I never write reviews but I went to eat dinner with my daughter. I order the salmon with a salad and daughter ordered the chicken stripes. My salad came out and the salmon was raw Iam pregnant and can't eat raw fish. I told the waiter and she comes back and says it was the last one. I then wasn't sure what to order after that. So I got another salad plain didn't want to eat meat due to wasn't sure it would be cooked. NO manager around to talk to so I payed the 25 dollars for a plain salad and chicken stripes. 4 stars for the food. 1 for the service. They have 2 sauces spicy and a soy garlic. We got our chicken with half and half. I asked for extra garlic soy and was told it's their policy to not give extra sauce. That's pretty random seeing that this is their business and I'm willing to pay extra for it. Our waitress was horrible. I have no idea what her problem was but she wasn't at work to do a job today. We ordered a water and a sweet tea and she had to send another waiter over because she couldn't remember the drink order. I had to ask the hostess for ketchup ranch and my complimentary coleslaw halfway thru my meal. Because my waitress never came back. When she was attentive was when it was time for us to pay. Then she readily fought the check and cashed us out. And just looking around it's a bunch of kids running this place. And I'm in my 30s. So I'm not some angry older person. So gross. 100% microwaved food. Couldn't take more than a bite. Everything tasted the same. Prices are insane for such small portions of poor quality microwaved meals. I orders the bull dak with fried rice and they said wayyyyy later that the dish took a while to prepare. So I continued to wait only to have my companions complete their meals. The manager was there and I asked him if he would find it in his heart to please grant us ONE round of drinks at the Happy Hour price because we've been at a water park all day with KIDS!! Tried to eat some Korean food - bulgogi bowl and japchae, and some dumplings. It was not good. My stomach is upset, and I am having some... upset stomach after effects... The service was very slow. The waiter also charged my card with possibly another person's order (it was not the amount of my check) then backed it out, then charged my card again. I only know this from checking my account, not because he told me.... I would recommend Kimchis Korean Cafe over this place- at least it's more authentic. After ordering, we drove about 30 minutes north to get home and the wings were still crispy and DELICIOUS! Definitely some of the BEST wings we've ever had. Service was quick and courteous. I only had maybe 10 min left to eat so I asked for a to go box. The lady brought me a tiny box so u was able to fit my chicken, but not my fries. I asked for another one for my fries she said okay and took them. I thought maybe she was going to box it for me. Nope. She threw them away and returned with an empty box. I asked what I would do with the box since She just took my food away. She looked so confused and had to ask if she really did and if she did what she threw away. Add to that the very weird and unprofessional waitress and that's how I got to my rating. Edamame lacked salt. Kimchi "did not taste right" per my husband who usually loves that dish. Gyoza was mediocre and overpriced. Our waitress was weirdly over friendly and declined to write our order down. When has this ever been good? We even asked if she needed to write it and got her flippant response of "I've been doing this for a while now". Of course she forgot one of the appetizers and we had to remind her later.
