This place feels a bit divey considering how dilapidated and broken the parking lot is. It says that the drive thru is 24 hours which is nice. I found it odd that there were clearly two workers but only one of them was doing both in-person and drive-thru requests as well as making the food. I got a dozen donuts and a large taro smoothie for $22.47. The donuts were average and the taro smoothie was tasty. Dunkin on 51st and Olive told us to place our 9 dozen order and 2 coffee jugs on their app yesterday then today when we called to ensure it would be ready they said they don't do orders that big. The donuts here are far far from the best donuts in Arizona as advertised. Because I have lived right around the corner from this place for 6 years and have never been I decided to give it a try. So Sunday afternoon around 5 I stopped in for 1/2 dozen (2 ea) , asked for 2 Bavarian cream, there was just the tiniest bit at the last bit. 2 custard filled eclairs, no custard what's so ever. 2 Apple fritters, isn't it supposed to have apple in it. Frankly I don't believe the Asian speaking staff truly understood what I was asking for, or cared. Additionally, none of the above tasted at all fresh. My sense is they where made early that morning. So happy that we had found late brunch for Christmas day! It was a cold morning and we saw the drive tru donut shop. The guy taking our other was very nice and gave us time since we where not ready. Great apple fritter and cinnamon crumb! The hours are wrong, it's 24/7. The apple fritter is a bit overly sweet, but the outside is crispy and the inside is soft but not soggy like some other Bosa's I've been to. Really fresh cinnamon crumb and super soft; this is one of the best cinnamon crumbs I've had in Arizona. We used to really love this spot years ago, but they've really gone down hill over time. Last time I went, the staff was so unfriendly, I couldn't bring myself to leave a tip. The employees were not following proper mask-wearing protocol mandated by Maricopa County. Essentially, they were breaking the law during my visit (and likely during everyone else's visit) and should receive citations for each offense. The man at the drive-thru window who took payment and handed over the food had a mask on his chin, and ONLY his chin, which is functionally the exact same thing as not wearing mask at all. The further I looked into the store, I saw another employee handling food who was HALFWAY wearing a mask - over his mouth but not his nose. This is an unsafe practice, as it once again renders the mask functionally useless, since one is still able to breathe onto everything nearby, including the food being handled and sold to customers. I felt completely unsafe after my encounter with these employees. I felt both could have very easily contaminated everything in the store, and everything they sold, and all the people they came in contact with, including me (a face-to-face conversation at a drive-thru window is plenty close enough to transmit an airborne virus). I certainly won't be returning for the remainder of this public health crisis, and I'm seriously unlikely to return ever again. Update: I spoke to the owner or manager, not sure which, she didn't clearly identify herself, just that she was in charge. I told her about the health risk her employees were posing to all her customers. At first she denied this would ever happen. When I assured her it had happened, she asked "What do you want me to do about it?" and then started ignoring me, speaking to other people, at which point I hung up. The people working at this Bosa Donuts location do not care about the health and safety of their customers. This has been made very clear through today's interactions. I truly hope no one, including myself, catches covid-19 from this place. If someone does, I hope the infection is traced back to its source, and that this establishment endures every legal consequence of their negligence. read more

The bagel sandwich is very much not good. I've had it multiple times in an attempt to give it another chance. The one I got today was cold as if they didn't even warm it up or toast it. I accidentally discovered when they have their freshly made chocolate buttermilk donuts available and while they are ridiculously awesome, this is probably not information that will help me stay on my diet lol! (It's usually around 9-10pm, for those who are wondering) My husband told me about the blueberry donuts and that is my new favorite. They are not too sweet and taste like fresh blueberries without any fake blueberry flavor. My husband loves their apple fritters. We go to Bosa locations a lot across the valley and this was by far one of the worst locations we've been through. I hate to give a negative review especially when I didn't try their product today. Forgoing the normal birthday cake this year for donuts! My son has picked a camouflage/Call of Duty theme. Printed a camo donut picture from online to use as reference. Went on a late Thursday morning to find the place empty. Walking in we were overwhelmed by the strong smell of Pinesol. I can take that as a good thing...I guess. The place did look clean, I will give the one star for that. I pull out the pic ready to ask the gentleman behind the counter if I could..."We don't do that!" He didn't even let me finish my question. So, I asked if I could get green glaze, I can make the brown. Nope. It wasn't so much as they couldn't accommodate my request it was how unbelievably rude he was about it. This place is DELICIOUS!! Great variety of donuts, excellent coffee, they offer bottled juices, energy drinks in a cold case in their lobby. Boss also offers fresh breakfast sandwiches made on bagels or croissants- yummy. Also have deli sandwiches they offer for lunch/ dinner. This place isn't fancy- but does have sufficient seating. Not my first visit (I've had only great experiences here), I stopped in today just for a donut. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Some guy apparently placed a pickup order and charged in expecting the staff to stop serving anyone else & serve him. He was extremely rude but the staff continued to be professional and friendly to him and the customers they were in the middle of serving. Drive thru donuts! I think they have gotten better since Covid. I've been getting 1-2 dozen donuts from them consistently. I just ask for the assorted. They are a beautiful array of colors, types and flavors. Choices for everyone. The staff gets us through the drive thru quickly no matter how many. Usually 10 minutes if it's packed in early morning. Donuts are okay, not bad but not the best in town. The servers are sweet. Their coffee is not very good. One thing to note is this location. Not sure when it was built or what it was before but it is tad dangerous. If you are heading north you are okay but heading south is kind of crazy entering the lot.The drive through pathway is way too narrow and curvy even for a small car. I can not imagine coming here after a few drinks. They must have a lot of accidents at 2am with the after bar scene. read more
