Came in on my dinner break, there were 4 of us! No one was there. Reviews looked good. The waiter got all of our orders wrong. My coworker was the only who got her food. Staff is standing around looking at us instead of working on our food. After my coworker was done eating we're still looking around and waiting for our food. I asked if we could cash out of bills since we are limited on our time. Come to realize He never put our orders in? I ordered the meatballs and a chopped salad. When I got the meatballs they were cold but I was so hungry I ate them. The chopped salad was all the heart of the lettuce. So it was hard pieces. It was horrible. The lady was apologetic but at that point I just wanted to get back to work. She didn't charge for the drinks but my whole meal was trash. read more

Pizza is pretty tasty, and the service is attentive. Weird that they have no drink menu with prices. One time I ordered a large cider, and it was $19 on the bill! I guess with no prices it's my problem for not asking. No more drinks from the bar for me! Until they have a menu. read more

Called to make sure I could get my wings extra crispy the person who answered replied with "sure we can do that"... but never asked what my order number was. We went here as a small group since we were attending an event at the Crest Theatre. First, our service was the worst service I have ever encountered at a restaurant. The waitress smelled of weed, and ignored our table to hang out with the bartender throughout the night. The place was empty except for a couple who she sat us right behind instead of anywhere else in the GIANT restaurant. We were in an empty place practically sitting with this couple. Why did she seat us there, idk. We had to ask her for things several times. For example, we asked for salt. She ignored us and hung out at the bar for a while. We wave her down and ask again, to which she bluntly says "yeah, I know" to my friends elderly mother. She then brings us some sauce instead of the salt. Also, we ordered some cocktails. The waitress, stinking of weed strongly at this point, comes to pour our drink and spills it right in front of us. She frowns and walks away. She didn't even wipe it up or apologize. The food was not good. It was expensive. Bad service. Yummy drinks though! Two stars for the yummy drink. Sad to leave a bad review on a new place. But honestly it was awful. read more

For anyone that went to this place when they were first getting their bearings, it has really turned around! Massively improved service and atmosphere. Knocked off one star for two reasons. Worst experience I've EVER had. Never have I been harassed how I was in this restaurant. I had came in about 12:30 last Friday, I assumed they were open because both doors were wide open and there were people sitting at the bar. When I came in they were refusing to serve me and instead of giving them a hard time I said okay I will use the restroom then head out. The man working with pink hair and an older gentleman with an ear piece begin to try and physically intimidate me by blocking me and trying to corner me calling me all types of B words ( stupid , dumb) etc, I couldn't believe what was happening so I left. Extremely slow service. They advertised pizza by the slice but for one slice of pizza it took waaaaay too long and it wasn't busy. They had a person bartending, a person at the cash register on the floor...one one at the register is supposed to serve as well ...hard to be at 2'places at once. Also no silverware to be found I had to go back to the cool to ask where the utensils reserve...he had to bring it out. If you're grabbing something to eat before a show at the crest and you are determined to eat here...better set aside a lot of extra time to get your food. Came here because it was the only place to eat with no wait. It was surprisingly empty since the anime convention was in town. I found out why. My family ordered 1 pepperoni 12" pizza, focaccia bread, onion rings, and a mozzarella and tomato basil appetizer, and it cost us $64. Like wtf? Our friends paid $18 for TWO mozzarella sticks. . Never again. Never ever again. You guys won't last much longer with those prices. And the food was nothing special. read more
