most places fail. It isn't that sugary, paste-heavy stuff you find at standard joints. It is vibrant, bright, and tastes intensely of sun-ripened tomatoes and clean olive oil. It is remarkably fresco; striking that perfect balance where the acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese without overwhelming the palate. The vibe inside the West Lake spot is casual and unpretentious, but they take their craft seriously. Food service is streamlined and efficient; you order at the counter, and they pop the slices back into the oven so they land at your table screaming hot. The staff is genuinely proud of what they're slinging, and they should be. If you are an East Coast transplant drowning in a sea of mediocre pies, do yourself a favor and get over to West Lake. It's the real deal. PS: The gelato flavors are also sorcery. However, a review of their gelato is for another time. I must continue to savor the pie for now.

They're especially known for their Roman-style pizza so I highly recommend giving it a try. As for flavors, you really can't go wrong but the standouts for me were the Potato, Chicken Parm and Lasagna slices. They also serve calzones, New York-style pizza, gelato and wine, so there's truly something for everyone. The pizza is priced by the slice, which makes it easy to mix and match like I did, though you can also order a full pie. I will say this definitely isn't cheap pizza, but you're absolutely paying for quality ingredients and incredible flavor. I ended up taking mine to go, but they do have a few tables inside and outside if you want to dine in.
